Abstract
本发明公开了一种显示面板、显示器及显示方式。该显示面板包括:相对设置的第一基板和第二基板;第一基板朝向第二基板的表面设置有发光器件层、颜色转换层和第一绝缘层;第二基板朝向第一基板的表面设置有第一电极层,以及设置在第一电极层和第一绝缘层之间的液晶层。根据本发明实施例提供的技术方案,通过包含发光器件层、光栅层和液晶层的显示面板,能够解决传统显示面板不能同时支持平面显示和立体显示的问题。

技术领域
本公开一般涉及显示技术领域,尤其涉及一种显示面板、显示器以及显示方式。
背景技术
随着立体显示技术的发展,立体视频节目越来越普及。目前,设计出能够支持平面显示和立体显示的显示装置是目前显示技术发展的趋势之一。
发明内容
期望提供一种支持平面显示和立体显示的显示设备,为了实现上述目的,提供一种显示面板、显示器及显示方法。
第一方面,提供一种显示面板,包括:
相对设置的第一基板和第二基板;
第一基板朝向第二基板的表面设置有发光器件层、光栅层、颜色转换层和第一绝缘层;
第二基板朝向第一基板的表面设置有第一电极层,以及设置在第一电极层和第一绝缘层之间的液晶层。
根据本发明显示面板的一实施例,光栅层包括交替设置的若干遮光部与若干透光部,遮光部的材料为金属。
根据本发明显示面板的一实施例,发光器件层还包括驱动电路。
根据本发明显示面板的一实施例,每一遮光部包含间隔设置的若干子遮光部,每一子遮光部通过贯穿发光器件层的过孔与驱动电路电连接。
根据本发明显示面板的一实施例,颜色转换层包括多个颜色转换单元,颜色转换单元在第一基板上的正投影位于遮光部在第一基板上的正投影重合。
根据本发明显示面板的一实施例,颜色转换层包括多个颜色转换单元,颜色转换单元在第一基板上的正投影位于遮光部在第一基板上的正投影内。
根据本发明显示面板的一实施例,光栅层和颜色转换层之间还包括第二绝缘层和第二电极层,第二电极包括多个第二子电极,颜色转换单元在第一基板上的正投影与第二子电极在第一基板上的正投影重合。
根据本发明显示面板的一实施例,每一第二子电极通过贯穿第二绝缘层和发光器件层的过孔与驱动电路电连接。
根据本发明显示面板的一实施例,第二电极层的材料为透明导电材料。

第一显示模式包括如下步骤:
控制发光器件层不工作;
驱动液晶层中的液晶分子偏转;
第二显示模式包括如下步骤:
控制发光器件层发光;
驱动液晶层中的液晶分子偏转。
根据本发明显示方法的一实施例,在第二显示模式下,驱动液晶层中的液晶分子偏转包括,驱动电路控制液晶层对应透光部的区域透光。
根据本发明实施例提供的技术方案,通过包含发光器件层、光栅层和液晶层的显示面板,能够解决传统显示面板不能同时支持平面显示和立体显示的问题。进一步的,根据本发明的某些实施例,通过光栅层的遮光部包含若干子遮光部,每一子遮光部通过贯穿发光器件层的过孔与驱动电路电连接的结构,还能解决如何在不增加显示面板工艺层的前提下解决液晶层的驱动问题,获得节省显示面板成本和空间的效果。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和实施例对本发明作进一步的详细说明。可以理解的是,此处所描述的具体实施例仅仅用于解释相关发明,而非对该发明的限定。另外还需要说明的是,为了便于描述,附图中仅示出了与发明相关的部分。
需要说明的是,在不冲突的情况下,本发明中的实施例及实施例中的特征可以相互组合。下面将参考附图并结合实施例来详细说明本发明。
请参考图1,为本发明实施例提供的一种显示面板。具体地,包括,
相对设置的第一基板11和第二基板21;
第一基板11朝向第二基板21的表面设置有发光器件层12、光栅层14、颜色转换层15和第一绝缘层16;
第二基板朝向第一基板的表面设置有第一电极层22,以及设置在第一电极层22和第一绝缘层16之间的液晶层23。
本实施例的显示面板中的液晶层23用于实现平面显示,而发光器件层12配合光栅层14能够实现立体显示(3D画面)。实现了在一个显示面板上同时支持两种不同显示模式的效果。
可以理解的是,第一基板和第二基板的材料包括聚酰亚胺、塑料、硅、玻璃等任意一种。
在一些实施例中,光栅层14包括交替设置的若干遮光部141与若干透光部142,其中,遮光部141的材料为金属。由于金属具有很好的反射作用,在平面显示模式中,充分利用了该反射作用,以构成反射型显示器件。可以理解的是,光栅层与发光器件层之间还包括绝缘层。
具体地,在平面显示模式下,设置于第二基板11背离发光器件层12一侧的光源发射的光线,通过液晶层23、颜色转换层15后,经过光栅层14遮光部141的反射再次进入颜色转换层15,液晶层23后,射出第二基板,以实现图像的显示。
在本发明的实施例中,发光器件层12与光栅层14之间还包括封装层13,上述过孔将穿过封装层13。可以理解的是,过孔避开发光器件层中有机发光材料所在的区域设置,以尽量减小对封装层13的不良影响。
在一些实施例中,发光器件层12包括阵列设置的若干电致发光器件,以实现彩色画面的显示。具体地,该电致发光器件可采用无源驱动的有机发光二极管PM-OLED(PassiveMatrix Organic Light-Emitting Diode),或采用有源驱动的有机发光二极管AM-OLED(Active Matrix Organic Light-Emitting Diode)。
优选地,发光器件层12还包括驱动电路(图中未标出),用于驱动发光器件层中的发光器件。
优选地,驱动电路还可以用来驱动控制液晶层23中液晶偏转的电极,该方案在不增加显示面板工艺层的前提下解决了液晶层23的驱动问题,节省显示面板成本和空间。
优选地,颜色转换层15为量子点薄膜。量子点是一种光致激发的纳米晶体材料,不同的纳米晶体材料可以被激发出不同颜色的光。颜色转换层15包括多个颜色转换单元151,颜色转换单元151在第一基板11上的正投影位于遮光部141在第一基板11上的正投影内。颜色转换层15只在平面显示模式下起作用,实现彩色滤光片的作用。采用量子点薄膜可提高彩色还原率和整体亮度。
优选地,如图2所示,本发明实施例中的每个遮光部141包含间隔设置的若干子遮光部1411,每一子遮光部1411通过贯穿发光器件层12的过孔与驱动电路电连接,由于遮光部141为金属材料,每一子遮光部可以复用作为液晶层的驱动电极,与第一电极层22配合,驱动液晶层中液晶分子的偏转。
请参考图3,示出了根据本发明实施例的颜色转换层15、光栅层14和发光器件层12的示意图。如图3所示,子遮光部1411的上部对应设置有颜色转换单元151,且颜色转换单元151在第一基板11上的正投影与子遮光部1411在第一基板11上的正投影重合,也就是,子遮光部1411与颜色转换单元151的分布相同。发光器件层12中的相邻三个发光器件121(R、G、B)构成一个像素单元,多个像素单元被分为左眼像素和右眼像素,光栅层14与发光器件层12中的左眼像素和右眼像素相配合,使得观看者的左眼通过透光部142能够看到左眼像素,观看者的右眼通过透光部142右眼像素。
可以理解的是,平面显示模式的分辨率将小于立体显示模式的分辨率。
在本实施例中,平面显示模式的分辨率受限于子遮光部的1411分布密度,而子遮光部1411的分布又受限于电致发光器件121的分布。
请参考图4,示出了根据本发明另一实施例的显示面板的示意图。在本实施例中的显示面板与图1的显示面板的区别在于:光栅层104和颜色转换层107之间还包括第二绝缘层105和第二电极层106,第二电极106包括多个第二子电极1061。第二电极层106与第一绝缘层108之间设置有颜色转换层107。颜色转换单元1071在第一基板上的正投影与第二子电极在第一基板上的正投影重合。图中,为了突显过孔121进行加粗显示,实际上穿过过孔与第二子电极相连的连接部所占面积非常小,相对第二子电极在第一基板上的正投影的面积,可忽略该部分的面积。
可见,在本实施例中,单独设置了第二电极层106,用于与第一电极层202配合,驱动液晶层203中液晶分子的偏转。该第二电极层106的多个第二子电极1061可以连接独立的驱动电路。当然,第二电极层106中的每一第二子电极1061也可以通过贯穿第二绝缘层105、封装层103和发光器件层102的过孔121与发光器件层102中的驱动电路连接。以实现通过发光器件层的驱动电路统一驱动液晶层203和发光器件层102,使得显示面板的结构更加紧凑。
另外,为了避免第二电极层106与遮光部1041的金属接触,第二绝缘层105应当覆盖各遮光部1041,也使得第二子电极层1061在第一基板101的正投影的宽度将略微大于遮光部1041在第一基板101的正投影的宽度。同时,为了保证反射式平面显示效果,第二电极层106应当采用透明导电材料。
请参考图5,为本发明实施例中颜色转换层107、第二电极层106与光栅层104的示意图。其中,光栅层104由遮光部1041与透光部1042交替设置,且遮光部1041并未分割成若干子遮光部。位于遮光部1041之上的第二电极层106包含间隔设置的若干第二子电极1061。颜色转换层107包括多个颜色转换单元1071。
本领域技术人员可以理解的是,通过设计,可以增加在每一遮光部1041对应区域的第二子电极1061数量,以提高平面显示模式的分辨率。
优选地,第二电极层106的材料为透明导电材料。以免第二电极层106遮挡遮光部1041反射的光线。实际应用中,发光器件层102与光散层之间还包括封装层103,该过孔穿过封装层103。可以理解的是,过孔121避开发光器件层中有机发光材料所在的区域设置,尽量减小对封装层103的不良影响。
在一些优选实施例中,如图1和图4所示,本发明实施例提供的显示面板还包括偏光片24(图4中偏光片的标记为201),位于第二基板21背离液晶层23的一侧。具体地,偏光片24为线偏振片。
另一方面,本发明提供一种显示器,该显示器包括本发明提供的各种实施例的显示面板。
第三方面,本发明还提供一种显示面板的显示方法,方法包括第一显示模式和第二显示模式。请参考图6和图7,分别给出了第一显示模式和第二显示模式的示例性流程图。
其中,第一显示模式包括如下步骤:
步骤S21:控制发光器件层不工作;
步骤S22:驱动液晶层中的液晶分子偏转。
第二显示模式包括如下步骤:
步骤S21:控制发光器件层发光;
步骤S22:驱动液晶层中的液晶分子偏转。
该第一显示模式实质上是只有液晶层工作的平面显示模式,在该模式下,设置于第二基板背离发光器件层一侧的背光源发射的光线,通过偏光片的偏振后经光栅层的反射进入颜色转换层,经颜色转换层的该光线经液晶层的折射,射出至外部,实现平面显示。
该第二显示模式实质上是立体显示模式,在该模式下,不同像素单元中的电致发光器件发出的光线经光栅层在人的左眼的右眼形成不同的图像,从而观看者看到三维图像。
可以理解的是,可通过发光器件层的驱动电路,控制发光器件层和液晶层的驱动,实现两种显示模式的显示。
应当注意,尽管在附图中以特定顺序描述了本发明方法的操作,但是,这并非要求或者暗示必须按照该特定顺序来执行这些操作。流程图中描绘的步骤可以s改变执行顺序。例如,先执行步骤S12,再执行步骤S11;或者先执行步骤S22,再执行步骤S21。
优选地,在第二显示模式下,驱动电路可控制液晶层对应透光部的区域透光,液晶层的其余部分不透光。该方式适合本发明的显示面板应用于外部光线强烈的场合,如室外。在液晶层对应遮光部的区域不透光,防止了外部光线通过遮光部的反射而影响显示效果。
在一些实施例中,在第二显示模式下,驱动电路可控制液晶层的全部区域透光。该方式适合本发明的显示面板应用于外部光线微弱的场合,如室内。虽然有部分外部光线通过遮光部的反射而射出至外部,也不会影响显示效果。
以上描述仅为本发明的较佳实施例以及对所运用技术原理的说明。本领域技术人员应当理解,本发明中所涉及的发明范围,并不限于上述技术特征的特定组合而成的技术方案,同时也应涵盖在不脱离所述发明构思的情况下,由上述技术特征或其等同特征进行任意组合而形成的其它技术方案。例如上述特征与本发明中公开的(但不限于)具有类似功能的技术特征进行互相替换而形成的技术方案。
Claims (15)
1.一种显示面板,其特征在于,包括:
相对设置的第一基板和第二基板;
所述第一基板朝向第二基板的表面设置有发光器件层、光栅层、颜色转换层和第一绝缘层;
所述第二基板朝向第一基板的表面设置有第一电极层,以及设置在所述第一电极层和所述第一绝缘层之间的液晶层。
2.根据权利要求1所述的显示面板,其特征在于,所述光栅层包括交替设置的若干遮光部与若干透光部,所述遮光部的材料为金属。
3.根据权利要求1所述的显示面板,其特征在于,所述发光器件层还包括所述驱动电路。
4.根据权利要求2所述的显示面板,其特征在于,每一所述遮光部包含间隔设置的若干子遮光部,每一所述子遮光部通过贯穿所述发光器件层的过孔与所述驱动电路连接。
5.根据权利要求4所述的显示面板,其特征在于,颜色转换层包括多个颜色转换单元,所述颜色转换单元在所述第一基板上的正投影与所述子遮光部在所述第一基板上的正投影重合。
6.根据权利要求1-3任一项所述的显示面板,其特征在于,颜色转换层包括多个颜色转换单元,所述颜色转换单元在所述第一基板上的正投影位于所述遮光部在所述第一基板上的正投影内。
7.根据权利要求6任一项所述的显示面板,其特征在于,所述光栅层和所述颜色转换层之间还包括第二绝缘层和第二电极层,所述第二电极包括多个第二子电极,所述颜色转换单元在所述第一基板上的正投影与所述第二子电极在所述第一基板上的正投影重合。
8.根据权利要求7所述的显示面板,其特征在于,每一所述第二子电极通过贯穿所述第二绝缘层和所述发光器件层的过孔与所述驱动电路连接。
9.根据权利要求7所述的显示面板,其特征在于,所述第二电极层的材料为透明导电材料。
10.根据权利要求1所述的显示面板,其特征在于,所述颜色转换层为量子点薄膜。
11.根据权利要求1所述的显示面板,其特征在于,所述发光器件层包括阵列设置的若干电致发光器件。
12.根据权利要求1所述的显示面板,其特征在于,还包括偏光片,位于第二基板背离液晶层的一侧。
13.一种显示器,其特征在于,包括如权利要求1至12任一权项所述的显示面板。
14.一种显示面板的显示方法,其特征在于,所述方法包括第一显示模式和第二显示模式;
所述第一显示模式包括如下步骤:
控制发光器件层不工作;
驱动液晶层中的液晶分子偏转;
所述第二显示模式包括如下步骤:
控制所述发光器件层发光;
驱动所述液晶层中的液晶分子偏转。
15.根据权利要求14述的显示方法,其特征在于,在所述第二显示模式下,驱动所述液晶层中的液晶分子偏转包括,驱动电路控制所述液晶层对应所述透光部的区域透光。
