Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to a humidifier, in particular to an upper water adding humidifier.
Background
The existing humidifier comprises a base and a water tank arranged on the base, wherein the base is provided with a steam generation cavity, and a steam generator (such as a transducer) for generating water vapor is arranged in the steam generation cavity. At present, most of humidifiers in the market are lower water-adding humidifiers, and a water-adding port and a water-outlet of the lower water-adding humidifiers are arranged at the bottom of a water tank so as to keep water in the water tank from flowing out along a gap between the bottom of the water tank and a water tank of a transducer by utilizing the pressure difference between air pressure and atmospheric pressure in the water tank, thereby keeping the water level in the water tank of the transducer at a reasonable height. The lower water adding type humidifier has the defects of inconvenient water adding operation, high assembly requirement and the like although the lower water adding type humidifier works reliably, so that the upper water adding type humidifier appears.
The upper water adding humidifier can directly add water from the water adding port on the water tank, and the water adding port on the water tank is not required to be disassembled any more, so that water is added from the bottom. Because the water tank is directly communicated with the outside, the air pressure in the water tank is atmospheric pressure, and in the use process, the water in the steam generation cavity of the base gradually becomes water vapor and is discharged, so that the air pressure in the steam generation cavity is reduced, and water is easy to overflow between the water tank and the base, and a water level control device for controlling water supplementing needs to be arranged for supplementing water to the steam generation cavity.
As disclosed in chinese patent application CN2017101881397, a water level control device of a humidifier includes a limiting cover with an opening on a peripheral wall, a water outlet is provided at the top of the limiting cover, and a floating block is provided inside the limiting cover; the water outlet is provided with a drain hole plug, and the bottom of the drain hole plug is a contact part with the floating block; the floating block moves up and down in the limiting cover along with the water level change, and when the floating block contacts with the leak hole plug, the water outlet is blocked to stop draining; otherwise, the water outlet is opened to supplement water after the water outlet is separated from the leak hole plug. According to the technical scheme, the water outlet is directly plugged up from bottom to top by utilizing the buoyancy of the floating block, the downward force acting on the floating block comprises one atmosphere and the pressure generated by water in the water tank on the floating block, when the water level in the water tank is higher, the pressure generated by the water in the water tank on the floating block is easily larger than the buoyancy of the floating block, so that the water outlet can not be effectively plugged by the floating block, and the water leakage risk still exists, and therefore, the water level control device provided by the technical scheme is low in working reliability and poor in stability.

Referring to fig. 1, 2 and 3, the present invention provides a water-adding humidifier, at least including: a base 1 having a steam generating chamber 11, wherein a steam generator (not shown) for generating steam is provided in the steam generating chamber 11; a water tank 2 arranged on the base 1, a water inlet (not shown in the figure) is arranged on an end cover of the water tank 2, and a notch 21 connected with the base 1 is arranged at the bottom of the water tank 2; a drain control device for controlling the amount of water flowing from the water tank 2 into the steam generating chamber 11 is provided between the notch 21 and the base 1.
Specifically, the sewage control device includes: a valve body 3 fixedly connected with the notch 21, wherein a water outlet hole 31 is formed in the valve body 3, a valve core sealing ring 32 is arranged in the water outlet hole 31, and a group of fixing brackets 33 are arranged on the upper side surface of the valve body 2; a limiting device arranged below the valve body 3 (in the embodiment, the limiting device comprises a limiting rod 34 arranged on the lower side surface of the valve body 2 and a limiting block 35 fixed at the lower end of the limiting rod 34, wherein the upper end of the limiting rod 34 is fixed on the valve body 2 or the lower end of the limiting rod 34 is fixed on the base 1); a connecting arm 5 having a rotating shaft 51, wherein two ends of the rotating shaft 51 are respectively pivoted in shaft holes 331 of the two fixed brackets 33, a first end of the connecting arm 5 is provided with a valve core 4, a water sealing part 41 of the valve core 4 can be pressed on a valve core sealing ring 32 to seal the water outlet hole 31, a second end of the connecting arm 5 is provided with a valve core control block 6, and the valve core control block 6 is provided with a first magnet 61; the buoyancy section 7 having the positioning hole 72 is sleeved on the stopper rod 34 through the positioning hole 72 and can move up and down along the stopper rod 34, the buoyancy section 7 has a second magnet 71, the second magnet 71 is positioned below the first magnet 61, and the first magnet 61 and the second magnet 71 are oppositely arranged with the same polarity.
As the amount of water entering the steam generating chamber 11 from the water drain hole 31 increases, the buoyancy portion 7 moves upward along with the water surface by the limit rod 34 to gradually shorten the distance from the valve core control block 6, when the amount of water in the steam generating chamber 11 reaches a predetermined water level, because the first magnet 61 and the second magnet 71 are oppositely arranged in the same polarity, the second magnet 71 generates stronger upward repulsive force to the first magnet 61 than the gravity of the valve core control block 6 to enable the valve core control block 6 to move upward, and the connecting arm 5 is driven to rotate according to the rotating shaft 51 to enable the valve core 4 to move downward until the water sealing portion 41 of the valve core 4 is pressed on the valve core sealing ring 32 (see fig. 1), so that the water drain hole 31 is sealed so that water in the water tank 2 cannot enter the steam generating chamber 11 through the water drain hole 31.
As the water in the steam generating chamber 11 is converted into water vapor by the steam generator and discharged, the water in the steam generating chamber 11 is gradually reduced, so that the buoyancy part 7 moves downwards according to the limit rod 34 along with the descending of the water surface, the distance between the buoyancy part 7 and the valve core control block 6 is gradually increased, the second magnet 71 generates upward repulsive force to the first magnet 61, finally the valve core control block 6 moves downwards under the action of self gravity, the valve core 4 is driven to move upwards by rotating the connecting arm 5 through the rotating shaft 51, the valve core 4 is separated from the water drain hole 31 (as shown in fig. 2), and the water in the water tank 2 enters the steam generating chamber 11 through the water drain hole 31 until the water in the steam generating chamber 11 reaches the preset water level again.
Therefore, through the repeated water level control actions, the water quantity in the steam generation cavity 11 can be ensured not to overflow from the joint of the base 1 and the water tank 2, and the water quantity in the steam generation cavity 11 can be ensured not to cause the humidifier to burn out due to water shortage in the working process.
Wherein, in order to ensure that the water sealing part 41 of the valve core 4 is pressed against the water drain hole 31 by the valve core sealing ring 32 only when the water amount in the steam generating cavity 11 reaches a predetermined water level, malfunction is prevented from occurring to improve reliability, in one embodiment, the gravity of the valve core control block 6 is set to be greater than the gravity of the valve core 4, and the position of the rotating shaft 51 on the connecting arm 5 is set such that the distance between the gravity center of the valve core control block 6 and the rotating shaft 51 is greater than the distance between the gravity center of the valve core 4 and the rotating shaft 51.
Wherein the outer side wall of the valve body 3 has a skirt portion 30, and the skirt portion 30 is sealingly connected to the notch 21 of the water tank 2 through the water tank packing 22.
