In one embodiment, the first self-service printing apparatus further comprises:
the instruction receiving unit is used for receiving an instruction of printing the electronic photo as a receipt when the electronic file is the electronic photo of the certificate photo;
and the instruction sending unit is used for sending the instruction to the server.
There is further provided a second self-service printing apparatus according to an embodiment of the present invention, fig. 5 is a block diagram illustrating an exemplary configuration of a self-service printing system according to an embodiment of the present invention, and referring to fig. 5, the second self-service printing apparatus 20 includes:
the file receiving module 21 is configured to store an electronic file to be printed and a printer identifier sent by a terminal when the electronic file and the printer identifier are received;
a password generating module 22, configured to generate and store a password corresponding to the electronic file;
and the sending module 23 is configured to send the password to the terminal, and send the electronic file and the password to a printer corresponding to the printer identifier.
In one embodiment, the second self-service printing apparatus further comprises:
the map data acquisition unit is used for acquiring prestored electronic map data when receiving a printing request message sent by a terminal, wherein the electronic map data comprises a printer identifier and position information of a printer corresponding to the printer identifier;
and the map data sending unit is used for sending the electronic map data to the terminal.
In one embodiment, the second self-service printing apparatus further comprises:
the matching module is used for matching the password to be matched with the stored password when receiving the password to be matched sent by the printer;
and the address sending module is used for sending the download address of the electronic file corresponding to the successfully matched password to the printer when the password to be matched is successfully matched with the stored password.
In one embodiment, the second self-service printing apparatus further comprises:
the instruction receiving module is used for receiving an instruction which is sent by the terminal and used for printing the electronic photo as a receipt when the electronic file is the electronic photo of the certificate photo;
the electronic photo sending module is used for sending the electronic photo to a certificate photo authentication center, instructing the certificate photo authentication center to authenticate the electronic photo, and instructing the certificate photo authentication center to authenticate the electronic photo;
the password generation module 22 is further configured to generate a password corresponding to a receipt preview when receiving the receipt preview including the electronic photo returned by the certificate photo authentication center;
the storage module is used for storing the receipt preview and storing the password generated corresponding to the receipt preview;
the sending module 23 is further configured to send the receipt preview and the corresponding password to the printer corresponding to the printer identifier.
There is further provided a third apparatus for self-service printing according to an embodiment of the present invention, fig. 5 is a block diagram illustrating an exemplary structure of a self-service printing system according to an embodiment of the present invention, and referring to fig. 5, the third apparatus 30 for self-service printing includes:
the receiving module 31 is configured to store an electronic file to be printed and a password corresponding to the electronic file when receiving the electronic file to be printed and the password of the electronic file sent by the server;
the password input module 32 is used for receiving an input password to be matched;
and the printing module 33 is configured to match the password to be matched with the stored password, and print the electronic file corresponding to the successfully matched password when the matching is successful.
In one embodiment, the third apparatus for self-service printing further comprises:
the password sending unit is used for sending the password to be matched to the server when the password to be matched and the stored password cannot be successfully matched, indicating the server to match the password to be matched with the password stored at the server end, and issuing a download address of the electronic file corresponding to the successfully matched password;
the downloading unit is used for downloading the electronic file when receiving a downloading address of the electronic file sent by the server;
the printing module 33 is also used to print the downloaded electronic file.
There is further provided, according to an embodiment of the present invention, a terminal, including a memory, a processor, and a computer program stored in the memory and executable on the processor, where the processor executes the computer program to implement the self-service printing method.
The first, second and third devices of the self-service printing first device, the self-service printing second device and the self-service printing third device are only used for distinguishing different self-service printing devices and are not used for limiting the higher priority of the determining module of which preselected area or other limiting meanings.
In this embodiment, the modules included in the self-service printing first device, the self-service printing second device and the self-service printing third device may be implemented in whole or in part by software, hardware or a combination thereof. Further, each module in the self-service printing first device, the self-service printing second device and the self-service printing third device may be a program segment for implementing a corresponding function.
Fig. 6 is a schematic diagram of an internal structure of a terminal according to an embodiment of the present invention, where the terminal may be a server. Referring to fig. 6, the terminal includes a processor, a non-volatile storage medium, an internal memory, an input device, a display screen, and a network interface, which are connected through a system bus. The nonvolatile storage medium of the terminal may store an operating system and computer readable instructions, and when the computer readable instructions are executed, the processor may execute a method for self-service printing according to embodiments of the present application, and a specific implementation process of the method may refer to specific contents of each embodiment in fig. 1 to 2, which is not described herein again. The processor of the terminal is used to provide computing and control capabilities to support the operation of the entire terminal. The internal memory may have stored therein computer readable instructions that, when executed by the processor, cause the processor to perform a method of self-service printing. The input device of the terminal is used for inputting various parameters, the display screen of the terminal is used for displaying, and the network interface of the terminal is used for network communication. Those skilled in the art will appreciate that the configuration shown in fig. 6 is a block diagram of only a portion of the configuration associated with the present application and does not constitute a limitation on the terminal to which the present application is applied, and that a particular terminal may include more or less components than those shown, or may combine certain components, or have a different arrangement of components.
There is further provided, according to an embodiment of the present invention, a server, including a memory, a processor, and a computer program stored in the memory and executable on the processor, where the processor executes the computer program to implement the self-service printing method.
There is further provided, according to an embodiment of the present invention, a printer, including a memory, a processor, and a computer program stored in the memory and executable on the processor, wherein the processor implements the self-service printing method described above when executing the computer program.
In one embodiment, a storage medium is provided, which stores a computer program that, when executed by a processor, implements the steps of the method of self-service printing described above.
This embodiment is through providing the self-service printing method who is applied to the terminal respectively, server and printer, through the sign of the electronic file that obtains waiting to print at the terminal and the printer of printing this electronic file, send this electronic file for corresponding printer through the server, and send the password of printing this electronic file for terminal and printer, make the user can print this electronic file through the password that the terminal received in idle time, both guaranteed the privacy of the file of waiting to print, also make the user can carry out long-range self-service printing, can oneself select the printer, select the type of the electronic file that needs to print, only the time of getting the piece through the password to the monopolizing time of printer, the monopolizing time of self-service printer has effectively been reduced, self-service printer's printing efficiency and utilization ratio have been improved.
According to an example of this embodiment, all or part of the processes in the methods of the embodiments described above may be implemented by a computer program to instruct related hardware, where the program may be stored in a computer-readable storage medium, and in this embodiment of the present invention, the program may be stored in the storage medium of a computer system and executed by at least one processor in the computer system, so as to implement the processes including the embodiments of the methods described above. The storage medium includes, but is not limited to, a magnetic disk, a flash disk, an optical disk, a Read-Only Memory (ROM), a Random Access Memory (RAM), and the like.
The technical features of the embodiments described above may be arbitrarily combined, and for the sake of brevity, all possible combinations of the technical features in the embodiments described above are not described, but should be considered as being within the scope of the present specification as long as there is no contradiction between the combinations of the technical features.
The above-mentioned embodiments only express several embodiments of the present invention, and the description thereof is more specific and detailed, but not construed as limiting the scope of the invention. It should be noted that, for a person skilled in the art, several variations and modifications can be made without departing from the inventive concept, which falls within the scope of the present invention. Therefore, the protection scope of the present patent shall be subject to the appended claims.

Claims (20)

1. A method of self-service printing, the method comprising:
acquiring an electronic file to be printed, wherein the electronic file comprises an electronic certificate photo, and the acquisition mode of the electronic certificate photo comprises the acquisition of a preprocessed picture obtained by shooting a photo terminal comprising a user face according to a camera at the home terminal;
receiving a printer identification for printing the electronic file;
sending the electronic file and the printer identifier to a server, instructing the server to store the electronic file and sending the electronic file to a printer corresponding to the printer identifier;
receiving a password issued by the server for printing the electronic file, wherein the password is identified by the printer and matched with the password to be matched, the printer is instructed to print the electronic file, or the password is identified by the printer and not matched with the password to be matched, the printer sends the password to be matched to the server, the server is instructed to determine the password successfully matched with the password to be matched and send down a download address of the electronic file corresponding to the successfully matched password, so that the printer prints the electronic file corresponding to the successfully matched password, the password and one or more electronic files to be printed are in one-to-one correspondence, the password to be matched is the password input by the printer, and the mode of judging whether the password is matched comprises the step of judging whether the password to be matched is the same as the password issued by the server, or, judging whether the password to be matched corresponds to the password issued by the server according to a preset compiling rule;
if the electronic file is printed by other printers except the printer corresponding to the printer identifier, downloading the electronic file stored in the server to other printers for printing according to the password, configuring the time efficiency of the password in advance, and updating the state of the password to be invalid when the password is invalid.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein the electronic file further comprises an electronic document.
3. The method of claim 1, wherein the pre-processed picture is generated in a manner that comprises:
shooting a photo terminal comprising a face of a user through a camera of the terminal;
receiving the selected background color and the printing size of the certificate photo;
and replacing the background of the acquired photo with the selected background color to obtain a preprocessed picture.
4. The method of claim 3, wherein the electronic file comprises a print preview file of a certificate photo; the step of acquiring the electronic file to be printed comprises:
and generating a print preview of the certificate photo according to the preprocessed picture and the received print size of the certificate photo, and determining the print preview of the certificate photo as the acquired electronic file to be printed.
5. The method of claim 4, further comprising:
acquiring preset display position information corresponding to the printing size;
and displaying the preprocessed picture in the print preview of the identification photo according to the print size, and displaying the boundary mark at the corresponding position of the print preview according to the display position information.
6. The method according to any one of claims 3 to 5, wherein the step of taking the photo terminal including the face of the user by the camera of the home terminal comprises:
and when the camera is in a working state, displaying a shooting interface on a display screen, wherein a preset head area outline and a preset shoulder area outline are displayed in the shooting interface.
7. The method according to any one of claims 1 to 5, wherein before the step of receiving the password for printing the electronic document issued by the server, the method further comprises:
receiving data which are sent by a server and need to be transferred for printing the electronic file and an account number for transferring the data;
and transferring the data to the account according to the input instruction.
8. The method of any of claims 1 to 5, wherein the step of receiving an identification of a printer for printing the electronic document comprises:
sending a print request message to the server;
receiving electronic map data returned by the server;
displaying an electronic map corresponding to the electronic map data, wherein a printer and the position of the printer are displayed on the electronic map;
and when a selection instruction of the printer is received, acquiring a printer identifier corresponding to the selected printer.
9. The method according to any one of claims 1 to 5, further comprising:
when the electronic file is an electronic photo of the certificate photo, receiving an instruction for printing the electronic photo as a receipt;
and sending the instruction to a server.
10. A method of self-service printing, the method comprising:
when an electronic file to be printed and a printer identifier sent by a terminal are received, the electronic file is stored, the electronic file comprises an electronic certificate photo, and the electronic certificate photo is acquired in a mode that a preprocessed picture obtained by shooting a photo terminal comprising a user face through a camera at the home terminal is acquired;
generating and storing a password corresponding to the electronic file;
sending the password to the terminal, sending the electronic file and the password to a printer corresponding to the printer identifier, wherein the password and the one or more electronic files to be printed are in one-to-one correspondence, and if the electronic file is printed by other printers except the printer corresponding to the printer identifier, downloading the stored electronic file to other printers according to the password for printing;
if the password to be matched, which is sent when the printer identifies that the password is not matched with the password to be matched, is received, matching the password to be matched with the stored password, and determining the password which is successfully matched with the password to be matched;
issuing a download address of the electronic file corresponding to the successfully matched password to the printer so that the printer downloads and prints the electronic file corresponding to the successfully matched password, wherein the password to be matched is a password input by the printer; judging whether the passwords are matched or not, wherein the judging whether the passwords to be matched are the same as the generated passwords or not is carried out, and judging whether the passwords to be matched are corresponding to the generated passwords or not according to a preset compiling rule; and pre-configuring the time efficiency of the password, and updating the state of the password to be invalid when the password is invalid.
11. The method of claim 10, further comprising:
when a printing request message sent by a terminal is received, acquiring prestored electronic map data, wherein the electronic map data comprises a printer identifier and position information of a printer corresponding to the printer identifier;
and sending the electronic map data to the terminal.
12. The method according to any one of claims 10 to 11, further comprising:
when the electronic file is an electronic photo of the certificate photo, receiving an instruction sent by a terminal for printing the electronic photo as a receipt;
sending the electronic photo to a certificate photo authentication center, and indicating the certificate photo authentication center to authenticate the electronic photo;
when receiving a receipt preview containing the electronic photo returned by the certificate photo authentication center, generating a password corresponding to the receipt preview;
saving the receipt preview and saving a password generated corresponding to the receipt preview;
the step of sending the electronic file and the password to the printer corresponding to the printer identifier comprises:
and sending the receipt preview and the corresponding password to a printer corresponding to the printer identifier.
13. A method of self-service printing, the method comprising:
when an electronic file to be printed and a password of the electronic file which are sent by a server are received, the electronic file and the corresponding password are stored, the electronic file comprises an electronic certificate photo, the electronic certificate photo is obtained in a mode that a preprocessed picture which is obtained by shooting a photo terminal comprising a user face according to a camera at the local end is obtained, the password and one or more electronic files to be printed are in one-to-one correspondence, if the electronic file is printed by other printers except a printer corresponding to a printer identifier, the electronic file stored in the server is downloaded to other printers according to the password for printing, the time efficiency of the password is configured in advance, and when the password is invalid, the state of the password is updated to be invalid;
receiving an input password to be matched;
matching the password to be matched with the stored password, and printing an electronic file corresponding to the successfully matched password when the matching is successful; judging whether the passwords are matched or not, wherein the judging whether the passwords to be matched are the same as the passwords issued by the server or not is carried out, or whether the passwords to be matched correspond to the passwords issued by the server or not is judged according to a preset compiling rule;
when the password to be matched and the stored password cannot be successfully matched, the password to be matched is sent to a server, the server is instructed to match the password to be matched with the password stored in the server, and a download address of the electronic file corresponding to the successfully matched password is issued;
when a download address of an electronic file sent by a server is received, downloading the electronic file;
and printing the downloaded electronic file.
14. A first apparatus for self-service printing, the apparatus comprising:
the electronic file acquisition module is used for acquiring an electronic file to be printed, wherein the electronic file comprises an electronic certificate photo, and the acquisition mode of the electronic certificate photo comprises the acquisition of a preprocessed picture obtained by shooting a photo terminal comprising the face of a user by a camera at the home terminal;
the printer identification acquisition module is used for receiving a printer identification for printing the electronic file;
the file sending module is used for sending the electronic file and the printer identifier to a server, indicating the server to store the electronic file and sending the electronic file to a printer corresponding to the printer identifier;
a password receiving module, configured to receive a password issued by the server and used for printing the electronic file, where the password is identified by the printer and matched with a password to be matched, the printer is instructed to print the electronic file, or, when the password is identified by the printer and is not matched with the password to be matched, the printer sends the password to be matched to the server, the server is instructed to determine a password successfully matched with the password to be matched, and a download address of the electronic file corresponding to the successfully matched password is issued, so that the printer prints the electronic file corresponding to the successfully matched password, where the password and the one or more electronic files to be printed are in a one-to-one correspondence relationship, and the password to be matched is a password input by the printer; if the electronic file is printed by other printers except the printer corresponding to the printer identifier, downloading the electronic file stored in the server to other printers for printing according to the password, wherein the mode of judging whether the password is matched comprises judging whether the password to be matched is the same as the password issued by the server or judging whether the password to be matched is corresponding to the password issued by the server according to a preset compiling rule;
and pre-configuring the time efficiency of the password, and updating the state of the password to be invalid when the password is invalid.
15. A second apparatus for self-service printing, the apparatus comprising:
the system comprises a file receiving module, a printer identification module and a printing module, wherein the file receiving module is used for storing an electronic file to be printed and the printer identification, which are sent by a terminal, the electronic file comprises an electronic certificate photo, and the electronic certificate photo is obtained in a mode that a preprocessed picture obtained by shooting a photo terminal comprising a user face through a camera at the local terminal is obtained;
the password generation module is used for generating and storing a password corresponding to the electronic file;
a sending module, configured to send the password to the terminal, and send the electronic file and the password to a printer corresponding to the printer identifier, where the password and the one or more electronic files to be printed are in a one-to-one correspondence relationship, and if the electronic file is printed by a printer other than the printer corresponding to the printer identifier, the stored electronic file is downloaded to another printer for printing according to the password; if the password to be matched, which is sent when the printer identifies that the password is not matched with the password to be matched, is received, matching the password to be matched with the stored password, and determining the password which is successfully matched with the password to be matched; issuing a download address of the electronic file corresponding to the successfully matched password to the printer so as to enable the printer to download and print the electronic file corresponding to the successfully matched password, wherein the password to be matched is a password input by the printer, and the mode of judging whether the password is matched comprises judging whether the password to be matched is the same as the password issued by the server or judging whether the password to be matched corresponds to the password issued by the server according to a preset compiling rule;
and pre-configuring the time efficiency of the password, and updating the state of the password to be invalid when the password is invalid.
16. A third apparatus for self-service printing, the apparatus comprising:
the receiving module is used for storing the electronic file and the corresponding password when receiving the electronic file to be printed and the password of the electronic file which are sent by the server, wherein the electronic file comprises an electronic certificate photo, the electronic certificate photo is obtained in a mode that a preprocessed picture obtained by shooting a photo terminal comprising a user face through a camera at the home terminal is obtained, the password and one or more electronic files to be printed are in one-to-one correspondence, if the electronic file is printed through other printers except the printer corresponding to the printer identifier, the electronic file stored in the server is downloaded to other printers for printing according to the password, the time efficiency of the password is configured in advance, and when the password is invalid, the state of the password is updated to be invalid;
the password input module is used for receiving an input password to be matched;
the printing module is used for matching the password to be matched with the stored password, and when the matching is successful, the electronic file corresponding to the successfully matched password is printed; when the password to be matched and the stored password cannot be successfully matched, the password to be matched is sent to a server, the server is instructed to match the password to be matched with the password stored in the server, and a download address of the electronic file corresponding to the successfully matched password is issued; when a download address of an electronic file sent by a server is received, downloading the electronic file; printing the downloaded electronic file; the mode of judging whether the passwords are matched comprises judging whether the password to be matched is the same as the password issued by the server or judging whether the password to be matched corresponds to the password issued by the server according to a preset compiling rule.
17. A terminal comprising a memory, a processor and a computer program stored on the memory and executable on the processor, wherein the processor when executing the program implements a method of self-service printing as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 9.
18. A server comprising a memory, a processor and a computer program stored on the memory and executable on the processor, wherein the processor when executing the program implements a method of self-service printing according to any of claims 10 to 12.
19. A printer comprising a memory, a processor and a computer program stored on the memory and executable on the processor, wherein the processor when executing the program implements the method of self-service printing according to claim 13.
20. A computer-readable storage medium, in which a computer program is stored which, when being executed by a processor, carries out the steps of the method according to any one of claims 1 to 13.
