That is to say, the first connecting portion 15 can be in the shape of an elastic hook, and when the filter screen support frame is assembled, the first connecting portion 15 is elastically deformed greatly, so that the inverted triangular hook is clamped with the first connecting portion 311, and thus the filter screen support frame 200 is simple in structure and convenient to form.
As shown in fig. 1, the second side wall 12 and the second side plate 32 of the box body 30 are formed in a linear shape, the outer wall of the first side plate 31 is provided with a weakening groove 35, the weakening groove 35 is adjacent to the second side wall 12, and the weakening groove 35 can further absorb the stress transmitted to the first side plate 31 through the second side wall 12, so as to prevent the mounting deformation from affecting the circuit board.
As shown in fig. 1, the third sidewall 13 is disposed in parallel to the third side plate 33 of the box body 30, that is, the third sidewall 13 and the third side plate 33 directly form a step type, the step can form a limit with a corresponding region on the filtering screen support frame 200, and the rigidity between the third sidewall 13 and the third side plate 33 can be increased, so that the deformation force is mainly transmitted through the second sidewall 12.
In some preferred embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 1, the emergency switch box 100 may further include: a second junction box 20.
The first connection box 10 is connected to the fourth side plate 34 of the box body 30, the fourth side plate 34 is disposed opposite to the first side plate 31, and the rigidity at the fourth side plate 34 is large, so that the deformation of the second connection box 20 has less influence on the box body 30. The wall of the second connection box 20 facing away from the box body 30 is provided with a second connection 25, the second connection 25 being adapted to be connected to a filter screen support frame 200 of an indoor unit of an air conditioner.
It will be understood that the second connection box 20 defines a second deformation chamber 26, the second deformation chamber 26 being blocked from the housing chamber 39 by the fourth side plate 34, so that when the emergency switch box 100 is fitted into the filter screen support frame 200 of an air conditioner indoor unit, the second connecting portion 25 is deformed to connect to the filter screen support frame 200, and the deformation of the second connecting portion 25 is substantially absorbed by the second deformation chamber 26 without affecting the housing chamber 39, in other words, the emergency switch box 100 does not affect the circuit board when assembled.
The second connection box 20 has a second bottom wall, a first peripheral wall 21, a second peripheral wall 22 and a third peripheral wall 23, the second connection box 20 may be a box-shaped structure with one open end, the second bottom wall may be rectangular, the first peripheral wall 21, the second peripheral wall 22, the third peripheral wall 23 and a fourth side plate 34 of the box body 30 are respectively connected with four sides of the second bottom wall, the first peripheral wall 21 and the fourth side plate 34 are oppositely arranged, and the second peripheral wall 22 and the third peripheral wall 23 are oppositely arranged.
Note that the second bottom wall is merely a name indicating the bottom wall of the second connection box 20, and is for distinguishing from the bottom wall of the first connection box 10, and does not indicate that the second connection box 20 further has the first bottom wall 14.
The second bottom wall is connected to the bottom plate of the box body 30, and as shown in fig. 2, the second bottom wall of the second connection box 20 and the bottom plate of the box body 30 are formed in a linear shape. Thus, the difficulty of molding the second connection box 20 is low.
The second peripheral wall 22 and the third peripheral wall 23 are connected to the fourth side plate 34, the first peripheral wall 21 is connected to an end of the second peripheral wall 22 facing away from the box body 30 and an end of the third peripheral wall 23 facing away from the box body 30, and the second connecting portion 25 is connected to the first peripheral wall 21.
In this way, when the second connection portion 25 is assembled, the deformation force needs to pass through the first peripheral wall 21 and the second peripheral wall 22 in order or the first peripheral wall 21 and the third peripheral wall 23 in order to be transmitted to the fourth side plate 34, and the influence of the fourth side plate 34 is small.
Referring to fig. 1, the length of the first connection box 10 is smaller than the length of the second connection box 20. That is, the length of the second side wall 12 is smaller than that of the second peripheral wall 22, so that the first connection box 10 is a main part absorbing energy and the second connection box 20 is an auxiliary part absorbing energy when assembled.
As shown in fig. 1 to 3, the second connecting portion 25 extends from one end of the first peripheral wall 21 away from the second bottom wall to a direction away from the second bottom wall, and has an inverted-triangular hook, as shown in fig. 8, the second connecting portion 312 includes a slot, and the inverted-triangular hook of the second connecting portion 25 is engaged with the slot of the second connecting portion 312. That is to say, the second connecting portion 25 can be in the shape of an elastic hook, and when the filter screen support frame 200 is assembled, the second connecting portion 25 is elastically deformed to a relatively large extent, so that the inverted triangular hook is clamped with the second connecting portion 312, and the filter screen support frame 200 is simple in structure and convenient to form.
Referring to fig. 3, the length of the second connection portion 25 is smaller than that of the first connection portion 15, so that the amount of deformation of the first connection portion 15 is large and the amount of deformation of the second connection portion 25 is small at the time of assembly.
As shown in fig. 1, the third peripheral wall 23 and the third side plate 33 of the box body 30 are formed in a linear shape, so that the rigidity of the third peripheral wall 23 is low. The second peripheral wall 22 is offset from the second side plate 32 of the box body 30, that is, a step is formed between the second peripheral wall 22 and the second side plate 32, the step can form a limit with a corresponding area on the filter screen support frame 200, and the rigidity between the second peripheral wall 22 and the second side plate 32 can be increased, so that the deformation force is mainly transmitted through the third peripheral wall 23.
In some preferred embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 1 and 6, the inner circumferential wall of the cartridge body 30 is provided with a plurality of support plates 36, the support plates 36 are provided with support steps 37, and the circuit board is adapted to be supported on the support steps 37. For example, two straight plate-shaped supporting plates 36 are respectively arranged on the inner wall surfaces of the first side plate 31, the second side plate 32 and the third side plate 33, a bent supporting plate 36 is respectively arranged on the inner wall surfaces of the second side plate 32 and the third side plate 33, supporting steps 37 of the supporting plates 36 are oppositely arranged to limit the circuit board, and a gap between the fourth side plate 34 and the bent supporting plate 36 is used for wiring.
As shown in fig. 1 and 6, the inner peripheral wall of the box body 30 is provided with a boss 38, the distance from the end surface of the boss 38 facing the bottom plate of the box body 30 to the bottom plate is greater than the height from the support step 37 to the bottom plate, and the boss 38 is adapted to abut against the circuit board. Thus, the circuit board is clamped by the supporting step 37 and the bosses 38, the bosses 38 may be multiple, for example, the bosses 38 are provided on the second side plate 32 and the third side plate 33, and the bosses 38 may have a guiding surface to facilitate the circuit board to be installed.
As shown in fig. 1-8, the emergency switch box 100 may further include: the sign board 41, the sign board 41 is connected with box body 30, first junction box 10 in order to shelter from trigger part 42, for example sign board 41 can outwards extend from the bottom plate border of box body 30 and the border of first diapire 14, when packing emergency switch box 100 into the complete machine, sign board 41 extends from the top down to shelter from the sight between people's eye to trigger part 42, can play the effect of decoration, but does not influence the pressing of trigger part 42, sign board 41 can be the block rubber, for example red block rubber.
The mark plate 41 can shield the trigger part 42 on one hand, so that the user can not see the trigger part 42 under most conditions in the using process, and the whole visual performance of the panel 200 is good; on the other hand, the identification board 41 is also used for reminding the user that an emergency switch is arranged at the position, so that the user can conveniently and quickly find the trigger part 42 of the emergency switch.
According to the air conditioner indoor unit, the identification plate 41 is arranged on the emergency switch, the trigger part 42 can be shielded, the whole vision of the panel 200 is good, and the user can be reminded of the position of the emergency switch.
In some preferred embodiments according to embodiments of the present invention, the identification panel 41 has sub-blocks of at least one color of red, orange, yellow, green, blue, indigo, violet. The bright-colored color block is more striking, is convenient for finding the emergency switch quickly and has good aesthetic property.
The identification plate 41 may be a rubber member, which is easy to mold. The marking plate 41 is long, so that the structure is simple and the shielding performance of the trigger part 42 is good. The identification plate 41 may be located in front of the trigger 42. The trigger 42 protrudes downward, and the identification plate 41 extends downward and protrudes to a height greater than that of the trigger 42.

Claims (15)

1. An indoor unit for an air conditioner, comprising:
a chassis;
a filter screen support frame mounted to the chassis;
the panel is integrated and covers the filtering screen support frame, and is provided with an air outlet;
the emergency switch is mounted on the filtering screen supporting frame, and a trigger part of the emergency switch is exposed out of the air outlet;
the box body, the wall of the said box body has said trigger part;
a first connection portion;
the first connecting box is connected with the first side plate of the box body, and a wall of the first connecting box, which is far away from the box body, is provided with the first connecting part;
the first connecting box is provided with a second side wall and a third side wall, the second side wall and the third side wall are both connected with the first side plate, and the third side wall and the third side plate of the box body are arranged in a staggered mode in parallel.
2. An indoor unit for an air conditioner according to claim 1, wherein the emergency switch comprises: the emergency switch box is provided with the trigger part, and the emergency switch box is arranged on the filtering screen supporting frame.
3. An indoor unit for an air conditioner according to claim 2, further comprising: the filter screen framework is inserted into the air outlet, and the emergency switch box is adjacent to the filter screen framework.
4. An indoor unit for an air conditioner according to claim 2, wherein the filter screen support frame includes a frame base, and the emergency switch box is mounted to a lower cross member of the frame base.
5. An indoor unit for an air conditioner according to claim 4, wherein the lower cross member is provided with emergency switch mounting locations including first and second spaced connection locations, and the emergency switch box is mounted to the emergency switch mounting locations and includes:
the first connecting part and the second connecting part are connected with the box body and are respectively arranged at two sides of the box body, the first connecting part is connected with the first connecting position, and the second connecting part is connected with the second connecting position;
the cartridge body defines a receiving cavity for mounting the circuit board.
6. An indoor unit for an air conditioner according to claim 5, wherein the first connection box has a first bottom wall and a first side wall, the first bottom wall is connected to the bottom plate of the box body, the first side wall is connected to one end of the second side wall facing away from the box body and one end of the third side wall facing away from the box body, and the first connection part is connected to the first side wall.
7. An indoor unit of an air conditioner according to claim 6, wherein the first connecting portion extends from one end of the first side wall far from the first bottom wall to a direction away from the first bottom wall, and is provided with an inverted-triangle hook, the first connecting portion comprises a clamping groove, and the inverted-triangle hook of the first connecting portion is clamped with the clamping groove of the first connecting portion.
8. An indoor unit for an air conditioner according to claim 6, wherein the second side wall and the second side plate of the box body are formed in a straight line shape.
9. An indoor unit of an air conditioner as claimed in claim 6, wherein a step is formed at the joint of the first bottom wall of the first connection box and the bottom plate of the box body, the lower beam is provided with a first limit step, and the step at the joint of the first bottom wall of the first connection box and the bottom plate of the box body is stopped against the first limit step.
10. An indoor unit for an air conditioner according to claim 5, further comprising: the second connecting box is connected with a fourth side plate of the box body, the fourth side plate is arranged opposite to the first side plate, and a wall of the second connecting box deviating from the box body is provided with the second connecting portion.

An indoor unit for an air conditioner according to claim 10, wherein the second connecting box has a second bottom wall connected to the bottom plate of the box body, a first peripheral wall connected to an end of the second peripheral wall facing away from the box body and an end of the third peripheral wall facing away from the box body, a second peripheral wall connected to the first peripheral wall, and a third peripheral wall.

An indoor unit of an air conditioner according to claim 11, wherein the second connecting portion extends from an end of the first peripheral wall away from the second bottom wall to a direction away from the second bottom wall, and has an inverted-triangle hook, the second connecting portion includes a clamping groove, and the inverted-triangle hook of the second connecting portion is clamped with the clamping groove of the second connecting portion.
13. An indoor unit for an air conditioner according to claim 11, wherein the third peripheral wall and the third side plate of the box body are formed in a straight line shape, and the second peripheral wall and the second side plate of the box body are arranged in parallel and offset.
14. An indoor unit for an air conditioner according to claim 2, wherein the emergency switch box comprises: the identification plate is connected with the box body and the first connecting box to shield the triggering part.
15. An indoor unit for an air conditioner according to any one of claims 1 to 14, further comprising: the air deflector is arranged on the panel to adjust the opening degree of the air outlet, and the air deflector shields the trigger part when the air outlet is closed.
