6. The apparatus of claim 5, wherein the uploading unit comprises:
the first packing module is used for packing the identification of the electric heating monitoring terminal, the data acquired by the electric heating monitoring terminal and the identification of the current time in each preset time of the electric heating monitoring terminal to obtain a data packet;
and the uploading module is used for uploading the data packet to the heating operation management platform for storage by the electric heating monitoring terminal.
7. The apparatus of claim 5, further comprising:
the analysis unit is used for analyzing the received at least one data packet by the electric heating monitoring terminal after receiving the data issued by the heating operation management platform;
and the sequencing unit is used for sequencing the at least one data packet according to the time sequence.
8. The apparatus of claim 7, wherein the merging unit comprises:
the second packing module is used for packing the data collected after the fault recovery, the identification of the electric heating monitoring terminal and the identification of the data collecting time after the fault recovery to obtain a data packet after the fault recovery:
and the merging module is used for merging the received at least one data packet and the data packet after the failure recovery according to the time sequence.
