Description

Visual document editing device and method
Technical Field
The present invention relates to the field of management information systems, and in particular, to a method and apparatus for editing a document.
Background
MIS (Management Information System) the management information system is a system which is composed of users, computers and other peripheral devices and can collect, transfer, store, process, maintain and use information. The Web-based MIS system is a conceptual extension of conventional MIS systems, which can be used not only for high-level decision-making, but also for general business management. Browsing, querying, controlling and reviewing the system at the remote end can be achieved by the named login (or anonymous login) of the user and the corresponding rights control.
The addition of meta information tables and data dictionaries to MIS is a common design in the prior art, but when processing these data information, especially when the data objects are very rich in information and very complex in type, when loading these data objects in batch at a time, there is a defect that the compiling is difficult or the data model is not flexible enough, so that there is a great difficulty in dealing with the complex and changeable data information when editing the document.
A system for panoramic visualization of documents is disclosed, for example, in chinese patent application CN103678449a, which comprises a document parser, a combiner and a layout engine. The document parser is configured to decompose the electronic document into a plurality of constituent pages, where each page includes corresponding media content. The combiner is configured to combine pages, including being configured to provide metadata for each of a plurality of constituent pages. The metadata identifies links between the page and one or more other pages of the plurality of constituent pages, and the links establish a logical relationship between the respective pages according to the structure of the document. The layout engine is further configured to generate a page layout for the document. In this regard, the layout includes a panoramic arrangement of the page visual representation of the layout according to the associated metadata of the respective page. However, the system for panoramic visualization of documents disclosed by the invention can only perform visualization operation on a plurality of pages decomposed by electronic documents, and has the defects of complex compiling and difficult reconstruction when editing a plurality of pages documents with nested relations.
Therefore, the visual document editing method and the visual document editing device which can be used for carrying out clear structure, simplification and rapidness on data information in a management information system are the problems which need to be solved in the industry.

Drawings
Fig. 1 is a schematic configuration diagram of a visual document editing apparatus of the present invention.
Fig. 2 is a schematic diagram of the construction of the node construction module of the present invention.
FIG. 3 is a flow chart of the visual document editing method of the present invention.
Detailed Description
Embodiments of the present invention are described in detail below, examples of which are illustrated in the accompanying drawings, wherein like or similar reference numerals refer to like or similar elements or elements having like or similar functions throughout. The embodiments described below by referring to the drawings are illustrative and intended to explain the present invention and should not be construed as limiting the invention.
First, referring to fig. 1, the visual document editing apparatus of the present invention includes: a node construction module 100, a node linking module 200, a node editing module 300, and a resource entry module 400.
Wherein the node construction module 100 is configured to construct a plurality of nodes in a specific pattern, thereby composing a target document.
The node link module 200 selects among a plurality of nodes, and establishes a logical relationship link between the required nodes to complete the establishment of the framework of the target document.
The node editing module 300 configures corresponding meta information in each node of the plurality of nodes with the established logical relationship links, so as to edit the content of the target document.
The resource entry module 400 serves as a source of the target document content, stores a large number of file links and can maintain meta information corresponding to each file link. Therefore, after the editing of the content is completed, the content can be conveniently embedded into the nodes for reference and unified management, the consistency of content management is improved, the working efficiency of editing staff is improved, and the information structure is optimized.
The file link content can be text link, data link, picture link or structure link, so that the file is in flexible information form. Also, taking the example of picture linking, it may have multiple formats including svg, png and dot, so that in different output environments, the application may select the most suitable format. For example, in a different app or context for the same picture link, a small-sized version (for displaying thumbnails), a medium-sized version (slide), a high-definition large-sized version (desktop or retinal screen device), or artwork (for review work) may be read and displayed, respectively.
As an alternative embodiment, as shown in fig. 2, the node construction module 100 includes ten hierarchical node units 110, and the ten hierarchical node units 110 are sequentially nested, thereby forming ten layers of nested child nodes of each node. Each hierarchical node unit 110 includes a tag sub-unit 1101 and a content sub-unit 1102, where the tag sub-unit 1101 is configured to form a tag of a corresponding nested sub-node, and the content sub-unit 1102 is configured to configure corresponding meta-information in the nested sub-node, so as to form content to which the corresponding tag belongs. Therefore, the specific content to be embodied by each nested child node can be quickly known through the labels.
As another alternative embodiment, as shown in fig. 1, a node separation module 500 is also included. When the edited document needs to be modified and part of node contents are deleted, the node separation module 500 can be utilized to separate designated nodes in the composed target document, so that the construction of a new target document is completed.
As yet another alternative embodiment, as shown in fig. 1, a search module 600 is further included that can identify meta-information in each nested child node, including meta-information in tags and content, to complete the retrieval of the desired target.
Based on the same thought, the invention also provides a visual document editing method, as shown in fig. 3, in step 1, a plurality of nodes are firstly constructed in a specific mode to form a target document. Next, in step 2, logical relational links are established between a plurality of nodes among the plurality of nodes, thereby constituting a framework of the target document. Then, in step 3, a plurality of file links are stored and meta information corresponding to each file link is maintained. Finally, in step 4, the respective meta information of the file links is configured in each of the plurality of nodes for which logical relationship links have been established to edit the content of the target document.
In this non-limiting embodiment, in step 1, at least ten layers of nested child nodes are further required to be sequentially nested in each node, each nested child node forms a corresponding label, and corresponding meta information is configured in the nested child node to form contents to which the corresponding label belongs.
In the description of the present specification, a description referring to terms "one embodiment," "some embodiments," "examples," "specific examples," or "some examples," etc., means that a particular feature, structure, or characteristic described in connection with the embodiment or example is included in at least one embodiment or example of the present invention. In this specification, schematic representations of the above terms are not necessarily directed to the same embodiment or example. Furthermore, the different embodiments or examples described in this specification and the features of the different embodiments or examples may be combined and combined by those skilled in the art without contradiction.
While embodiments of the present invention have been shown and described above, it will be understood that the above embodiments are illustrative and not to be construed as limiting the invention, and that variations, modifications, alternatives and variations may be made to the above embodiments by one of ordinary skill in the art within the scope of the invention.
