With reference to these matters, one of ordinary skill in the art will understand other possible embodiments and advantages of the present invention. The components in the figures are not drawn to scale and like reference numerals are generally used to designate like components.
The invention will now be further described with reference to the drawings and detailed description.
Example 1
Referring to fig. 1, fig. 2 and fig. 3, this embodiment provides a universal touch waterway switching shower head, which includes a housing 1, the housing 1 is a hollow cavity, and two upper and lower ends of the housing are respectively provided with a water inlet connector 2 and a water outlet device 3.
A through water inlet path 20 is arranged in the water inlet joint 2 so as to conduct water of an external water pipe into the cavity of the shell 1; the shell 1 is provided with a water outlet panel which is arranged at the lowest part of the shell 1 and is provided with a plurality of water outlet paths; the water outlet panel is positioned on one side of the inner cavity of the shell 1 and is also provided with a pressure contact switching valve 30, the pressure contact switching valve 30 comprises a mandrel 31 capable of vertically and reciprocally moving and a switching plate 32 capable of rotating, the pressing end, namely the upper end, of the mandrel 31 protrudes into the shell, and the switching plate 32 is attached to the water outlet panel and is arranged between the water inlet channel 20 and the water outlet channel of the water outlet panel; the mandrel 31 moves vertically to drive the switching plate 32 to rotate, when the switching plate 32 rotates, the inner cavity of the shell 1 can be selectively communicated with at least one path of the multiple paths of water paths to realize the switching of the pressing waterways, and preferably, the bottom end of the mandrel 31 is also provided with a reset pressure spring to apply an acting force to the mandrel 31 towards the vertical upper direction.
It will be appreciated that in this embodiment, the pressure-touch switch valve 30 is a pressure-rotation switch valve, and in other embodiments, the pressure-touch switch valve may be a rolling pressure-touch switch valve or a prying pressure-touch switch valve, which can achieve the effects of the present invention.
Referring to fig. 2, 3 and 4, an operating member 4 is further disposed in the housing 1, the operating member 4 is a rod, the upper and lower ends of the operating member are respectively provided with a first ball portion 41 and a pressing portion 42, the operating member 4 is mounted on the housing 1 in a universal manner through the first ball portion 41, and the pressing portion 42 is disposed in the cavity of the housing 1 and above the pressing end of the mandrel 31.
Preferably, the lower end of the water inlet connector 2 is a second ball portion 21, the upper end of the first ball portion 41 has a groove adapted to the second ball portion 21, and the water inlet connector 2 is mounted on the first ball portion 41 of the operating member 4 in a universal movable manner through the second ball portion 21.
In order to realize the controllable adjustment of the operating member 4 and the water inlet joint, a first sealing member is arranged between the first ball head 41 and the shell 1, a second sealing member is arranged between the second ball head 21 and the groove on the first ball head 41, and the friction force between the second sealing member and the second ball head 21 is larger than that between the first ball head 41 and the first sealing member, namely, a small force is realized to touch the shell 1, the operating member 4 is realized to rotate, and then the shell 1 is pressed with a large force, so that the universal adjustment of the water inlet joint 2 can be realized.
Referring to fig. 5 again, since the second ball portion 21 is mounted on the first ball portion 41, the first ball portion 41 is further provided with a plurality of water outlets 411 connected to the water inlet 20, and the water outlet direction of the water outlets 411 is opposite to the position of the pressing portion 42, so as to impact the pressing portion 41, and the auxiliary housing 1 is reset relative to the operating member 4.
As shown in fig. 3 to 5, the pressing portion 42 is disposed above the pressing end of the mandrel 31 and covers the pressing end of the mandrel 31, specifically, an end surface of the pressing portion 42 facing the mandrel 31 has a concave surface centered in the axial direction of the mandrel 31 and opposite to the mandrel 31, and preferably, the concave surface is a conical concave surface 420, so that the pressing portion 42 can be pressed down or the pressing end of the mandrel 31 can move vertically when swinging universally relative to the pressing end of the mandrel 31, and the switching of the water paths is completed. Of course, it should be understood that the concave surface may be a concave curved surface or a concave spherical surface, and in other embodiments, the pressing portion 42 may be a convex curved surface or a convex spherical surface, etc., so that the mandrel 31 is pressed down in the reset state, and the mandrel 31 is released to elastically move upwards when swinging, which also achieves the technical effect of this embodiment.
Further, the housing 1 also includes a return mechanism 5, and in this embodiment, the return mechanism 5 includes a plurality of springs, preferably torsion springs 52, and a sleeve member 51: the sleeve member 51 is a cylinder with two through ends, and is fixed in the housing 1, the operating member 4 is disposed in the sleeve member 51, the torsion springs 52 have a plurality of groups, the circumferences of the torsion springs are uniformly arranged on the operating member 4, and the torsion arms of the torsion springs can abut against the inner wall surface of the sleeve member 52 so as to cooperate with the acting force applied to the operating member 4 to fix the operating member 4 at the center of the sleeve member 51, thereby realizing positioning of the operating member 4.
With reference to fig. 2 and 3, this embodiment works as follows:
(1) Under the action of the reset mechanism 5, the operating piece 4 is arranged approximately vertically, the press contact part 42 is arranged above the mandrel 31, and the water inlet joint 2 is fixed on an external water pipe;
(2) Touching the shell 1, because the friction between the first ball part 41 and the shell 1 is smaller, the shell 1 can swing relative to the operation piece 4, and in the process, the pressing contact part 42 swings relative to the pressing end of the mandrel 31, so that the mandrel 31 is pressed down by the conical concave 420, the mandrel 31 moves vertically, and the waterway switching is realized;
(3) The casing 1 is released, and the casing 1 is reset and swung relative to the operating member 4 by the reset mechanism 5, so that the state shown in fig. 2 is restored.
Example two
As shown in connection with fig. 6 and 7, this embodiment is substantially the same as the first embodiment, with the main differences:
the bottom surface of one end of the sleeve member 51 forms a supporting surface 511, i.e. the supporting surface 511 is disposed on the housing 1 through the sleeve member 51.
The supporting surface 511 is a spherical curved surface, a through hole is formed in the center of the supporting surface 511, the operating member 4 is inserted into the supporting surface 511, the first ball portion 41 can be universally and movably abutted against the upper side of the supporting surface 511, and a sealing ring is disposed between the first ball portion 41 and the supporting surface 511 to realize sealing connection, so that the pressing contact portion is disposed at the lower side of the supporting surface 511 for being inserted into the housing 1.
Since the supporting surface 511 is a spherical curved surface, that is, a spherical guiding spherical surface is formed on the supporting surface 511 at a side facing away from the first spherical portion 41; the operation member 4 is further provided with a fastening surface 43 adapted to the guiding spherical surface, the fastening surface 43 is also a spherical curved surface, and the first spherical portion 41 and the fastening surface 43 are respectively disposed on two sides of the supporting surface 511 to cooperatively clamp the supporting surface 511, so as to realize the installation of the operation member 4.

Claims (7)
1. A universal touch waterway switching shower head, comprising:
the shell is provided with a closed cavity, and the water outlet end of the shell is defined as the lower part; a water outlet device is arranged below the shell and is provided with at least two water outlet ways; the shell is also provided with a water inlet joint which is provided with a water inlet path;
the water outlet device is provided with a pressure contact switching valve, the pressure contact switching valve comprises a mandrel capable of vertically reciprocating, and the mandrel is provided with a pressing end protruding into the shell; the mandrel moves vertically, and the pressure touch switching valve enables the water inlet channel to be communicated with different water outlet channels or combinations of water outlet channels, or cuts off the water inlet channel;
the method is characterized in that: the device also comprises an operating piece, wherein the operating piece is provided with a pressing contact part; the operating piece is connected to the shell in a universal way, and the pressing contact part is arranged at the position above the pressing end of the mandrel; when the shell swings relative to the operating piece, the pressing contact part swings relative to the pressing end of the mandrel so as to enable the mandrel to move vertically, and waterway switching is realized; the operating piece is provided with a first bulb part and is connected to the shell body in a universal way through the first bulb part; the pressure touch switching valve comprises a switching plate which can be rotatably installed, and the switching plate is arranged between the water inlet channel and the water outlet channel; the mandrel vertically moves to drive the switching plate to rotate, and at least one of the water inlet channel and the multi-channel water outlet channel can be selectively communicated when the switching plate rotates; the shell is provided with a supporting surface, the supporting surface is provided with a through hole, the first ball head part can be universally and movably abutted against the supporting surface, and the operating piece passes through the through hole to enable the press contact part to be arranged in the shell; a guide spherical surface is further arranged on one side, away from the first spherical head part, of the supporting surface, and a fastening surface matched with the guide spherical surface is further arranged on the operating piece; the first ball head part and the fastening surface are matched to clamp the supporting surface so as to realize the installation of the operating piece.

The universal touch waterway switching shower head of claim 1, wherein: the pressing contact part is provided with a concave surface or a convex surface taking the axial direction of the mandrel as the center, so that the pressing end of the mandrel can be pressed down or released when the pressing contact part universally swings relative to the pressing end of the mandrel, and the vertical movement of the mandrel is realized.
