The pressing surface 23 is an inclined surface parallel to the first concave surface 122, and is disposed opposite to the first concave surface 122.
Referring to fig. 12 and 13, a perspective view of the first waterproof member 3 according to the present embodiment is shown. The first waterproof member 3 is an annular soft member, and includes a U-shaped slot structure, the U-shaped slot structure includes an upper side 31 and a lower side 32 opposite to each other, and a connecting portion 33 connecting the upper side 31 and the lower side 32, the upper side 31 has a greater thickness than the lower side 32, and the upper side 31 further includes a top surface 311, the top surface 311 is an inclined surface, the inclination direction is consistent with the inclination of the first concave surface 122, a circle of protrusions 3111 is further provided on the top surface 311, a foolproof position 312 is also provided on the upper side 31, the foolproof position 312 is a locally extending structure of the upper side 31 at the outer edge thereof, in this embodiment, the foolproof position 312 is a semicircle, and the foolproof position 312 may be a rectangle, a square or a trapezoid.
Fig. 14 and 15 are perspective views of the second waterproof member 4 according to the present embodiment. The second waterproof piece 4 is also a rectangular soft hollow member, and comprises a film 42 with a sheet structure and a circle of glue bags 43 protruding out of the film, wherein the glue bags 43 are arranged at the sheet center position of the film 42, and positioning holes 41 are respectively arranged on the film 42 at the outer side of the glue bags 43 corresponding to the four corner positions of the rectangle, so that the better assembly and positioning effects of the second waterproof piece 4 are realized.
Preferably, in order to prolong the service life of the second waterproof member 4, the second waterproof member 4 further has an arc transition at four corner points of the rectangle, and the positioning hole 41 is also an arc hole according to the radian.
Preferably, the glue bag 43 is a convex sheet structure, the top of the glue bag is in arc transition, and the glue bag 43 is provided with an upward slope towards the outer side of the film 42, so that when the glue bag 43 is pressed, deflection deformation is generated towards the outer side of the film 42, and the glue bag 43 has rebound deflection force, so that the glue bag can be tightly attached to a force application member to realize better sealing and waterproofing.
Referring to fig. 16 and 17, a perspective view of the cover plate 5 according to the present embodiment is shown. The cover plate 5 is provided with a second groove 51, the second groove 51 is disposed opposite to the first groove 1232, the cover plate 5 further includes a front end 52 and a rear end 53 that are opposite to each other, the cover plate 5 is provided with a second push block 521 at the front end 52, and a buckle 531 is provided at the rear end 53, the second groove 51 is a rectangular groove, four corner points on the bottom surface of the second groove corresponding to the rectangle are respectively provided with a positioning column 511, and the positioning columns 511 and the positioning holes 41 are disposed opposite to each other and are matched with each other in position and shape.
In addition, the positioning post 511 is also an arc rib-shaped protrusion, which is matched with the positioning hole 41.
Fig. 18 and 19 are perspective views of the pressing member 7 according to the present embodiment. The fixing member 8 includes a cylindrical cap 81 and a second edge 82 surrounding the periphery of the bottom of the cap, two symmetrical lugs 821 extend from the edge of the second edge 82, connecting holes 8211 are provided on the lugs 821, the edge of the second edge 82 exceeds the edge of the first edge 71, connecting holes 8211 are provided on the lugs 821, and the connecting holes 821 and screw holes 1132 on the housing 1 are mutually corresponding and are matched.
The structural features of each member of the battery cover structure described in this embodiment are specifically described above, and the assembly relationships between each member will be specifically described below, and when the specific features of each member are referred to, reference is made to the above description of the structural features of the member, and the structural diagrams of the member will not be described again when the description of the assembly relationships is performed.
Fig. 2, 22, 23, 24, 27 and 29 are views illustrating the assembly relationship between the battery cover 2 and the rear case 1. The battery cover 2 and the rear case 1 are assembled together by adopting the sliding buckle structure, the flat deriving structure and the elastic pressing structure.
The slide structure comprises the sliding groove 121 arranged on the shell 1 and the slide 221 arranged on the battery cover 2,
when the battery cover 2 is assembled, the slide button 221 needs to be first installed into the chute 121 from the guide groove 1211, and at this time, due to the guiding action of the inclined guide surface 1214, during the assembly process, the assembly can be realized through the guiding of the guide groove 1211 with a larger opening end without accurate alignment, meanwhile, the flange 21 is positioned on the bottom surface of the sink 11, and the flange 21 abuts against the side wall of the sink 11 in the directions of the left side 12a and the right side 12b, so that the limit between the battery cover 2 and the housing 1 in the directions of the left side 12a and the right side 12b and the limit in the direction perpendicular to the bottom surface of the sink 11 are realized.
The flat guiding structure comprises a flat pushing groove 111 and a pushing block 212, and the flat pushing groove 111 and the pushing block 212 are opposite in position and are matched with each other in structure. When the slider 221 is assembled into the chute 121, the push block 212 is pushed horizontally toward the upper end 12c and gradually accommodated in the push groove 111, and is stopped at the position where the flange 21 and the sidewall of the sink 11 abut against each other, and the slider 221 moves in the direction toward the upper end 12c in synchronization with the pushing until the slider 221 is positioned in the limit groove 1212; while the battery compartment 22 is located within the receiving compartment 12; the vertical arm 2212 is located in the guide groove 1211, and the horizontal arm 2211 is accommodated in the space between the step surface 1213 and the abutment surface 1215; the flange 21 is abutted against the bottom surface of the sink 11, and the horizontal arm 2211 is abutted against the abutment surface 1215, so that the slider 221 is defined between the step surface 1213 and the abutment surface 1215 in a direction perpendicular to the bottom surface of the sink 11 without being separated from the rear case 1.
Preferably, when the flat pushing structure performs a flat pushing motion, the extension portion of the pushing block 212 is aligned with the flat pushing slot 111 in advance, so that a smooth flat pushing motion can be achieved, and the assembly is smooth and reliable.
It should be noted that, during the assembling process of the slider 221 and the sliding groove 121, the locking of the sliding movement of the sliding guiding structure is completed synchronously, in the direction perpendicular to the bottom surface of the sinking groove 11, the slider 221 abuts against the abutment surface 1215 so that the slider cannot be separated, and during the assembling process of the slider 221 and the sliding groove 121, other positions are provided with gaps except for the abutment surface 1215, so that the assembling is smooth, the assembling is compact, and the next assembling is not affected due to the friction or the dimensional error of the mutual contact surfaces.
The elastic pressing structure is used for self-dismounting control of the battery cover 2, is arranged at the lower end part 12d in azimuth, and can generate compression and resetting by the existence of external force acting on the elastic pressing structure so as to control the dismounting or the assembling between the battery cover 2 and the shell 1; after the battery cover 2 is assembled in place, the elastic pressing structure is in a non-compressed state, and at this time, the elastic pressing structure resists the battery cover 2 at the lower end portion 12d so as to be tightly assembled on the rear case 1; when the battery or the SIM card needs to be replaced and the battery cover 2 is disassembled, the elastic pressing structure is compressed, and at this time, the battery cover 2 can be pushed back towards the lower end 12d, and the battery cover 2 is separated from the sliding buckle structure and the flat guiding structure through the elastic pressing structure, so that the battery cover 2 is separated from the rear case 1 and is disassembled.
Since the elastic pressing structure automatically returns to the non-compressed state when no external force acts, after the slider structure is assembled, the battery cover 2 is pressed on the elastic pressing structure, and as the flat pushing of the flat pushing guiding structure advances, the pressure position corresponding to the elastic pressing structure is gradually pushed flat until the completion moment of the flat pushing movement, the pressure of the flat pushing guiding structure to the elastic pressing structure is removed instantaneously, and at the moment, the elastic pressing structure returns to the non-compressed state elastically instantaneously, so that the battery cover 2 is resisted from the lower end 12 d.
Therefore, on the assembled connection of the rear case 1 and the battery cover 2, in the directions of the left side 12a and the right side 12b, the sliding buckle structure is used for realizing the limit and the positioning, the flat deriving structure is used for realizing the limit and the positioning in the direction of the upper end 12c, and meanwhile, in the direction of the lower end 12d, the elastic pressing structure is used for limiting and positioning, and meanwhile, the disassembly and the assembly of the battery cover 2 and the rear case 1 are realized by controlling whether the elastic pressing structure is applied or not; it can be seen that the connection between the battery cover 2 and the housing 1 is very reliable in this embodiment, and the assembly process is simple.
The above description is for assembling and connecting the battery cover 2 and the rear case 1. Obviously, the connection mode abandons the mode that still needs the screw closure to fasten among the prior art, and the equipment is more labour-saving and more swift, and most importantly, can satisfy the demand that the user carries out battery replacement in the open air in a flexible way.
The waterproof design of the battery cover of the three-proofing mobile phone is different from the traditional waterproof structure, and the mode that the waterproof structure is deformed by interference and is waterproof by jointly extruding the waterproof structure through acting force generated when the rear shell is connected and fastened with the battery cover by adopting a large waterproof component to be adhered to the outer edge of the battery cover is abandoned. The waterproof effect that exists to big waterproof component is difficult to guarantee, and the face precision that contacts with waterproof component on backshell and the battery lid requires highly, simultaneously to backshell and battery lid structural strength requirement's problem, considers simultaneously that waterproof region is bigger more difficult to obtain reliable waterproof effect, will in this embodiment the backshell with waterproof region between the battery lid only sets up in the local area that possesses waterproof necessity such as SIM draw-in groove, SD draw-in groove and battery connector to promote waterproof reliability.
The waterproof structure at the battery connector in the present application will be specifically described below with reference to the accompanying drawings to illustrate a new technical solution of a local waterproof structure.
Please refer to fig. 2, 22, 24 and 25, which are schematic diagrams of the local waterproof structure at the battery connector.
In this embodiment, the first hole 1221 is a receiving area of a battery connector of the three-proofing mobile phone, and the battery connector needs to be mutually communicated with a battery contact of the three-proofing mobile phone to realize normal power supply and use of the device, so that the waterproof at the battery connector is one of necessary waterproof areas between the battery cover 2 and the rear case 1.
The U-shaped clamping groove-shaped structure of the first waterproof piece 3 is wrapped at the periphery of the first hole position 1221 and is meshed with the periphery of the first hole position 1221, after the battery cover 2 is assembled on the rear shell 1 in a sliding buckle mode, the battery cover 2 and the rear shell 1 jointly extrude the first waterproof piece 3 to generate extrusion deformation, so that the periphery of the battery connector is isolated from the outside from the position of the first waterproof piece 3, and waterproof is realized.
It should be noted that, considering that the embodiment is a three-proofing mobile phone, the three-proofing mobile phone is mostly used in an outdoor complex environment, so that it is important to ensure normal electric quantity supply and normal function use of the three-proofing mobile phone, and the most direct and effective mode of realizing is battery replacement; in this embodiment, since frequent replacement of the battery results in multiple assembly and disassembly between the battery cover 2 and the rear case 1, and the battery cover 2 adopts the sliding buckle structure and the flat guiding structure to achieve the assembly between the battery cover 2 and the rear case 1, the first waterproof member 3 will be rubbed back and forth, no matter assembled or disassembled, the service time is too long or the disassembly frequency is too high, and the first waterproof member 3 may be severely worn to affect the waterproof effect, even the waterproof failure.
Based on the above analysis, in order to be suitable for the sliding assembly structure between the battery cover 2 and the rear case 1, and at the same time, to minimize the friction damage to the first waterproof member 3 during the assembly and disassembly of the battery cover 2, in this embodiment, deformation characteristics of the first waterproof member 3, that is, two opposite surfaces of the protrusion 3111, are set as inclined surfaces, and at this time, since the protrusion 3111 is located between the two opposite inclined surfaces, in this structure, for the assembly process of the battery cover 2 and the rear case 1 in this embodiment, the extrusion deformation force applied to the protrusion 3111 gradually increases with the flat pushing operation of the flat pushing structure of the battery cover 2; similarly, for the disassembly process, the extrusion deformation force applied to the protrusion 3111 is gradually reduced along with the battery cover 2 during the pushing back operation of the flat guiding structure, that is, the distance between two parallel surfaces is gradually increased as long as the battery cover 2 is retracted a little distance during the pushing back operation, unlike the conventional extrusion waterproof method, and the protrusion 3111 is gradually deformed and recovered; so that the first waterproof member 3 can be effectively protected from damage to ensure waterproof reliability.
Specifically, in this embodiment, the first concave surface 122 is an inclined surface, the pressing surface 23 on the battery cover 2 is an inclined surface parallel to the first concave surface 122, the top surface 311 on the first waterproof member 3 is also an inclined surface, and the U-shaped slot-shaped structure of the first waterproof member 3 is clamped at the periphery of the first hole site and is coplanar with the first concave surface 122, so that the protrusion 3111 is located between two opposite inclined surfaces parallel to each other, that is, between the pressing surface 23 and the top surface 311, obviously, for this structural design, in the assembling and matching process, in addition to a larger pressing force on the first waterproof member 3 at the moment of fitting in place and the moment of dismantling, the whole assembling process has a relatively smaller pressing force or no pressing state on the first waterproof member 3, so that the service life of the first waterproof member 3 is effectively ensured under the condition of providing a better local waterproof effect.
Preferably, in this embodiment, the first waterproof member 3 is designed as a U-shaped slot structure, in view of reliability of assembly of the first hole site 1221, the upper portion 31 is wrapped on the bottom surface of the first hole site 1221, the lower portion 32 is wrapped on the back side of the bottom surface of the first hole site 1221, so that the periphery of the first hole site 1221 is accommodated in the U-shaped slot structure, and is engaged with the periphery of the first hole site 1221 through the connecting portion 33, the top surface 311 is flush and coplanar with the first concave surface 122, and the protrusion 3111 protrudes from a plane formed by the first concave surface 122 and the top surface 311.
Further, in order to facilitate the assembly of the first waterproof component 3, the fool-proof position 312 is provided, and in cooperation with the fool-proof position 312, a fool-proof hole 1224 is further extended from the bottom surface of the recess 1222 corresponding to the fool-proof position 312, so as to be assembled with the fool-proof position 313.
The spacing protrusion 1223 is disposed, so that the lower side portion 32 is located within the range covered by the spacing protrusion 1223, and in this embodiment, a dispensing seal is disposed at the connection edge of the lower side portion 32 and the spacing protrusion 1223.
The upper side 31 is provided with a greater thickness than the lower side 32, so as to provide more elasticity for the extrusion deformation of the protrusion 3111, thereby achieving a better waterproof effect.
The above description has been made with respect to the local waterproof structure at the hole site of the battery connector, and it can be understood that the manner in which the waterproof member is deformed by pressing the inclined surfaces opposite to each other is mainly used in the case where the battery cover is assembled with the rear case in a sliding or flat pushing manner, and the waterproof manner is directly achieved in the assembly process by the inclined surfaces provided on the battery cover.
However, the local waterproof structure is not limited to the above waterproof mode that the inclined plane extrusion waterproof piece at the hole position of the battery connector generates interference, and the three-proofing mobile phone in the embodiment further illustrates another local waterproof structure by the waterproof structure at the hole position of the SIM card.
Referring to fig. 2, 22, 26, 27 and 28, another partial waterproof structure assembly diagram applicable to the slot holes in the present application is shown. The slot hole position 1231 is a slot hole position of the SIM card or the SD card of the three-proofing mobile phone, the second waterproof piece 4 is located on the cover plate 5 and is accommodated on the bottom surface of the first groove 1232, when the cover plate 5 covers the slot hole position 1231, the second waterproof piece 4 can be co-extruded with the bottom surface of the first groove 1232 to generate deformation interference and be connected with the rear shell 1, and the cover plate 5 can also be opened and separated from the rear shell 1 to allow a user to insert and withdraw the SIM card or the SD card.
Since the glue bag 43 is a convex structure with a slope, when being extruded, the deformation direction can only deflect towards the outer side of the cover plate, and compared with vertical extrusion deformation, the deflection deformation is more reliable due to deflection resilience force.
Preferably, in order to simplify the structural design of the battery cover 2, and facilitate the assembly of the battery cover 2 with the rear housing 1 in a sliding manner and a flat pushing manner, since the slot hole position 1231 is located on the bottom surface of the accommodating chamber 12, the cover plate 5 covers the slot hole position 1231 and then is flush with the bottom surface of the accommodating chamber 12, so that the bottom surface of the battery chamber 22 and the mating portion thereof are also designed to be a plane.
In the assembly process, the second waterproof member 4 and the cover plate 5 are assembled together to form an assembly, the second waterproof member 4 is located in the second groove 51, and meanwhile, the second waterproof member 4 is assembled and limited on the bottom surface of the second groove 51 through the matching of the positioning hole 41 and the positioning post 511, and is adhered to the bottom surface of the second groove 51 to form an integral structure, so that the cover plate 2 and the rear housing 1 are assembled or disassembled for multiple times, and the second waterproof member 4 cannot fall off from the cover plate 5; at this time, the film 42 is adhered to the bottom surface of the second groove 51, and the adhesive bag 43 protrudes from the cover 5.
Secondly, the assembly of the second waterproof member 4 and the cover 5 is connected with the rear housing 1, at the front end 52, the second pushing block 521 is obliquely inserted into the second pushing hole 1233 and is accommodated in the second pushing hole 1233, and at the position close to the rear end 53, the pressing force perpendicular to the bottom surface of the accommodating bin 12 acts on the assembly, so that the buckle 531 is clamped in the clamping groove 1234, at this time, the bottom surface of the first groove 1232 and the bottom surface of the second groove 51 jointly squeeze the second waterproof member 4 to deflect towards the outer side of the cover 5, and the cover 5 is covered on the bottom surface of the accommodating bin 12 and is flush and coplanar with the bottom surface of the accommodating bin 12.
Because the second pushing block 521 and the second pushing hole 1233 are located at the periphery of the second groove 51, and the second pushing hole 1233 penetrates through the bottom surface of the accommodating chamber 12 based on the consideration of simplifying the mold structure, a circle of sealing groove 1115 is also formed at the back surface of the second pushing hole 1233, and a dispensing seal is disposed in the sealing groove 1115.
In order to facilitate the card insertion and removal operation at the card slot, the assembly is important to disassemble and assemble. When the assembly is assembled and connected to the rear housing 1, a slot is formed between the handle 124 and the cover 5, and a user can insert his finger or his nail into the slot and lift the assembly perpendicular to the bottom surface of the cover 5, so that the assembly can be opened from the rear housing 1.
Thus, the assembled waterproof structure between the assembly and the rear case 1 provides another way of providing a local waterproof structure, namely, in a way of providing a separate cover plate 5 to be combined with the second waterproof member 4, the second waterproof member 4 is fixedly connected to the cover plate 5, and the second waterproof member 4 is co-extruded with the rear case 1 through the cover plate 5 to realize waterproof.
It can be understood that the second waterproof member 4 may be disposed at a suitable position on the rear housing 1, so long as a good waterproof effect can be achieved; meanwhile, the cover plate 5 is not necessarily flush with the bottom surface of the accommodating bin 12 after being covered, and as long as the matching requirements of the waterproof structure and the assembling structure can be met, the cover plate is extended in the present application, and belongs to the protection scope of the present application.
Referring to fig. 2, 22 and 29, the assembled cross-sectional view of the elastic pressing structure in this embodiment is a compressed state of the elastic pressing structure when pressed, and the top surface of the pressing body 71 is substantially flush with the bottom surface of the sinking groove 11, which includes an elastic pressing member composed of the spring 6, the pressing piece 7 and the fixing piece 8, and the assembled relationship with the rear case 1.
The elastic pressing structure is assembled into the hole site 112 from the back of the shell 1, and is fastened and locked with the rear shell 1 by adopting screws. In assembly, the elastic pressing structure is in a deformation-free pre-pressing state, firstly, the pressing piece 7 is installed in the hole site 112, the pressing body 71 protrudes from the hole site 112 to the bottom surface of the sinking groove 11, and meanwhile, the first edge 72 is stopped at the stroke limiting stop position 115 and cannot be separated from the bottom surface of the sinking groove 11; the spring 6 is sleeved on the convex column 7121, so that the positioning of the spring 6 is realized; the cap 81 is sleeved on the periphery of the spring 6, so that the spring 6 is limited in a space formed by the protruding column 7121 and the cap 81, two ends of the spring 6 respectively abut against the first edge 72 and the bottom surface of the cap 81, and the edge of the second edge 82 is larger than the edge of the hole 112, so that the second edge 82 further covers the hole 112 and is fixedly connected with the rear housing 1 through locking and fastening of the connecting hole 8211 and the screw hole 1132.
For the stroke control of the elastic pressing structure, since the spring 6 is accommodated in the space formed by the boss 7121 and the cap 81 and abuts against the bottom surfaces of the first edge 72 and the cap 81, respectively, referring to the assembly mode of the pressing member 7, when the spring 6 is in the non-deformed state, the pressing member 7 protrudes from the bottom surface of the sinking groove 11 to achieve the push-back abutment of the battery cover 2, and at this time, the first edge 72 abuts against the stroke limiting stop 115, so that the distance between the first edge 72 and the stroke limiting stop 115 is the pressing stroke of the elastic pressing structure, and the pressing stroke needs to be greater than the height of the pressing member 7 protruding from the bottom surface of the sinking groove 11, so that the pressing member 71 can be pressed to be slightly lower than the bottom surface of the sinking groove 11, so that the battery cover 2 can be pressed against and smoothly disassembled through the pressing member 7 in the push-back process.
The dispensing and sealing of the recess space formed by the gear 114 and the back side wall of the accommodating chamber 12 is performed after the spring 6, the fixing member 7, and the pressing member 8 are assembled in the recess space.
The specific structure description and the assembly relation description of the elastic pressing structure show that the elastic pressing structure is mainly used for resisting the component in the installation process, and meanwhile, the elastic pressing structure can press the characteristic of resilience, so that the assembly and the disassembly of the component can be flexibly controlled. In this embodiment, when the elastic pressing structure is in a non-compressed state, the battery cover 2 and the rear case 1 are fixed, and when the elastic pressing structure is pressed to a compressed state, the battery cover 2 may retract and separate from the rear case 1.
In addition, the soft adhesive layers 1131 on both sides of the hole 112 are not only beneficial for the user to contact with the soft adhesive layers 1131 with elasticity when pressing the elastic pressing member 300, but also can play a role in buffering.
Corresponding to the integral waterproof of the three-proofing mobile phone battery cover, the embodiment focuses on two different local waterproof structures, compared with the traditional mode that the battery cover and the shell adopt a waterproof ring for integral waterproof, the local waterproof structure in the embodiment has the characteristics of easiness in control, easiness in guaranteeing the waterproof effect and the like, achieves better waterproof effect than the traditional mode in practical application, and most importantly provides a new technical idea of the waterproof structure for the field.
In this embodiment, for the hole sites penetrating the bottom surface of the accommodating bin 12, such as the horizontal pushing groove 111, the second pushing hole 1233, and the limit groove 1212, a sealing groove 1115 is provided at the back of the bottom surface of the accommodating bin 12 for dispensing and sealing, so as to cooperate with a local waterproof structure to achieve a better waterproof effect between the battery cover 2 and the rear case 1.
Meanwhile, in the whole assembly and connection process of the battery cover 2 and the rear housing 1 in this embodiment, screw connection is not required, but firm connection between the two components is realized only through pressing, pushing and propping of the slide buckle structure, the flat deriving structure and the elastic pressing structure.
