acquiring audio and video information of a shopping guide, wherein the audio and video information comprises recording information and/or video information, and the audio and video information carries first time information;
detecting at least one type of state information of a shopping guide, wherein the state information comprises physiological index information reflecting the physiological condition of the shopping guide and/or motion information reflecting the motion state of the shopping guide, and the state information carries second time information;
and matching the audio and video information and at least one state information in the same time period with a preset standard behavior according to the first time information and the second time information, and outputting indication information that the behavior of the shopping guide conforms to the behavior standard when the matching degree is greater than a preset threshold value.
2. The shopper behavior information processing method according to claim 1, further comprising:
performing time synchronization on the first time information and the second time information;
the method comprises the following steps:
performing time synchronization on the second time information and the first time information by taking the first time information as a reference; or,
performing time synchronization on the first time information and the second time information by taking the second time information as a reference; or,
and performing time synchronization on the first time information and the second time information and the time information in the analysis equipment by taking the time information in the analysis equipment as a reference.
3. The method for processing the behavior information of the shopper according to claim 1 or 2, wherein the step of matching audio/video information and at least one type of state information in the same time period with a preset standard behavior according to the first time information and the second time information further comprises the step of, before outputting indication information that the behavior of the shopper meets a behavior standard when the matching degree is greater than a preset threshold value:
and according to the first time information carried by the audio and video information and the second time information carried by the at least one type of state information, correlating the audio and video information with the at least one type of state information to obtain the audio and video information and the at least one type of state information in the same time period.
4. A portable device, comprising: the system comprises an audio and video information acquisition device, a state information detector and a storage processor; wherein:
the audio and video information collector is used for collecting audio and video information of a shopping guide, wherein the audio and video information comprises recording information and/or video information, and the audio and video information carries first time information;
the state information detector is used for detecting at least one type of state information of the shopping guide, the state information comprises physiological index information reflecting the physiological condition of the shopping guide and/or motion information reflecting the motion state of the shopping guide, and the state information carries second time information;
and the storage processor is used for matching the audio and video information and at least one state information in the same time period with a preset standard behavior according to the first time information and the second time information, and outputting indication information that the behavior of the shopping guide conforms to the behavior standard when the matching degree is greater than a preset threshold value.

The portable device according to claim 4, wherein the storage processor is further configured to store the audio-visual information and the at least one status information; and according to the first time information carried by the audio and video information and the second time information carried by the at least one state information, the audio and video information and the at least one state information are correlated to obtain the audio and video information and the at least one state information in the same time period.
6. A portable device, comprising: the system comprises an audio and video information acquisition device, a state information detector and a transmission module; wherein:
the audio and video information collector is used for collecting audio and video information of a shopping guide, wherein the audio and video information comprises recording information and/or video information, and the audio and video information carries first time information;
the status information detector is used for detecting at least one type of status information of the shopping guide, and the status information comprises: physiological index information reflecting the physiological condition of the shopping guide and/or motion information reflecting the motion state of the shopping guide, wherein the state information carries second time information;

The shopper behavior information processing system according to claim 8, wherein the processing module is further configured to associate the audio-video information with the at least one status information according to a first time information carried by the audio-video information and a second time information carried by the at least one status information, so as to obtain the audio-video information and the at least one status information in a same time period.
