As a preferred mode of the present invention, the tail clip 427 is provided with a guide groove 430 for guiding the movement of the pad 432. As a preferable mode of the present invention, the tail clip 427 is fixed to the jacquard base 421 by a fastening screw 428, and the fastening screw 428 is disposed in a horizontal direction.
As a preferred mode of the present invention, a conductive silver paste is disposed between the needle embedding groove 423 and the piezoelectric ceramic assembly 426. Because of the closed groove formed after the piezoelectric ceramic assembly 426 and the needle embedding groove 423 are matched, the conductive silver adhesive can well bond the piezoelectric ceramic assembly and the needle embedding groove 423 together and plays a role in conducting electricity. Pouring sealant is sprayed on the welding part of the upper part of the piezoelectric ceramic assembly 426 and the lead, and the lead is fixed to prevent loosening and falling off.
After the technical scheme of the invention is adopted, the upper part of the jacquard base 421 is fixedly connected with the tail clamp 427, the tail clamp 427 is internally provided with the adjusting screw 429, the adjusting screw 429 is internally provided with the cushion block 432, when the adjusting screw 429 is not locked, the cushion block 432 is positioned at the lower end, the jacquard needle block is placed into the jacquard guide bar 42 at the moment, the adjusting screw 429 is locked, the cushion block 432 moves towards the upper end until the cushion block 432 is clamped on the first clamping part 435 and the jacquard guide bar 42 is clamped through the first clamping surface 433 and the second clamping surface 434, and the jacquard needle block is fixed on the jacquard guide bar 42.

A multi-bar double needle bar jacquard warp knitting machine comprises a looping device, a bar device and a transmission device; the looping device comprises symmetrical front and rear loop-off parts, symmetrical front and rear needle bed parts and symmetrical front and rear settlement parts, and is characterized in that: the machine parts of the front sedimentation part and the rear sedimentation part respectively comprise a sedimentation cradle, a sedimentation needle bed fixed at the upper end of the sedimentation cradle and sedimentation needles arranged on the sedimentation needle bed, and the lower end of the sedimentation cradle is hinged on the frame; the machine parts of the guide bar device comprise a guide bar cradle and a guide bar arranged on the cradle; the transmission device comprises a front needle bed transmission mechanism, a rear needle bed transmission mechanism, a front sedimentation transmission mechanism, a rear sedimentation transmission mechanism, a guide bar rocking frame upper swing transmission mechanism and a guide bar rocking frame lower swing transmission mechanism which are symmetrically arranged; the front needle bed transmission mechanism, the front settlement transmission mechanism and the guide bar rocking frame upper swing transmission mechanism are powered by a first driving shaft, the guide bar rocking frame lower swing transmission mechanism is powered by a second driving shaft, and the rear needle bed transmission mechanism and the rear settlement transmission mechanism are powered by a third driving shaft; at least one of the guide bars is a jacquard guide bar; the front needle bed transmission mechanism and the rear needle bed transmission mechanism are respectively provided with a needle bed eccentric wheel, and the needle bed eccentric wheels are connected with the tongue needle bed through a first needle bed connecting rod, a second needle bed connecting rod, a third needle bed connecting rod, a fourth needle bed connecting rod and a fifth needle bed connecting rod; the needle bed eccentric wheel is connected with the first needle bed connecting rod through a pin shaft, the first needle bed connecting rod is connected with the second needle bed connecting rod through a pin shaft, the second needle bed connecting rod is connected with the third needle bed connecting rod through a pin shaft, the third needle bed connecting rod is directly connected with the fourth needle bed connecting rod, the fourth needle bed connecting rod is directly connected with the fifth needle bed connecting rod, and the fifth needle bed connecting rod is connected with the tongue needle bed; the first bracket, the second bracket and the third bracket are all connected to the frame of the warp knitting machine; the needle bed eccentric wheel of the front needle bed transmission mechanism is connected to a first driving shaft, the needle bed eccentric wheel of the rear needle bed transmission mechanism is connected to a third driving shaft, the latch needle bed comprises a latch needle bed bracket, a latch needle bed base, a plurality of latch needle bed comb seats and latch needles, the latch needle bed bracket is connected with the fifth needle bed connecting rod through pin shafts, the latch needle bed base is arranged on the latch needle bed bracket, the latch needle bed comb seat is arranged on the latch needle bed base, the latch needles are arranged on the latch needle bed comb seat, guide posts are arranged on the latch needle bed bracket, guide holes are movably arranged in the guide holes, through holes are formed in the needle bed main bracket, the fifth needle bed connecting rod is arranged in the through holes in a penetrating mode, and the latch needle bed comb seats are arranged on the latch needle bed base side by side.
