The invention belongs to the technical field of medical instruments, and particularly relates to a double-control switch of an electrocoagulation medical instrument.
Background
The electric coagulation hemostasis is performed by using an electric cautery, and the conventional electric cautery comprises a high-frequency electric knife and an argon electric knife, and the hemostasis modes comprise monopolar electric coagulation and bipolar electric coagulation. When stopping bleeding, the electrocautery device can directly fulfils the bleeding point and can stop bleeding after being electrified for 1-2 seconds.
Patent document [ CN200910128744.0] discloses a medical electrocoagulation and electrotome handle capable of discharging smoke. The plastic shell of the handle body is provided with a hollow pipeline, and the rear part of the plastic shell is connected with a negative pressure suction pipe which is parallel to the power line. During operation, the negative pressure suction pipe is connected with the negative pressure suction device, so that the smoke generated during electrocoagulation or electrotomy is sucked by the smoke suction hole, passes through the hollow pipeline of the handle body, reaches the negative pressure suction pipe, and is discharged outdoors through the negative pressure suction device.
When the tissue is electrically coagulated, smoke is easy to generate, the operation vision is affected, and the generated smoke needs to be sucked out of the cavity as much as possible. The traditional medical appliance with suction and electric coagulation is opened when the electric coagulation is performed, so that a great amount of energy is wasted, and the pressure of carbon dioxide pneumoperitoneum in the abdominal cavity is reduced.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to solve the problems, and provides a double-control switch of an electrocoagulation medical instrument, which is used for controlling a switch to be electrically cut and is linked with a negative-pressure suction switch to realize that negative-pressure smoking is turned on when the electrocoagulation generates smoke and the negative-pressure smoking is turned off when no electrocoagulation operation is performed.
In order to achieve the above purpose, the present invention adopts the following technical scheme: the double-control switch of the electric coagulation medical instrument is characterized by comprising a power supply circuit and a negative pressure hose, wherein the power supply circuit and the negative pressure hose are connected with an electric coagulation negative pressure double-control button.
In the double-control switch of the electric coagulation medical instrument, the electric coagulation negative pressure double-control button is arranged on the handle, the electric coagulation negative pressure double-control button is provided with the contact, the power supply line is fixed in the handle, the handle is internally provided with the blocking seat, an elastic piece is arranged between the blocking seat and the electric coagulation negative pressure double-control button, one end of the elastic piece acts on the blocking seat, the other end acts on the electric coagulation negative pressure double-control button, the negative pressure hose is arranged between the blocking seat and the electric coagulation negative pressure double-control button, the electric coagulation medical instrument is in a working state and the negative pressure hose is in a conducting state when the contact of the electric coagulation negative pressure double-control button is in a non-working state when the contact of the electric coagulation negative pressure double-control button is separated from the power supply line, and the negative pressure hose is extruded and deformed by the blocking seat and the electric coagulation negative pressure double-control button under the action of the elastic piece to be cut off.
In the double-control switch of the electric coagulation medical instrument, the blocking seat is provided with a channel through which the rear end of the electric coagulation negative pressure double-control button passes, the rear end of the electric coagulation negative pressure double-control button is arranged in the channel in a penetrating way, and the negative pressure hose is positioned between the rear end of the electric coagulation negative pressure double-control button and the inner end of the channel.
In the double-control switch of the electric coagulation medical instrument, the rear end of the electric coagulation negative pressure double-control button is provided with a hook pipe hole, and the negative pressure hose penetrates through the hook pipe hole.
In the double-control switch of the electric coagulation medical instrument, the touch control circuit board is provided with the touch control switch, the contact is arranged at the rear end of the electric coagulation negative pressure double-control button, the touch control switch is arranged at the rear of the contact, and the touch control switch is connected between the power supply line and the conductive rod of the electric coagulation medical instrument in series.
In the double-control switch of the electric coagulation medical instrument, the conducting rod is a hollow rod, and the rear end of the conducting rod is connected with a negative pressure hose.
In the double-control switch of the electric coagulation medical instrument, the number of the electric coagulation negative pressure double-control buttons is at least two, the number of the touch switches on the touch circuit board is equal to the number of the electric coagulation negative pressure double-control buttons and is set in one-to-one correspondence, the number of the negative pressure hoses is equal to the number of the electric coagulation negative pressure double-control buttons and is set in one-to-one correspondence, each touch switch is arranged between a power supply line and a conductive rod of the electric coagulation medical instrument in parallel, and each negative pressure hose is arranged between the conductive rod and a negative pressure main pipe in parallel.
In the double-control switch of the electric coagulation medical instrument, a rotary sealing connection structure is arranged between the conducting rod and the negative pressure hose; the rotary sealing connection structure comprises a sealing support sleeve fixed in the handle, one end of the sealing support sleeve is in rotary sealing connection with the conductive rod, and the other end of the sealing support sleeve is connected with the negative pressure hose.

Compared with the prior art, the double-control switch of the electric coagulation medical instrument has the advantages that: the electric coagulation negative pressure double control button has two functions, namely, the electric coagulation negative pressure double control button has the function of controlling whether negative pressure is sucked or not, the electric coagulation operation, the electric cutting operation and the like can be controlled, the negative pressure suction operation and the electric coagulation operation, the electric cutting operation and the like are synchronously carried out, the negative pressure suction operation is opened when the electric coagulation operation exists, the energy waste is avoided, and the problem of reducing the pressure of carbon dioxide pneumoperitoneum in the abdominal cavity is avoided.

All other embodiments, which can be made by those skilled in the art based on the embodiments of the invention without making any inventive effort, are intended to be within the scope of the invention.
As shown in fig. 1-8, the double-control switch of the electric coagulation medical instrument comprises a power supply circuit 3 and a negative pressure hose 4, wherein the power supply circuit 3 and the negative pressure hose 4 are connected with an electric coagulation negative pressure double-control button 2. The electric coagulation negative pressure double control button 2 is arranged on the handle 1, the electric coagulation negative pressure double control button 2 is provided with a contact 5, the power supply circuit 3 is fixed in the handle 1, a blocking seat 6 is arranged in the handle 1, an elastic piece 7 is arranged between the blocking seat 6 and the electric coagulation negative pressure double control button 2, one end of the elastic piece 7 acts on the blocking seat 6, the other end acts on the electric coagulation negative pressure double control button 2, the negative pressure hose 4 is arranged between the blocking seat 6 and the electric coagulation negative pressure double control button 2, when the contact 5 of the electric coagulation negative pressure double control button 2 is in contact with the power supply circuit 3, the electric coagulation medical instrument is in a working state and the negative pressure hose 4 is in a conducting state, when the contact 5 of the electric coagulation negative pressure double control button 2 is separated from the power supply circuit 3, the electric coagulation medical instrument is in a non-working state, and the negative pressure hose 4 is extruded and deformed by the blocking seat 6 and the electric coagulation negative pressure double control button 2 under the action of the elastic piece 7.
Because a large amount of smoke is generated in the electrocoagulation and electrotomy process, the smoke can influence the operation visual field, and the generated smoke is timely discharged through the negative pressure hose 4. The traditional medical device with negative pressure suction and electric coagulation is opened when the electric coagulation operation exists or not, so that energy is wasted, and the pressure of carbon dioxide pneumoperitoneum in the abdominal cavity is reduced.
The electrocoagulation negative pressure double control button 2 has two functions, namely, a function of controlling negative pressure suction or not, and a function of controlling operations such as electrocoagulation, electrotome and the like, and the negative pressure suction and the operation operations such as electrocoagulation, electrotome and the like are synchronously carried out. The electric coagulation negative pressure double control button 2 is arranged on the handle 1, and medical staff can control operations such as electric coagulation, electric cutting and the like through controlling the electric coagulation negative pressure double control button 2 on the handle 1 without additionally arranging a controller, and the hands are finer and more flexible than the feet, so that the electric coagulation negative pressure double control button is beneficial to fine control of a doctor on an operation process. The touch control circuit board 3 is provided with a touch control switch 11, the contact 5 is arranged at the rear end of the electrocoagulation negative pressure double control button 2, the touch control switch 11 is positioned at the rear of the contact 5, and the touch control switch 11 is connected in series between the power supply line 16 and the conductive rod 17 of the electrocoagulation medical instrument. When the contact 5 of the electrocoagulation negative pressure double control button 2 is contacted with the touch switch 11, the circuit is conducted. The conductive rod 17 is a hollow rod, and the negative pressure hose 4 is connected to the rear end of the conductive rod 17. The smoke generated by the electrocoagulation and the electrocutting is re-introduced into the negative pressure hose 4 through the conducting rod 17.
The number of the electric coagulation negative pressure double-control buttons 2 is at least two, the number of the touch switches 11 on the touch circuit board 3 is equal to the number of the electric coagulation negative pressure double-control buttons 2 and is set in one-to-one correspondence, the number of the negative pressure hoses 4 is equal to the number of the electric coagulation negative pressure double-control buttons 2 and is set in one-to-one correspondence, each touch switch 11 is arranged between a power supply line 16 and a conductive rod 17 of an electric coagulation medical instrument in parallel, and each negative pressure hose 4 is arranged between the conductive rod 17 and a negative pressure main pipe 12 in parallel. The contact 5 of each electric coagulation negative pressure double control button 2 is contacted with one touch switch 11 of the touch circuit board 3, the electric coagulation working head is in a corresponding working state, the circuits started by the electric coagulation negative pressure double control buttons 2 are connected in parallel, and the circuits cannot interfere with each other.
Further, the number of the electrocoagulation negative pressure double control buttons 2 is two, one is the electrocoagulation negative pressure double control button, and the other is the electrocoagulation negative pressure double control button. The contact 5 of the electric coagulation negative pressure double control button is contacted with one contact switch of the touch control circuit board 3, the electric coagulation working head is in an electric coagulation working state, the contact 5 of the electric coagulation negative pressure double control button is contacted with the other contact switch of the touch control circuit board 3, and the electric coagulation working head is in an electric coagulation working state.
Further, a rotary sealing connection structure 13 is arranged between the conductive rod 17 and the negative pressure hose 4; the rotary seal connection structure 13 comprises a seal supporting sleeve 14 fixed in the handle 1, one end of the seal supporting sleeve 14 is in rotary seal connection with a conductive rod 17, and the other end of the seal supporting sleeve 14 is connected with the negative pressure hose 4. The sealing support sleeve 14 prevents smoke from leaking out of the negative pressure hose 4.
The rear end of the electric coagulation negative pressure double control button 2 is provided with a hose restraint opening 15, the hose restraint opening 15 and the hook pipe hole 10 are axially distributed in the electric coagulation negative pressure double control button 2, the hook pipe hole 10 is close to the rear end of the channel 9, and the hose restraint opening 15 is internally provided with a negative pressure hose 4 which is connected with a negative pressure hose 4 arranged in the hook pipe hole 10 in parallel.
