Background
The brush seal is used as an adaptive interference seal form, is widely applied to aeroengines in recent years instead of labyrinth seals, and has a sealing characteristic under the condition of three high speeds, namely high rotating speed, high pressure difference and high boundary rotating speed of the aeroengines. The brush type sealed front baffle is positioned on the high pressure side of the air flow, the rear baffle is positioned on the low pressure side of the air flow, brush wires and the radial center of the rotor form a circumferential included angle of 45-55 degrees, and the brush type sealed front baffle and the rear baffle are closely arranged and fixed between the front baffle and the rear baffle. A great number of theories and practices at home and abroad show that after the brush wire is moved to the radial direction by the rotor runway to deviate, when the rotor is separated from deviation or is decelerated, the brush wire is suspended due to friction force between the brush wire and the back plate, brush wire hysteresis effect occurs, and the sealing performance of brush type seal is affected.
Due to the flexibility of brush type sealing brush wires, the brush type sealing can adapt to the change of transient radial clearance between an engine rotor and a stator or the eccentric movement of the rotor, after long-term working, the radial runout of the rotor leads to the abrasion of brush wire tips on the circumference of a brush ring to different degrees, the sealing property of the brush ring is influenced, and even the sealing is invalid. After long-time use, the adhesion abrasion of the brush type bundle end part and the rotor causes the increase of clearance and leakage, the sealing failure affects the performance of the aeroengine, and at the moment, the brush ring needs to be replaced integrally, if other parts of the brush ring are not abraded obviously, a part of brush wires lose the utilization value, and the resource waste is caused.

The invention aims to provide an equally-divided circumference spliced brush type seal, which solves the problem that resources are wasted because the local brush wires in a brush ring are seriously worn and need to be replaced integrally due to the change of a transient radial gap between a rotor and a stator or the eccentric motion of the rotor.
The invention is realized according to the following technical scheme: an equally-divided circumference spliced brush type seal comprises a front baffle plate 1, a rear baffle plate 2, brush filament bundles 3, a fixed connection 8, a stator 9 and screws 10; the front baffle 1 is positioned at the high pressure of the air flow, the rear baffle 2 is positioned at the low pressure of the air flow, the brush filament bundles 3 are installed between the front baffle and the rear baffle 2 in a clamping manner through the fixed connection 8, the inner concave annular decompression groove 4 is formed in the contact bearing surface of the rear baffle 2 and the brush filament bundles 3, the annular decompression groove 4 can reduce the hysteresis effect of brush type sealing, the inner diameter of the front baffle 1 is flush with the outer diameter of the annular decompression groove 4 formed in the rear baffle 2, the front baffle 1, the rear baffle 2, the brush filament bundles 3 and the fixed connection 8 are connected and installed to form a brush ring section 6, threaded holes 5 are uniformly formed in the rear baffle 2 of the brush ring section 6, the brush ring section 6 is installed on the stator 9 through the threaded holes 5 and screws 10 in the rear baffle 2, and the brush ring section 6 forms a brush ring 7 along the direction of the installation angle of the brush filament.
The brush ring 7 consists of N brush ring segments 6, and N can be 3-8 according to application requirements.
The working principle of the equal-dividing circumference splicing brush type seal is as follows: during processing, the brush ring 7 is divided into N parts of brush ring segments 6 equally according to the size of the brush ring 7, the brush ring segments 6 are assembled in batches along the installation angle direction of brush wires of the brush wire bundles 3, then the N equal parts of brush ring segments 6 are spliced into one brush ring 7 in sequence, and each brush ring segment 6 is fixedly installed on a stator 9 through a screw 10. In the use process, the change of the transient radial clearance between the rotor 11 and the stator 9 or the eccentric movement of the rotor 11 causes the brush wires of the local brush wire bundles 3 of the brush ring 7 to be damaged, and when the local brush wires are worn seriously, the brush ring section 6 which is particularly positioned is found, and the brush ring section 6 which is of the same type and is intact is replaced, so that the work is continued. Meanwhile, the annular decompression groove 4 formed in the rear baffle 2 can reduce the hysteresis effect of brushing wires, reduce gas leakage and improve the sealing property of the rear baffle.
The invention has the following beneficial effects:
