Detailed Description
Reference will now be made in detail to the exemplary embodiments, examples of which are illustrated in the accompanying drawings. When the following description refers to the accompanying drawings, like numbers in different drawings represent the same or similar elements unless otherwise indicated. The implementations described in the exemplary embodiments below are not intended to represent all implementations consistent with the present disclosure. Rather, they are merely examples of apparatus and methods consistent with certain aspects of the present disclosure, as detailed in the appended claims.
Fig. 1 is a flow chart illustrating a method of recommending an exercise regimen according to an exemplary embodiment. The method can be applied to a terminal device or a server connected with the massage plaster, and is not limited herein. The terminal device connected to the massager may be a mobile phone, a tablet Computer, a notebook Computer, or a PC (Personal Computer) connected to the massager. The massager and the terminal equipment can be connected in a wired or wireless mode. For example, the massager and the terminal device can establish communication connection through Bluetooth. The massage plaster of the present embodiment may refer to a portable massager that can be stuck on the skin. As shown in fig. 1, the method includes step S11 and step S12.
In step S11, massage time information for the target user to massage each body part using the massage patches is acquired.
The embodiment does not limit the body part massaged by the massage patch, for example, the body part massaged by the massage patch may be an arm, a lower leg, a thigh, a shoulder, a back, or the like.
As an example of the present embodiment, when a target user performs a massage using a massage patch, a terminal device connected to the massage patch may determine body part information of a current massage from body part information selected by the target user. For example, when the target user performs a massage using the massage patch, the terminal device detects that the body part selected by the target user is an arm, and may determine that the currently-massaged body part is an arm.
In one possible implementation, the massage time information may include one or more of a date of the massage, a massage duration, a start time of the massage, and an end time of the massage.
As one example of this implementation, the massage time information may include a date of the massage. According to the date of the massage, the frequency of the massage of the target user can be determined. According to the information of the massaged body parts and the massage dates, the frequency of massaging each body part by the target user can be determined.
As one example of this implementation, the massage time information may include a massage time period. According to the massage duration corresponding to each body part, the body part which is mainly massaged by the target user can be determined.
As one example of this implementation, the massage time information may include a start time of the massage and an end time of the massage. According to the starting time and the ending time of the massage, the time period of the target user habit of massaging can be determined, so that the exercise scheme can be recommended to the target user within the time period of the target user habit of massaging, and the recommendation efficiency is improved.
In step S12, in a case where the massage time information corresponding to the first body part satisfies the first condition, the exercise regimen for the first body part is recommended to the target user.
Wherein, the first body part can be any one of the body parts recorded with the massage time information.
As an example of this embodiment, the movement profile for the first body part may be a movement lesson for the first body part. For example, if the first body part is an arm, the exercise session for the first body part may be a dumbbell exercise session.
As another example of this embodiment, the movement profile for the first body part may be a series of movement sessions for the first body part in a specified cycle. Wherein the specified period may be one week, and the series of motion lessons for the first body part may include: monday is exercise course 1, wednesday is exercise course 2, friday is exercise course 3, sunday is exercise course 4, and tuesday, thursday, and saturday have a rest.
As another example of the present embodiment, the movement profile for the first body part may be a movement motion for the first body part. For example, if the first body part is the lower leg, the exercise motion for the first body part may be in the form of a lower dog.
In one possible implementation, the method further comprises one or more of: determining that massage time information corresponding to a first body part meets a first condition under the condition that the first body part is massaged for N consecutive days, wherein N is an integer greater than or equal to 2; determining that massage time information corresponding to the first body part meets a first condition under the condition that the massage duration of the first body part in a specified time period is greater than a first threshold; and under the condition that the total massage duration corresponding to the first body part is greater than a second threshold value, determining that the massage time information corresponding to the first body part meets a first condition.
As one example of this implementation, it may be determined that massage time information corresponding to the first body part satisfies the first condition in a case where the first body part is massaged for N consecutive days. For example, N may be equal to 3. In this example, if the first body part is massaged for N consecutive days, it may be determined that the first body part is relatively uncomfortable, and thus a motion profile for the first body part may be recommended to the target user.
As another example of this implementation, it may be determined that the massage time information corresponding to the first body part satisfies the first condition if a massage duration of the first body part within the specified time period is greater than a first threshold. In this example, if the massage duration of the first body part over the specified time period is greater than the first threshold, the first body part may be determined to be less comfortable, and a motion profile for the first body part may be recommended to the target user.
As another example of the implementation, it may be determined that the massage time information corresponding to the first body part satisfies the first condition in a case where the total massage duration corresponding to the first body part is greater than the second threshold. In this example, if the total length of time per mole for the first body part is greater than the second threshold, the first body part may be determined to be less comfortable, and thus an exercise regimen for the first body part may be recommended to the target user.
As another example of this implementation, it may be determined that the massage time information corresponding to the first body part satisfies the first condition if the first body part is massaged for N consecutive days or if a massage duration of the first body part within a specified time period is greater than a first threshold.
As another example of this implementation, it may be determined that the massage time information corresponding to the first body part satisfies the first condition in a case where the first body part is massaged for N consecutive days or a total massage duration corresponding to the first body part is greater than a second threshold.
As another example of the implementation, it may be determined that the massage time information corresponding to the first body part satisfies the first condition in a case where a massage time period of the first body part within the specified time period is greater than a first threshold or a total massage time period corresponding to the first body part is greater than a second threshold.
As another example of this implementation, it may be determined that the massage time information corresponding to the first body part satisfies the first condition in a case where the first body part is massaged for N consecutive days, or a massage time period of the first body part within a specified time period is greater than a first threshold, or a total massage time period corresponding to the first body part is greater than a second threshold.
According to the embodiment, the massage time information of the target user for massaging each body part by using the massage paste is acquired, and the motion scheme aiming at the first body part is recommended to the target user under the condition that the massage time information corresponding to the first body part meets the first condition, so that the motion scheme can be recommended to the target user in a targeted manner according to the massage operation of the target user, and the accurate recommendation of the motion scheme is realized.
Fig. 2 is an exemplary flowchart illustrating a method for recommending an exercise regimen according to an exemplary embodiment. As shown in fig. 2, the method may include steps S11 through S15.
In step S11, massage time information for the target user to massage each body part using the massage patches is acquired.
In step S12, in a case where the massage time information corresponding to the first body part satisfies the first condition, the exercise regimen for the first body part is recommended to the target user.
In step S13, when it is determined that the massage operation by the target user satisfies the second condition based on the massage time information corresponding to each body part, the geographical position information of the target user is acquired.
In one possible implementation, the method further comprises one or more of: determining that the massage operation of the target user meets a second condition under the condition that the total massage duration of each body part in the specified time period is greater than a third threshold; determining that the massage operation of the target user meets a second condition under the condition that the massage duration of the second body part in the specified time period is greater than a fourth threshold; and under the condition that the total massage duration corresponding to the second body part is greater than a fifth threshold value, determining that the massage operation of the target user meets a second condition.
The second body part may be any one of the body parts in which the massage time information is recorded.
As one example of this implementation, it may be determined that the massage operation of the target user satisfies the second condition in a case where the total length of massage time of each body part within the specified period of time is greater than the third threshold. In this example, if the total length of time in moles of each body part within the specified time period is greater than the third threshold, it may be determined that the target user is physically uncomfortable, and thus a gym around the target user may be recommended to the target user.
As one example of this implementation, it may be determined that the massage operation of the target user satisfies the second condition in a case where a massage duration of the second body part within the specified time period is greater than a fourth threshold. In this example, if the massage duration of the second body part over the specified time period is greater than the fourth threshold, it may be determined that the second body part is less comfortable, and thus a gym around the target user may be recommended to the target user.
As an example of this implementation, it may be determined that the massage operation of the target user satisfies the second condition in a case where the total length of massage time corresponding to the second body part is greater than a fifth threshold. In this example, if the total length of massage time corresponding to the second body part is greater than the fifth threshold, it may be determined that the second body part is less comfortable, and thus a gym around the target user may be recommended to the target user.
As one example of this implementation, it may be determined that the massage operation of the target user satisfies the second condition in a case where the total massage duration of the respective body parts within the specified time period is greater than the third threshold or the massage duration of the second body part within the specified time period is greater than the fourth threshold.
As an example of this implementation, it may be determined that the massage operation of the target user satisfies the second condition in a case where the total massage duration for each body part within the specified time period is greater than the third threshold or the total massage duration for the second body part is greater than the fifth threshold.
As an example of this implementation, it may be determined that the massage operation of the target user satisfies the second condition in a case where a massage time period of the second body part within the specified time period is greater than a fourth threshold value or a total massage time period corresponding to the second body part is greater than a fifth threshold value.
As an example of this implementation, it may be determined that the massage operation of the target user satisfies the second condition in a case where the total massage duration of each body part within the specified time period is greater than the third threshold, or the massage duration of the second body part within the specified time period is greater than the fourth threshold, or the total massage duration corresponding to the second body part is greater than the fifth threshold.
As an example of the embodiment, the geographical location information of the target user may be determined by acquiring geographical location information of a terminal device bound or connected with the massage sticker. The massage sticker and the terminal equipment can be bound through an account of the target user. The massage plaster and the terminal device can establish connection through Bluetooth, Wi-Fi (Wireless Fidelity) or NFC (Near Field Communication).
In step S14, gym information around the target user is acquired based on the geographical location information of the target user.
As an example of the present embodiment, gym information around the target user may be acquired through a map application, a search engine, or the like.
As an example of the present embodiment, the gym information around the target user may refer to information of a gym less than 2 km away from the target user.
In step S15, gyms around the target user are recommended to the target user.
As an example of the present embodiment, information such as the name, address, and distance from the target user of a gym around the target user may be displayed on the terminal device of the target user.
