Abstract
A hoisting tool for a narrow space between a bridge bottom and a pier column comprises hoisting equipment, a chain block and a fixed pulley fixing device. The bearing frame of the fixed pulley fixing device is fixed on the top of the pier column. The bearing frame is provided with a cantilever hanging frame which can rotate and is connected with the fixed pulley. The cantilever hanging frame is controlled by the chain block, and the hoisting equipment can hoist the jacking equipment or materials to the operation site at the narrow space of the beam bottom and the pier column, so as to finish the jacking or repairing construction operation of the steel box beam. The hoisting tool and the hoisting method for the narrow space between the bridge bottom and the pier column solve the problems that hoisting equipment is adopted to hoist the narrow space between the bridge bottom and the pier column top, so that a hoisting point cannot be welded, and the safety and the stability of the permanent magnet sucker hoisting point are poor. The invention does not need to use a large hoisting machine. The invention has high lifting efficiency, strong safety, high turnover rate and wide application range, is not limited by environment, and is particularly suitable for lifting machines and members in narrow spaces between the bottom of the steel-concrete composite beam bridge and the tops of the pier columns.

Background
The steel-concrete combined bridge in the viaduct needs to solve the problem of stress in the hogging moment area of the steel-concrete combined continuous beam structure by adopting a pre-jacking support method, but because of the specificity of a construction site, the jacking equipment or materials are very inconvenient to convey to the preset position at the pier column top. The cantilever hanging frame is controlled by the chain block, and the hoisting equipment can hoist the jacking equipment or materials to the operation site at the narrow space of the beam bottom and the pier column, so as to finish the jacking or repairing construction operation of the steel box beam. The hoisting tool and the hoisting method for the narrow space of the bridge bottom and the pier column solve the problems that hoisting equipment is adopted to hoist the narrow space of the bridge bottom and the pier column top, so that a hoisting point can not be welded, and the safety and the stability of the permanent magnet sucker hoisting point are poor. The hoisting tool and the hoisting method for the narrow space of the bridge beam bottom and the pier column do not need to use a large hoisting machine. The invention has high lifting efficiency, strong safety, high turnover rate and wide application range, is not limited by environment, and is particularly suitable for lifting machines and members in narrow spaces between the bottom of the steel-concrete composite beam bridge and the tops of the pier columns.

Detailed Description
As shown in fig. 1, the lifting tool for the narrow space between the bridge bottom and the pier column comprises a set of hoisting equipment 8, a chain block 11 and a set of fixed pulley fixing device.
As shown in fig. 1, 2 and 3, the fixed pulley fixing device is composed of a bearing frame 1, an inverted L-shaped cantilever hanging frame 2 and a fixed pulley 4. The bearing frame 1 is formed by welding channel steel into a tetragonal body. The upper surface of the bearing frame 1 is provided with a plurality of portable jacks 5, and the bearing frame 1 is fixed on the pier column top 6 through the portable jacks 5 and the top support of the bridge beam bottom 7. The bearing frame 1 is welded with an upper clamping ring 1-1 at the center of the upper part, and a force bearing 1-2 is symmetrically fixed on the upper clamping ring 1-1 at the center of the lower part. The center of the upper clamping ring 1-1 and the bearing 1-2 are jointly provided with a hollow cylinder 1-3. The inverted L-shaped cantilever hanging frame 2 consists of a rotating arm with a flat upper part and a rotating shaft with a vertical lower part. The cantilever hanging frame 2 is inserted in the cavity of the hollow cylinder 1-3 through a rotating shaft, a hanging hole 2-1 is arranged at the outer end of a rotating arm of the cantilever hanging frame 2, a hanging ring 3 is connected to the hanging hole 2-1, a fixed pulley 4 is hung on the hanging ring 3, a steel rope 9 of the hoisting equipment 8 passes through the hanging ring 3 to be in sliding connection with the fixed pulley 4, and one end of a lifting chain of the chain block 11 is connected with the hanging hole 2-1 of the cantilever hanging frame 2.
In the hoisting tool used for the narrow space of the bridge beam bottom and the pier column, the cantilever hanging frame 2 is driven by a chain block 11 hoisting chain and can rotate on the bearing frame 1 through a rotating shaft.
The lifting method for the lifting tool at the narrow space of the bridge beam bottom and the pier column comprises the following steps:
step 1, firstly arranging and installing the hoisting equipment 8 and the chain block 11 on a construction site according to the process requirements.
And 2, conveying the bearing frame 1 to the upper surface of the pier column top 6, placing a plurality of light jacks 5 on the bearing frame 1, and pressing and fixing the bearing frame 1 on the pier column top 6 through propping the bridge beam bottom 7 by the light jacks 5.
And 3, inserting the rotating shaft end of the cantilever hanging frame 2 connected with the fixed pulley 4 into the hollow cylinder 1-3 of the bearing frame 1, and checking that the cantilever hanging frame 2 should flexibly rotate on the bearing frame 1.
Step 4, connecting one end of a hoisting chain of the manual hoist 11 with the cantilever hanging frame 2 through a hanging hole 2-1 of the cantilever hanging frame 2; the wire rope 9 of the hoisting device 8 is slidingly connected with the fixed sheave 4.
And 5, hanging a jacking device or material 10 to be hoisted on the tail end of the steel cable 9 of the hoisting device 8.
And 6, starting hoisting equipment 8, hoisting jacking equipment or materials 10 to a preset height of a construction site, operating a chain block 11 to rotate a cantilever hanger 2, rotating the jacking equipment or materials 10 to a preset position, and finally transporting the jacking equipment or materials 10 to a support jacking appointed position of a pier column top 6 through a slideway by using the chain block 11 to finish hoisting operation.

step 2, conveying the bearing frame (1) to the upper surface of the pier column top (6), then placing a plurality of light jacks (5) on the bearing frame (1) and fixing the bearing frame 1 on the pier column top (6) through the jacking of the bridge beam bottom (7) by the light jacks (5),
step 3, inserting the rotating shaft end of the cantilever hanging frame (2) connected with the fixed pulley (4) into the hollow cylinder (1-3) of the bearing frame (1), checking that the cantilever hanging frame (2) should flexibly rotate on the bearing frame (1),
step 4, connecting one end of a hoisting chain of the manual hoist (11) with the cantilever hanging frame (2) through a hanging hole (2-1) of the cantilever hanging frame (2); the steel cable (9) of the hoisting equipment (8) is connected with the fixed pulley (4) in a sliding way,
step 5, hanging a jacking device or a material (10) to be hoisted at the tail end of a steel cable (9) of hoisting equipment (8),
and 6, starting hoisting equipment (8), hoisting the jacking equipment or the material (10) to a preset height of a construction site, operating a chain block (11) to rotate the cantilever hanging frame (2), rotating the jacking equipment or the material (10) to a preset position, and finally transporting the jacking equipment or the material (10) to a support saddle jacking appointed position of a pier column top (6) through a slideway by using the chain block (11), so as to finish hoisting operation.
