In this embodiment, the product pushing mechanism 6 is disposed at a position of the conveying chain 1 and the product conveying channel 7 corresponding to the discharging position, the product pushing mechanism 6 is electrically connected to the control system, and the product pushing mechanism 6 is configured to push the product 93 out of the discharging position to the product pushing channel 7.
In this embodiment, the arrangement direction of the products 93 at the discharging position or the arrangement direction of the blades 2 is a straight line; i.e. two mutually parallel segment feeds and discharges as described above.
In this embodiment, the product pushing mechanism 6 includes a sensor (not shown), a pushing plate, and a power mechanism, wherein the sensor is disposed at the discharging position, the sensor is connected to the control system, the sensor is used to detect whether the product 93 is at a designated position at the discharging position of the conveying channel, and the designated position is a position corresponding to the product conveying channel 7. The push plate is fixed on the power mechanism, and the power mechanism is connected to the control system. After the control system receives and analyzes the data acquired by the sensor, the control system judges that the product group reaches the designated position of the discharging position, controls the power mechanism to operate to the corresponding position of the designated position, and pushes out the product 93 through the push plate and pushes the product to the product conveying channel 7.
In this embodiment, the length direction of the pushing plate is consistent with the arrangement direction of the products 93 at the discharging position or the arrangement direction of the blades 2. When the speed-adjustable conveyor chain is used specifically, the driving chain wheel assembly 4 rotates at a constant speed, the adjusting chain wheel assembly 5 also operates at a constant speed, the diameter of the driving chain wheel body in the general driving chain wheel assembly 4 is consistent with that of the adjusting chain wheel body in the adjusting chain wheel assembly 5, the rotating speed of the speed-adjustable motor is consistent with that of the constant-speed motor, at the moment, the running speeds of the two chain segments which are parallel to each other are consistent, and the conveyor chain 1 runs stably.
When the product 93 reaches the product ejecting position, i.e., the discharge position, in the paddles 2, the regulating sprocket body stops rotating, the paddles on the regulating sprocket side are in a stationary state, and the product pushing mechanism 6 pushes the product 93 out from between the paddles 2 and conveys the product 93 into the product conveying path 7. When the adjusting sprocket body stops rotating, the driving sprocket body still rotates at a constant speed, along with the rotation of the driving sprocket body, the tension of the operation side becomes large, the tension of the driving side becomes small, the air cylinder drives the two side tensioning rollers 33 to slide to the driving side in the linear direction of the linear sliding rail assembly 31 (as shown in fig. 2), after the product 93 is pushed out, the adjusting sprocket body rotates at an accelerated speed, the tension of the driving side is greater than that of the operation side, and the air cylinder drives the chain tensioning roller to slide to the operation side.
