Technical Field

Background

Switches are indispensable elements in circuit loops, controlling the passage and open state of one or more loops. Therefore, the generality of the switch in daily life is undoubted. In order to meet the actual electricity utilization habits of users and achieve the purposes of energy conservation and emission reduction, generally, in a household house, a commercial house or an industrial house, the electric equipment mostly adopts a parallel connection mode, and the working state of the electric equipment is controlled by a switch.

However, because there are many switches involved, a user needs to remember the electric device corresponding to each switch, and for an unfamiliar user, the user may need to search for the switch corresponding to the electric device to be turned on after turning on different switches by mistake, which has three main problems: (1) poor user experience is brought to the user; (2) the switch is rapidly opened and closed, so that the aging of the switch is accelerated, and the service life of the switch is shortened; (3) causing unnecessary energy waste.

In view of the above problems, patent document 1(CN 302780534S) discloses an on-off electrical switch, which has an indication function by adding characters, graphics or both on the outer surface of the switch button, so that the user can distinguish the corresponding electrical devices, such as a lamp, a fan and a bathroom heater, controlled by each button.

Although this patent solves the problem of the switch not having an indicating function to some extent by means of surface-attached identification, it still has two main problems: (1) the device cannot play an effective indicating role in dark conditions; (2) after a period of use or scratching, the pictures and texts attached to the surface of the switch key are easily worn, and the original indicating function of the pictures and texts is weakened or lost.

In order to solve the above problems, patent document 2(CN 2215144Y) discloses a switch with characters and light transmission, which mainly comprises a key switch with a light transmission area, a cover coated with a light-transmitting material, a sticker with characters or patterns, and a fixing base, wherein the sticker is adhered on the light transmission area on the inner side of the cover opposite to the key switch; the switch key is arranged in a fixed seat frame groove; the cover is embedded in the key switch. However, this switch still has one major problem: (1) the identification characters are not easy to replace. In the electrician installation process, if the problems of wiring or wiring errors and the like occur, and the identification characters are inconsistent with the actual control condition, the identification characters cannot be replaced only, and the whole housing adhered with the paster needs to be replaced, so that the cost is higher; (2) the indicating structure is relatively complex. The indication function under the dark condition can be realized only by the light emitted by the indicator lamp arranged inside the switch and passing through the identification characters.

Therefore, how to reduce the replacement cost of the mark and simplify the structure of the indication function of the mark characters under the condition of dark external light for the switch is a technical problem to be solved in the field.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention aims to provide a switch which has low replacement cost of a mark and simplifies an indicating structure under the condition of dark external light.

In order to achieve the purpose, the invention provides a switch key with an indication function, wherein a key main body is provided with a key through hole; the surface of the mark body is provided with a mark; wherein, the sign body is with the detachable installation of button main part for the sign sees through the button through-hole visual.

The user can see the mark 31 from the front of the switch key to play a role of indication.

The sign body 30 and the key body 20 can be detachably mounted in various forms. For example, as shown in fig. 2a and 2b, the label body 30 is provided with a first protrusion 33 for engaging with the key through hole 21. Specifically, as shown in fig. 1, the logo 30 is detachably mounted on the key main body 20 from the back of the key main body 20 and is flush with the upper surface of the key main body 20 by the engagement of the first protrusion 33 and the key through hole 21. Preferably, as shown in fig. 2c, the back of the sign body 30 is provided with a friction protrusion 34, which may be a geometric protrusion such as a strip shape or a dot shape, and is not easy to slip when the user removes and replaces the sign body 30.

The marker 31 is made of a fluorescent substance and has a fluorescent effect. The indicating function can be achieved under the condition of dark external light, and the indicating function under the dark condition can be further enhanced through an additional indicating lamp. The content of the mark 31 is one or more of characters, patterns and colors, and is used for indicating the lamp controlled by each switch key.

The invention also provides a switch with an indication function, which comprises the switch key; the switch key is arranged on the fixed seat through clamping; the on-off state of the loop where the switch is located is controlled by shifting the switch key.

The basic steps for installing the switch are as follows:

the first step is as follows: separating the switch key and the fixed seat of the switch, as shown in fig. 5 and 6;

the second step is that: fixing the fixed seat with the wall;

the third step: selecting different identification bodies 30 according to corresponding scenes or electric equipment, and installing the selected identification bodies 30 with the switch keys from the back sides of the switch keys;

the fourth step: the switch key provided with the identification body 30 is arranged on the fixed seat through clamping.

As described above, in order to replace the identifier 30, the key body 20 and the fixing base need to be separated from each other, and the identifier 30 is replaced from the back of the key. However, the switch with the indication function provided by the present invention can also realize the replacement of the identifier 30 when the key body and the fixing base are not separated, and the following examples will be further described.

In another embodiment, an elastic layer is disposed on the back of the key body 20, and an opening is disposed on the side surface of the key body 20 near the end of the key through hole 21 for taking out and putting in the identification body 30. One end of the elastic layer is fixed with one end of the key body 20 far away from the key through hole 21, the identification body 30 is arranged between the elastic layer and the key body 20, and the convex part of the identification body 30 is clamped with the key through hole 21 through the restoring force generated by the deformation of the elastic layer. When the key body is replaced, the user applies a downward force to the identification body from the front of the key body 20, so that the elastic layer is separated from the key body 20, and then the identification body 30 is moved out of the key body 20 by applying an upward pushing force.

In another embodiment, an opening is disposed on a side surface of the key body 20 near one end of the key through hole 21 for taking out and putting in the identification body 30. The left side and the right side of the position, close to the key through hole 21, of the back face of the key main body 20 are provided with baffles, the position limiting effect on the identification body 30 is achieved, an elastic element is arranged below the position, close to the key through hole 21, of the back face of the key main body 20, a clamping portion is arranged below the identification body 30, and the identification body 30 is installed on the key main body 20 through clamping of the clamping portion and the elastic element. When the key body is replaced, a downward force is applied to the mark body 30 from the opening on the side surface, so that the elastic element is separated from the clamping part, and meanwhile, the elastic element generates an upward elastic force to pop a part of the mark body 30 out of the key body 20, and at the moment, a user can move the mark body out for replacement.

Although not all embodiments are provided in the drawings of the present invention, it can be understood by those skilled in the art that different installation forms can be adopted according to specific situations as long as the detachable installation function of the identifier and the key main body can be realized. The switch key and the switch with the indication function have the advantages that the replacement operation of the identification body is simple and convenient and the cost is lower through the detachable installation mode of the identification body and the key main body.

The switch key with indication function as claimed in claim 1, wherein a first magnetic absorption region is disposed on a back surface of the key body near the key through hole, the identifier has a second absorption region with a magnetic property different from that of the first absorption region, and the identifier is detachably mounted on the key body by absorption of the first absorption region and the second absorption region.

The switch key with indication function as claimed in claim 1, wherein the mark is disposed on the first protrusion, the first hole is disposed on a portion of the mark body not having the first protrusion, the key protrusion adapted to the first hole is disposed on a position of the back surface of the key body near the key through hole, and the mark body and the key body are further fastened by engaging the key protrusion with the first hole.

5. The switch button with indication function as claimed in claim 4, wherein the button projection is in a cross bar shape.

6. The switch button with indication function according to any of claims 1-5, wherein the sign is made of fluorescent material, and the content of the sign is one or more of characters, patterns and colors.

7. A switch with an indication function, comprising:

the switch key of any one of claims 1-6;

the switch key is arranged on the fixed seat in a clamping manner;

and the on-off state of a loop where the switch is positioned is controlled by shifting the switch key.
