7. The method of claim 6, wherein the processor retrieves the demand points from the database and provides them to the rental car dispatching system as a basis for vehicle release at each rental point.
8. The method for drawing the user portrait of electric vehicle rental as claimed in claim 1, wherein the system further comprises a server for storing user information, a server for storing violation information, and a server for extracting violation information; wherein,
the server for storing the user information is used for protecting the personal account information of a legal user, and the personal account information comprises a user name, a password and feature information for digital signature of the user;
