Abstract

Background
At present, approximately tens of millions of tons of wastewater are discharged annually in industries such as domestic steel, dyeing, electroplating and the like, and the wastewater often contains a large amount of solid particles and organic substances, and if the wastewater is directly discharged, serious environmental pollution is caused. For this reason, the country generally requires wastewater discharge manufacturers to perform previous treatment on wastewater so that it can be discharged to reach a certain water quality standard.
The current common wastewater treatment methods mainly comprise a neutralization method, a roasting method, a dialysis separation method, a combined biological treatment method and the like. However, when the above method is used for purifying wastewater, there are problems as follows: 1. the treatment cost is high and the energy consumption is high; 2. the treatment is long in time consumption and the purification efficiency is low. Therefore, developing a low-cost, low-energy-consumption and low-time-consuming wastewater purification device is a problem to be solved by current developers.

Preferably, the filtering tower comprises a base part, an annular filter screen and a tower top, wherein the base part is in sealing connection with the water inlet pipe, the annular filter screen is used for filtering impurities in wastewater, one side of the annular filter screen is fixedly connected with one end of the base part, which is opposite to the water inlet pipe, in an inserting mode, and the other side of the annular filter screen is fixedly connected with the tower top in an inserting mode.
The annular filter screen is used for filtering solid particles in the wastewater, and the filtered wastewater flows out from the lateral direction of the filter tower in a circle, so that the damage to equipment caused by the excessive water pressure of the wastewater outflow is prevented; the annular filter screen is fixed with the base part and the tower top in a plug-in type, so that operation and maintenance personnel can conveniently detach and clean the filter tower in time to prevent blockage.
Preferably, the number of the annular filter screens is multiple, and correspondingly, the device further comprises a fixing ring for fixing the annular filter screens, and the fixing ring is arranged between every two annular filter screens. The number of the annular filter screens is set to be a plurality of, so that the filtering efficiency of the wastewater can be increased, and the whole filtering process is shorter in time consumption.

Preferably, the device also comprises a neutralization device for adjusting the pH value of the wastewater; the neutralization device comprises a neutralization tank communicated with the waste removal device, a first through pipe for leading an acidic neutralizing agent into the neutralization tank, and a second through pipe for leading an alkaline neutralizing agent into the neutralization tank; the neutralization tank is provided with a drain pipe for discharging purified water. Since the wastewater generated in practice often contains a large amount of acid-base substances, the neutralization device can neutralize the acid or the alkali in the wastewater, so that purified water after purification can be directly used.
Preferably, the neutralization device further comprises a mixing device for enabling the acid and alkali neutralizers to be mixed with the wastewater more uniformly; the mixing device comprises a hollow spherical container with an opening at the upward side and a driving motor for driving the spherical container to rotate in the horizontal direction; the liquid outlets of the first through pipe and the second through pipe correspond to the opening part of the spherical container, and correspondingly, the side wall of the spherical container is provided with a plurality of outlet holes for the acid and alkali neutralizer to flow out. When the acid and alkali neutralizer is introduced into the spherical container through the first through pipe or the second through pipe, the driving motor drives the spherical container to rotate, so that the acid or alkali neutralizer is more uniformly mixed with the wastewater.
Preferably, the drain pipe is provided with an on-off valve.

Example 1
As shown in fig. 1 to 8, a system for purifying waste water comprises a filtering device 2, a waste removing device 4 for decomposing toxic substances in the waste water, a water inlet pipe 1 and a connecting pipe 3 for communicating the filtering device 2 with the waste removing device 4, wherein the water inlet pipe 1 is communicated with the filtering device 2, the filtering device 2 comprises a water storage tank 21 which is hollow and is provided with one end open, and a filtering tower arranged in the water storage tank 21, a first water inlet is arranged at one end of the filtering tower towards the bottom of the water storage tank 21, the water inlet pipe 1 is in sealing connection with the first water inlet and is communicated with the first water inlet, correspondingly, a through hole for the water inlet pipe 1 to pass through is arranged at the bottom of the water storage tank, and the through hole is matched with the pipe diameter of the water inlet pipe 1. In an embodiment, the wastewater containing a large amount of solid particles and organic matters firstly enters the filtering tower from the water inlet pipe along the first water inlet for filtering treatment, so that the solid particles contained in the wastewater can be filtered and removed. After the wastewater is filtered by the filtering tower, the filtered wastewater seeps into the water storage tank 21 from the filtering tower, and the wastewater in the water storage tank 21 is led to a waste removing device through the connecting pipe 3, and the waste removing device can decompose toxic organic matters in the wastewater, so that the purpose of purifying the wastewater is achieved. The whole purification process is short in time consumption, high in purification efficiency, simple in structure and capable of being put into industrial use.
As shown in fig. 5, the circular filter screen 23 mentioned in the present embodiment is for filtering solid particles in wastewater, the filtered wastewater flows out from the lateral direction of the filtering tower in a circle, so that the damage to equipment caused by the excessive water pressure of the wastewater outflow is prevented; the annular filter screen 23, the base 22 and the tower top 25 are fixed in a plug-in mode, so that operation and maintenance personnel can conveniently detach and clean the filter tower in time to prevent blockage.
In the present embodiment, the number of the circular filter screens 23 is set to be plural, which can increase the filtration efficiency of the wastewater, so that the whole filtration process takes a shorter time.
As shown in fig. 5, when the waste water passes through the first conical groove to the first water inlet, the inner diameter is smaller and smaller, so that the waste water hydraulic pressure can be increased, the time consumption of the process is shorter, and meanwhile, the hydraulic pressure is increased to be beneficial to preventing the annular filter screen 23 from being blocked by solid particles, so that the operation and maintenance process is more convenient.
As shown in fig. 6, the first water inlet periphery is provided with a barrier ring 27 that prevents filtered impurities from falling into the first water inlet. The isolation baffle ring 27 can prevent filtered solid particles from falling into the water inlet pipe 1 again, and plays a role in collecting the solid particles. So that operation and maintenance personnel can clean the filter tower more conveniently.
As shown in fig. 5, the tower top 25 is tapered, the small end surface side of the tapered tower top 25 is provided with an auxiliary water outlet end 26, the auxiliary water outlet end 26 is arranged upwards, and the auxiliary water outlet end 26 is provided with a plurality of filtering holes 260 for filtering impurities.
As shown in fig. 5, the connection between the fixing ring 24 and the annular filter screen 23 is provided with a round angle.
Example 2
As shown in fig. 8, the embodiment further comprises a neutralization device for adjusting the pH value of the wastewater on the basis of embodiment 1; the neutralization device comprises a neutralization tank 51 communicated with the waste removal device 4, a first through pipe 52 for leading acid neutralizer into the neutralization tank 51 and a second through pipe 53 for leading alkaline neutralizer into the neutralization tank 51; the neutralization tank 51 is provided with a drain pipe 55 for discharging purified water. Since the wastewater generated in practice often contains a large amount of acid-base substances, the neutralization device can neutralize the acid or the alkali in the wastewater, so that purified water after purification can be directly used.
As shown in fig. 8, the neutralization device further comprises a mixing device for more uniformly mixing the acid and alkali neutralizers with the wastewater; the mixing device comprises a spherical container 54 which is hollow and provided with an opening at the upward side, and a driving motor for driving the spherical container 54 to rotate in the horizontal direction; the liquid outlets of the first and second through pipes 52, 53 correspond to the opening of the spherical container 54, and a plurality of outlet holes for the acid and alkali neutralizer to flow out are provided in the side wall of the spherical container 54. Wherein, when the acid and alkali neutralizer is introduced into the spherical container 54 from the first through pipe 52 or the second through pipe 53, the spherical container 54 is driven to rotate by the driving motor, so that the acid or alkali neutralizer is more uniformly mixed with the wastewater.
In this embodiment, the drain pipe 55 is provided with an on-off valve 56.
