A rail quick connecting device, as shown in fig. 1, a column 1 and a grid panel 2 are connected for forming a rail, the rail quick connecting device comprises a hinge module 3 and a clamping module 4, the hinge module 3 is composed of a first hinge sub-module 31 sleeved on the column 1 and a second hinge sub-module 32 fixed on the edge of the grid panel 2, the first hinge sub-module 31 and the second hinge sub-module 32 are detachably connected through a hinge structure, the clamping module 4 is composed of a first clamping sub-module 41 sleeved on the column 1 and a second clamping sub-module 42 fixed on the edge of the grid panel 2, and the first clamping sub-module 41 and the second clamping sub-module 42 are detachably connected through the clamping structure.
The first hinge sub-module 31 is sleeve-shaped, as shown in fig. 2, at least one side surface is provided with a notch 311, and the first hinge sub-module 31 is also provided with a first hinge sub-module fixing screw hole 312; the second hinge sub-module 32 is a pin, and the notch 311 forms a hinge structure with the pin when the first hinge sub-module 31 is engaged with the second hinge sub-module 32. The opening part of the inserting groove 412 is provided with a spring mechanism 414, the front end of the inserting block is provided with a protruding part 421 matched with the spring mechanism 414, after the inserting block is inserted, the spring mechanism 414 is propped against the protruding part 421, the clamping tongue 413 is combined with the clamping groove more firmly, the inserting block and the inserting groove 412 are effectively prevented from being swayed, and the inserting block can be conveniently ejected out of the inserting groove 412 during separation.
During installation, the upright 1 is fixed on the ground, the first hinge sub-module 31 and the first clamping sub-module 41 are sleeved on the upright 1 and pass through the fixing screw holes on the first hinge sub-module and the first clamping sub-module by bolts to be fixed on the upright 1, the first hinge sub-module 31 is positioned at a position of the upright 1, and the first clamping sub-module 41 is positioned at a position of the upright 1, and correspondingly, the second hinge sub-module 32 and the second clamping sub-module 42 are fixed at the edge of the grid panel 2 by bolts. The pins are clamped in the notches 311 from the openings of the notches 311 of the first hinged sub-module to form a hinged structure, then the grid panel 2 is rotated to enable the insertion blocks to be inserted into the insertion grooves 412, and the clamping tongues 413 are clamped into the clamping grooves, so that the grid panel 2 is connected with the upright posts 1, as shown in fig. 7.
