Abstract
The invention discloses a spherical pressure equalizing cap which is provided with a hemispherical pressure equalizing cap body, wherein the pressure equalizing cap body is made of conductive metal, and a blind hole and a groove are formed in the pressure equalizing cap body. The spherical voltage equalizing cap is sleeved on the connecting bolt of the transmission tower, so that the distribution of the field intensity on the surface of the bolt can be improved, the phenomena of discharging the bolt by a wire and the like are prevented, the phenomena of seriously damaging the safety of the transmission line such as flashover, short circuit, tripping and the like of the bolt are avoided, the service life of the composite material rod piece can be prolonged, and the additional installation operation is simple and convenient.

Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of power transmission tower assistance, and particularly relates to a spherical pressure equalizing cap.
Background
Along with the gradual maturity of the composite material rod piece and the tower technology, the application of the composite material rod piece and the tower technology is gradually promoted, and the composite material transmission tower is also gradually widely applied in a power transmission system. The bolts for the prior composite material transmission towers are all made of metal, the appearance is in a columnar structure, the metal bolts are easy to generate suspension potential in the operation process of the transmission line, a stronger electric field is generated at the tops of the bolts, and the field intensity is larger when the wires are closer to the tops of the bolts.
Under extreme weather conditions such as lightning wires, the field intensity at the top of the bolt is increased sharply, and when the field intensity reaches a certain value, air can be broken down to generate flashover, short circuit faults occur, line tripping is caused, and the safety of the power transmission line is seriously compromised. Meanwhile, when the surface of the composite material rod member is in surface flashover, the rod member is burnt by the electric arc, so that the service life of the composite material rod member is shortened.
So far, there is no better solution to the above-mentioned problems.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to solve the technical problem of providing the spherical voltage-equalizing cap which can overcome the defects existing in the prior art, improve the field intensity distribution on the surface of a bolt and prevent the phenomena of wire-to-bolt discharge and the like.
The technical scheme adopted for achieving the purposes is as follows: a spherical pressure equalizing cap is provided with a hemispherical pressure equalizing cap body, wherein the pressure equalizing cap body is a conductive metal part, and a blind hole and a groove are formed in the pressure equalizing cap body.
The cross section of the groove is regular hexagon.
The diameter of the blind hole is 0.5-1 mm larger than the outer diameter of the screw thread of the matched bolt.
The groove is larger than the matched nut, and the clearance between the groove and the nut outline is 0.5-1 mm.
The diameter of the pressure equalizing cap body can be 3-4 times of the diameter of the circumscribing circle of the matched nut,
and the bottom of the pressure equalizing cap body is fixedly connected with an insulating gasket.
The blind hole is provided with threads, and the groove is of a cylindrical structure.
The equalizing cap body consists of a body inner core made of plastic or nylon or resin through injection molding and an equalizing cover made of hemispherical conductive metal material sleeved on the body inner core.
The pressure equalizing cover is connected with the inner core of the body in an adhesive mode.
The body inner core and the pressure equalizing cover are integrally injection molded.
The invention has the advantages that:
1) The spherical pressure equalizing cap is sleeved on the connecting bolt and firmly adhered by the adhesive, so that the field intensity distribution on the surface of the bolt can be improved, the phenomena of wire to bolt discharge and the like are prevented, the phenomena of serious damage to the safety of the power transmission line such as flashover, short circuit and tripping of the power transmission line and the like are avoided, the service life of the composite material rod piece is prolonged, and the additional installation operation is simple and convenient.
2) Through the arrangement of the insulating gaskets, the electric field on the hemispherical surface of the voltage equalizing cap can be prevented from being transmitted to the rod piece of the composite material transmission tower through contact,
3) The equalizing cap body is made of plastic or nylon or resin injection molding and other nonmetallic materials, and is sleeved with an equalizing cover made of hemispherical conductive metal, so that the equalizing cap body can be equivalent to a pure metal equalizing cap, a large amount of metal materials can be saved, and the manufacturing cost of the equalizing cap is reduced.

Example 1
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the spherical pressure equalizing cap of the invention is provided with a hemispherical pressure equalizing cap body 1a, wherein the pressure equalizing cap body 1a is made of conductive metal, and a blind hole 2a and a groove 3a are arranged in the pressure equalizing cap body 1 a. The blind holes 2a can be as deep as possible to sufficiently accommodate the leakage part of the matched bolts after installation, so that the bottom plane of the pressure equalizing cap is ensured to be contacted with the rod piece, and the bolts and nuts are prevented from being exposed; the diameter of the blind hole 2a is 0.5-1 mm larger than the outer diameter of the screw thread of the matched bolt so as to ensure that the spherical equalizing cap can be conveniently sleeved on the bolt. The cross section of the groove 3a can be made into a regular hexagon matched with a hexagonal nut on the matched bolt, the depth of the groove 3a is larger than the height of the matched nut, the cross section size is larger than the outline of the matched nut, and the gap between the groove 3a and the nut can be 0.5-1 mm, so that the pressure equalizing cap can be easily sleeved on the bolt and the nut. The diameter of the equalizing cap body 1a can be 3-4 times of the diameter of the circumscribing circle of the matched nut, so that the spherical equalizing cap can effectively protect the connecting bolt and the rod piece. The blind holes 2a can be filled with a quantity of adhesive glue 4, so that the spherical pressure equalizing caps are firmly combined with the bolts, and loosening of the spherical pressure equalizing caps after being sleeved is prevented.
When the spherical pressure equalizing cap is used, after the rod pieces to be connected of the transmission tower are fastened and connected by bolts and nuts, the spherical pressure equalizing cap matched with the bolts is selected, the blind holes 2a of the spherical pressure equalizing cap are filled with the adhesive glue 4 and then are sleeved on the connecting bolts in an extrusion mode, and firm connection can be achieved after the adhesive glue 4 is coagulated. Therefore, the electric field intensity of the surface of the bolt on the transmission tower can be effectively reduced, the electric field intensity can be suitable for bolts with different sizes, and the installation is very convenient.
Example two
Referring to fig. 3 and 4, in order to avoid that an electric field on the hemispherical surface of the voltage-equalizing cap is conducted to a rod of the composite material transmission tower through contact, an insulating gasket 5 is arranged at the bottom of the voltage-equalizing cap body 1a in the embodiment, and the diameter of the insulating gasket 5 can be slightly larger than that of the voltage-equalizing cap body 1 a. The insulating gasket 5 can be assembled on site by sleeving the spherical pressure equalizing cap and the bolt, and can be fixedly connected with the pressure equalizing cap body 1a by embedding or bonding, so that the portable pressure equalizing cap is more convenient to carry.
In a third embodiment of the present invention,
referring to fig. 5 and 6, in the spherical pressure equalizing cap of the present embodiment, a thread matched with a bolt may be disposed in the blind hole 2b, the groove 3b is configured as a cylindrical structure, and the diameter of the groove 3b is slightly larger than the diameter of the circumcircle of the hexagonal nut on the bolt. Referring to fig. 7 and 8, in the spherical pressure equalizing cap of the present embodiment, the pressure equalizing cap body 1b is made of a body inner core 1b-1 made of a non-metal material such as plastic, nylon or resin injection molding, and a pressure equalizing cover 1b-2 made of a hemispherical conductive metal material is fitted thereon. The pressure equalizing cover 1b-2 can be connected with the pressure equalizing cap body 1b-1 in an adhesive mode, and the pressure equalizing cap body 1b-1 and the pressure equalizing cover 1b-2 can be adhered into a whole through injection molding. Therefore, a large amount of metal materials can be saved, and the manufacturing cost of the spherical pressure equalizing cap is reduced.

the equalizing cap body consists of a body inner core made of plastic or nylon or resin through injection molding and an equalizing cover made of hemispherical conductive metal material sleeved on the body inner core.

3. The spherical pressure equalizing cap according to claim 1, wherein: the diameter of the blind hole is 0.5-1 mm larger than the outer diameter of the screw thread of the matched bolt.
