In addition, in the existing bottom dump car, the situation that the bottom door is laterally deviated relative to the carriage easily occurs in the process of closing the bottom door, so that the structural stability is affected, and the problem of material leakage of the car during reloading is caused. In addition, the existing bottom dump car is often provided with an unloading wheel on the opening and closing side of the bottom door independently, so that a series of matched mechanisms are needed, the cost is high, and the installation is troublesome.

The first bogie 5 is arranged at the front end of the lower part of the bottom door 4, the second bogie 3 is arranged at the rear end of the lower part of the bottom door, the middle part of the rear end of the upper surface of the bottom door 4 is provided with a diversion flap 11 extending upwards in an inclined way, the two sides of the diversion flap 11 are symmetrically provided with a downhill surface respectively, and when in discharging, due to the adoption of the diversion flap 11 structure, mineral aggregate slides down along the downhill surface, the falling track avoids a discharging curved rail, mineral aggregate accumulation on the discharging curved rail is greatly reduced, so that the mine car runs more stably, and the service life of the discharging curved rail is prolonged.
The rear end of the bottom door 4 is provided with a lower guiding device 21, and the rear end of the carriage 2 is provided with an upper guiding device 22 corresponding to the lower guiding device 21. The lower guiding device 21 is a triangular bent plate pointing upwards, the bottom of the upper guiding device 22 is concavely provided with a triangular groove corresponding to the triangular bent plate, and in the closing process of the bottom door 4, the upper guiding device 22 and the lower guiding device 21 are used for guiding, so that the lateral deviation within the range of +/-40 mm can be repaired, the lateral deviation phenomenon easily occurring when the bottom door 4 is closed is solved, and the leakage problem when the bottom door is charged again is avoided.
One end or two ends of the carriage 2 are respectively provided with a coupler connecting device 1, so that the carriage 2 can be conveniently connected in series and driven.
The box 2 is provided with a bending cover plate 12 positioned above the diversion flap 11, and the bending cover plate 12 is similar to a rain eave structure, so that mineral aggregate is not accumulated in an included angle between the diversion flap 11 and the box 2 in the loading process.
The bottom of the carriage 2 is provided with an opening corresponding to the bottom door 4, and the width of the opening is smaller than that of the bottom door 4, so that the leakage problem in the running process is avoided.
The two sides of the carriage 2 are provided with supporting plates 23. After entering the unloading area, the carriage 2 of the mine car is supported by the supporting wheels on two sides by the supporting plates 23, and the bottom door 4 is automatically turned over to unload by the cooperation of the unloading wheels 32 and the unloading curved rail and then is closed, so that the automation degree is high.

2. A split bottom dump truck as defined in claim 1 wherein one or both ends of said truck bed are each provided with a coupler hitch.
3. A split bottom dump truck as set forth in claim 1 wherein said truck bed is provided with a fold cover positioned above said split flaps.
4. A split bottom dump truck as set forth in claim 1 wherein said lower guide means is an upwardly directed triangular curved plate and said upper guide means is provided with a triangular recess in the bottom thereof corresponding to the triangular curved plate.
5. A split bottom dump truck as set forth in claim 1 wherein said truck bed bottom is provided with an opening corresponding to a bottom door, said opening having a width less than a width of the bottom door.
6. A split bottom dump truck as set forth in claim 1 wherein said carriage is provided with pallets on both sides.
