The soundproof cotton assembly provided by the embodiment of the invention comprises the soundproof cotton 105, wherein the first surface of the soundproof cotton 105 faces the compressor 103, and the soundproof cotton assembly further comprises a heating body 104 arranged on the first surface of the soundproof cotton 105, and the heating body 104 has an electric heating function and can evaporate water on the soundproof cotton 105 through the heated high temperature.
According to the soundproof cotton assembly provided by the invention, the heating body 104 is added on the basis of the soundproof cotton 105, and when the soundproof cotton assembly is wrapped around the periphery of the compressor 103, the heating body 104 is positioned between the compressor 103 and the soundproof cotton 105. When the humidity of the soundproof cotton 105 can enable the compressor 103 to be in a humid environment, the heating element 104 is started, and the moisture in the soundproof cotton 105 is evaporated through the heating element 104, so that the compressor 103 is in a dry environment, and the rust on the outer surface of the compressor 103 is avoided.
In one embodiment of the present invention, heating element 104 includes a fixed body and an electric heating element disposed on the fixed body. The electric heating body can be an electric heating wire and/or an electric heating sheet, and can also be other heating devices. The fixing body is used for bearing an electric heating body, and can be a metal plate or a ceramic plate.
Since the lower portion of the soundproof cotton 105 is easily absorbed by water, and because of the effect of gravity, the soundproof cotton 105 is in a wet position, which is generally a middle lower portion of the soundproof cotton 105. Based on this, in one embodiment of the present invention, the heating element is disposed at the middle lower portion of the fixing body, which is the middle lower portion of the fixing body in the height direction of the compressor, so that the heating element is disposed at the most humid portion of the soundproof cotton 105, which can most effectively evaporate the moisture in the soundproof cotton 105. The heater placement height of the heater 105 is not necessarily the lower middle position of the height of the compressor 103, and should be stable as appropriate. If there is a possibility of water dripping and leaking from the upper portion of the compressor 103, the soundproof cotton 105 is wrapped around the entire height of the compressor 103, and there is a necessity for dehumidification.
Since the compressor 103 needs to dissipate heat, further, the heat generator 104 has a planar open-pore structure or a mesh structure, and the heat of the compressor 103 is dissipated through the openings or mesh gaps on the heat generator 104. In consideration of the influence of the high temperature of the heat generating body 104 on the compressor 103, in the present embodiment, the heat generating body 104 has a heat insulating coating on the surface facing the compressor 103, preventing heat from being transferred to the compressor 103, and affecting the compressor 103. It should be noted that, the heating element 104 may be designed to have a circular non-open structure around the outer surface of the compressor 103, so that condensed water possibly generated on the compressor is not absorbed into the soundproof cotton 105.
In one embodiment of the present invention, the soundproof cotton 105 includes a soundproof cotton rubber 1052 and a soundproof cotton lining 1051 which are arranged in a layered manner, and the heating element 104 is attached to the soundproof cotton lining 1051. Since the soundproof cotton lining 1051 is a main material that adsorbs moisture, the heat generating body 104 is bonded to the soundproof cotton lining 1051, and moisture in the soundproof cotton 105 can be effectively removed.
Further, the soundproof cotton rubber 1052 is a polyvinyl chloride layer, and the soundproof cotton lining 1051 is a flame-retardant fiber layer. The soundproof cotton 105 may be made of other materials, as long as the soundproof effect can be achieved, and the specific material of the soundproof cotton 105 is not limited in the present invention.
The embodiment of the invention also discloses a sound insulation device of the compressor, which comprises the sound insulation cotton component disclosed in the embodiment above, wherein the sound insulation cotton component is used for being arranged on the periphery of the compressor 103. The soundproof cotton assembly has all the technical effects of the soundproof cotton assembly, and is not limited herein.
Referring to fig. 5-9, fig. 5 is a partial enlarged view of B in fig. 3; FIG. 6 is a schematic diagram showing a structure of fixing a heating element and a waterproof cover according to an embodiment of the present invention; FIG. 7 is a schematic view showing a structure of fixing a heating element and a waterproof cover according to another embodiment of the present invention; FIG. 8 is a schematic view showing a structure in which a heating element and a waterproof cover are fixed according to still another embodiment of the present invention; FIG. 9 is a schematic view showing a structure in which a heating element and a waterproof cover are fixed according to still another embodiment of the present invention.
Since the lower portion of the soundproof cotton 105 is easily absorbed by water, the present invention may further include a waterproof cover 106 provided at the lower portion of the soundproof cotton assembly. Since the waterproof cover 106 has a waterproof effect, the soundproof cotton 105 is prevented from contacting the bottom plate 101, thereby preventing the soundproof cotton 105 from absorbing water.
The waterproof cover 106 has a groove-like structure with an upward opening, and as shown in fig. 6, a rib 1061 is provided in the groove of the waterproof cover 106, and a first clamping groove for clamping the heating element 104 is formed between the rib 1061 and one side wall of the waterproof cover 106. As shown in fig. 7, a hook 1041 is provided on the heating element 104, and a second engagement groove for engaging with the top side wall of the waterproof cover 106 is formed between the hook 1041 and the heating element 104. As shown in fig. 8, a rib 1061 is provided in the groove of the waterproof cover 106, a first clamping groove for clamping the heating element 104 is formed between the rib 1061 and one side wall of the waterproof cover 106, a hook 1041 is provided on the heating element 104, and a second clamping groove for clamping the top side wall of the waterproof cover 106 is formed between the hook 1041 and the heating element 104. As shown in fig. 9, heat generating element 104 is adhered to the side wall of water blocking cover 106 via adhesive layer 107. In summary, the fixing manner of the waterproof cover 106 and the heating element 104 of the present invention is a clamping fixing manner or an adhesive manner, and may be implemented in other manners, which is not limited to the present invention.
The embodiment of the invention also discloses a compressor assembly, which comprises a compressor 103 and a compressor sound insulation device, wherein the compressor sound insulation device is the compressor sound insulation device disclosed in the embodiment above. The compressor sound insulation device has all the technical effects of the compressor sound insulation device, and therefore the compressor sound insulation device is not limited herein.
In order to prevent condensed water generated in the compressor 103 from being absorbed by the soundproof cotton 105, a gap is provided between the heating element 104 and the compressor 103. Preferably, a gap of not less than 2mm is provided between the heating element 104 and the compressor 103, and of course, a gap may not be provided between the heating element 104 and the compressor 103.
In one embodiment of the present invention, the present invention may further comprise a humidity sensor and a controller. The humidity sensor is used for detecting the humidity of the soundproof cotton 105, and when the humidity reaches the preset humidity, the controller controls the heating unit 104 to work. In this embodiment, by adding the humidity sensor and the controller, it is ensured that heating can be automatically performed when heating is required. If the dehumidification mode is a mode in which the soundproof cotton 105 is turned on after the compressor 103 stops operating, the heat-insulating coating may not be added to the contact surface between the heat generator 104 and the compressor 103.
In one embodiment of the present invention, the compressor 103 is fixed to the base plate 101 by a rubber pad 1021, and the compressor 103 is provided with mounting pins 1022 fixed to the rubber pad 1021.
The embodiment of the invention also discloses an air conditioner which comprises a compressor assembly, wherein the compressor assembly is disclosed in the embodiment. The compressor assembly has all the technical effects of the compressor assembly, and is not limited herein.

7. A compressor sound insulation device according to claim 6, characterized in that the water barrier cover (106) is of a trough-like structure with an upward opening.

The sound insulation device for a compressor according to claim 7, wherein a rib (1061) is provided in the groove of the water insulation cover (106), and a first clamping groove for clamping the heating element (104) is formed between the rib (1061) and one side wall of the water insulation cover (106).

12. The compressor assembly of claim 11, wherein a gap is provided between the heater (104) and the compressor (103).
13. A compressor assembly according to claim 12, wherein the heating element (104) and the compressor (103) have a gap therebetween of not less than 2 mm.
14. The compressor assembly of claim 11, further comprising:
a humidity sensor for detecting the humidity of the soundproof cotton (105);
and the controller is used for controlling the heating element (104) to work when the humidity reaches the preset humidity.
15. A compressor assembly according to claim 11, wherein the compressor (103) is fixed to the base plate (101) by means of a rubber pad (1021), and wherein the compressor (103) is provided with mounting feet (1022) fixed to the rubber pad (1021).
16. An air conditioner comprising a compressor assembly as claimed in any one of claims 11 to 15.
