Description

Electric appliance and control method thereof
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of household appliances, in particular to an electric appliance and a control method of the electric appliance.
Background
At present, cooking equipment and domestic appliance with electron nose sensor have appeared in the market, and the electron nose sensor of installing on cooking equipment or domestic appliance can be used for detecting food smell for food discernment or culinary art process control also can be used for detecting the oil smoke concentration, is used for cigarette machine automatically regulated control, can also detect environmental odor, food freshness, peculiar smell etc. in order to detect ambient air quality. The electronic nose sensor is an electronic system for recognizing odor by using a response pattern of a gas sensor array, and can continuously monitor the odor condition of a specific position in real time. The electronic nose mainly comprises a smell sampling operator, a gas sensor array, an information processing system and other functional devices; the core device of the electronic nose sensor is a gas sensor, and the core parameters of the gas sensor, such as response speed, sensitivity and the like, can be attenuated continuously along with time until the device is completely attenuated to a failure mode, so that the device cannot work normally, and a user cannot obtain the information of the running state of the equipment.
The reasons for the attenuation of the electronic nose sensor can be summarized in three types: firstly, the sensor presents a poisoning phenomenon to certain gas, so that part of the sensors in the sensor array are damaged due to the poisoning of the gas, part of the sensors fail, and the problem of sensor attenuation occurs; secondly, dust permeates into the surface of the sensor in the long-time use process, so that the sensitivity and the response of the sensor are attenuated; and thirdly, the waterproof breathable film is generally adopted in the structural performance protection of the sensor, and the waterproof breathable film is polluted by dust, oil stains and the like along with the prolonging of the service time, so that the gas transmittance is reduced, and the detection response and the sensitivity attenuation of the electronic nose are shown.
However, in the current technical scheme, the cooking equipment or the household appliance using the electronic nose sensor has no functions of self-checking the attenuation degree of the sensor and reminding a user in real time, the user does not know the attenuation degree of the electronic nose sensor and does not know when to change or maintain the electronic nose sensor, and great inconvenience is brought to the replacement and maintenance of the household appliance with the electronic nose sensor used in daily life.

Fig. 7 is a flowchart illustrating a control method of an electric appliance provided according to a second embodiment of the present invention; as shown in fig. 7, the control method of the electric appliance includes:
step S702, receiving a real-time detection value of an electronic nose sensor;
step S704, calculating an average detection value, wherein the average detection value is an average value of real-time detection values in a preset time period after noise reduction processing;
step S706, calculating the attenuation degree, wherein the attenuation degree is the change rate of the average detection value relative to a preset value;
in step S708, the attenuation degree is output.
In this embodiment, an average detection value is obtained by calculating an average value of the real-time detection values within a preset time period after the noise reduction processing, where the preset time period is a latest time period from the current time, such as the latest 100 hours; by analyzing the real-time detection value in the recent period of time instead of only analyzing the current real-time detection value, the abnormal conditions that the real-time detection value is zero and the attenuation degree reaches 100% due to the fact that no target gas exists in the current environment can be avoided, and the attenuation condition of the electronic nose sensor can be reasonably reflected; the noise reduction processing is used, so that the problem that the real-time detection values of related smells are abnormal due to large fluctuation of the environment where the electronic nose sensor is located under the abnormal condition is avoided, and the accuracy of the average detection value is guaranteed; and then calculating the attenuation degree of the electronic nose sensor according to the average detection value, and intuitively reflecting the detection capability reduction condition of the electronic nose sensor in the recent period of time by means of numerical values, wherein the attenuation degree is the change rate of the average detection value relative to a preset value, for example, the preset value is 100, the actual average value of the odor in the current 100 hours is 80, and then the attenuation degree is: (100-80)/100 is 20%, the preset value is an average detection value of the unattenuated electronic nose sensor in a preset time period, and reflects the detection capability of the unattenuated electronic nose sensor, the real-time detection value of the unattenuated electronic nose sensor can refer to the factory setting, for example, when the electrical equipment is a range hood, and the electronic nose sensor is used for detecting harmful gases generated in cooking, the harmful gases are only generated in cooking, so that the cooking conditions of most users in the preset time period can be counted, and the corresponding average detection value of the unattenuated electronic nose sensor is taken as the preset value. Through constantly collecting the data that electronic nose sensor produced in the course of the work to and handle and the analysis data, acquire electronic nose sensor's attenuation degree data, can make the electrical equipment who installs electronic nose sensor carry out the self-checking through calculating the attenuation degree to equipment, avoid appearing influencing the user and using under the condition that equipment became invalid, make the user know the running state of equipment in real time, in time maintain before equipment goes wrong, promote user experience.

step S802, receiving a real-time detection value of an electronic nose sensor;
step S804, calculating an average detection value, wherein the average detection value is an average value of real-time detection values in a preset time period after noise reduction processing;
step S806, calculating the attenuation degree, wherein the attenuation degree is the change rate of the average detection value relative to a preset value;
step S808, judging whether the attenuation degree is greater than or equal to the alarm value, if so, turning to step S810, and if not, turning to step S802;
step S810, generating alarm information;
and step S812, outputting the attenuation degree and alarm information.
In the embodiment, the attenuation value is compared with the alarm value, when the attenuation value exceeds the alarm value, the electronic nose sensor is judged to be close to the failure mode, and alarm information needs to be sent to a user in advance. For example, the alarm value is attenuation degree 80%, and when the current attenuation value is greater than or equal to 80%, it is determined that the electronic nose sensor is close to the failure mode, and an alarm message needs to be sent to the user in advance. Through alarm information, the user can know the running state of the equipment in real time, and the equipment is maintained in time before the equipment goes wrong, so that the influence on the use of the user caused by the failure of the equipment is avoided, and the user experience is improved.
