a reselection module, configured to not perform cell reselection if the target cell is consistent with the serving cell where the mobile terminal currently resides, and further configured to determine a reselected cell from the serving cell where the mobile terminal currently resides, the target cell, and cells in a neighbor cell list if the target cell is inconsistent with the serving cell where the mobile terminal currently resides;
a judging submodule, configured to judge whether the target cell is a cell in the neighbor cell list;
a determining submodule, configured to determine the target cell as the reselected cell if the target cell is a cell in the neighboring cell list;
the determining sub-module is further configured to determine whether the signal strength of the currently camped serving cell is greater than or equal to the signal strength of the cell with the strongest signal in the neighbor cell list if the target cell is not the cell in the neighbor cell list;
the determining submodule is further configured to determine the currently camped serving cell as the reselected cell if the signal strength of the currently camped serving cell is greater than or equal to the signal strength of the cell with the strongest signal in the neighbor cell list;
the determining submodule is further configured to determine the cell with the strongest signal in the neighbor cell list as the reselected cell if the signal strength of the currently camped serving cell is smaller than the signal strength of the cell with the strongest signal in the neighbor cell list.
6. The mobile terminal of claim 5,
and the reselection module is further configured to determine whether to perform cell reselection according to a relationship between the reselected cell and a currently camped serving cell of the mobile terminal.
7. The mobile terminal of claim 6, wherein the reselection module is further configured to not perform the cell reselection if the reselected cell is the currently camped serving cell; and if the reselected cell is not the currently resident serving cell, taking the reselected cell as the cell reselected by the mobile terminal.
8. The mobile terminal of claim 7, wherein the mobile terminal further comprises:
and the sending module is used for sending the information of the reselected cell and a target cell updating instruction to the server, wherein the target cell updating instruction is used for instructing the server to update the target cell which is stored in the server and matched with the current position of the mobile terminal into the reselected cell.
9. A mobile terminal, comprising: memory, processor and computer program stored on the memory and executable on the processor, characterized in that the processor, when executing the computer program, implements the method of cell reselection according to any of claims 1 to 4.
10. A computer-readable storage medium, having a computer program stored thereon, which, when being executed by a processor, carries out the method of cell reselection of any one of claims 1 to 4.
