Description

Lid unit and beverage container
Technical Field
The invention relates to a lid unit and a beverage container.
Background
Conventionally, there is a cap unit (plug body) detachably attached to a mouth-and-neck portion of a container body having an open upper portion. Among them, a lid unit with a straw is provided, which includes: a lid main body which closes an upper opening of the container main body and has a flexible straw protruding from the upper portion; a cover body rotatably attached to the cover main body via a hinge portion; and a cover locking mechanism that fixes the cover body to the cover main body (see, for example, patent documents 1 and 2).
In the beverage container including such a lid unit, after the lid body is fixed to the lid main body by the lid locking mechanism, the straw is stored in a bent state inside the lid body. Further, the projection provided on the inner side of the lid body is brought into contact with the straw, and the straw is crushed to close the liquid passage of the straw. On the other hand, by releasing the lid locking mechanism from fixing the lid body, the straw is elastically restored from the bent state to the original state while rotating the lid body in the opening direction. Thereby, the beverage in the container main body can be drunk through the straw.

Patent document 2: japanese patent No. 5662536
On the other hand, in the lid lock mechanism, the operation button provided on the opposite side of the lid main body from the hinge portion is pressed to release the fixed state of the lid body, and the lid body can be rotated in the opening direction.
However, in the beverage container provided with the conventional lid unit, when the operation of fixing the lid body to the lid body via the lid locking mechanism and the operation of releasing the fixing of the lid body by the lid locking mechanism are to be performed with one hand, the use is not necessarily convenient.
In particular, in the beverage container including the lid unit with a straw, since the beverage in the container main body can be drunk through the straw in a state of being held by one hand, it is possible to facilitate the use if the opening and closing operation of the lid body can be performed by one hand.
In addition, unlike the opening and closing operation of the lid body, it is also required to easily remove or detach the beverage container with one hand, for example, when the beverage container is stored in a bag or the like, or when the beverage container is attached to a water bottle holder of a bicycle, or the like, in order to further improve the usability.
Therefore, in consideration of a beverage container for bicycle carrying, it is important to be able to reliably perform the following operations in order to improve the usability of the beverage container: in a state where the handle of the bicycle is held with one hand, the beverage container can be taken out of the water bottle holder with the other hand, and in this state, the lid body is opened with one hand to drink the beverage, and then the lid body is closed with one hand to attach the beverage container to the water bottle holder.

Detailed Description
Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the drawings.
As an embodiment of the present invention, for example, a beverage container 100 including a lid unit 1 shown in fig. 1 to 3 will be described. Fig. 1 is a perspective view showing an external appearance of a beverage container 100 provided with a lid unit 1. Fig. 2 is a sectional view of the beverage container 100 provided with the lid unit 1 shown in fig. 1. Fig. 3 is a plan view of the beverage container 100 provided with the lid unit 1 shown in fig. 1.
The beverage container 100 of the present embodiment includes a container body 2 and a lid unit 1 detachably attached to the container body 2. In the beverage container 100, the beverage (contents) stored in the container body 2 can be kept warm or cold by the container body 2 having the vacuum heat insulating structure.
Specifically, the container body 2 is formed of a double-layered container having a bottomed cylindrical outer container 3 and an inner container 4, which are formed of, for example, stainless steel, and having mouth portions joined to each other in a state where the inner container 4 is housed inside the outer container 3. Further, a vacuum insulation layer 5 is provided between the outer container 3 and the inner container 4. The vacuum insulation layer 5 can be formed by, for example, sealing an air release hole provided in the central portion of the bottom surface of the outer container 3 in a chamber that is depressurized (evacuated) to a high vacuum.
The container body 2 has: a substantially circular bottom surface portion 2 a; a body 2b rising substantially cylindrically from the outer periphery of the bottom 2 a; and a substantially cylindrical mouth-and-neck portion 2c that is tapered on the upper side of the body portion 2 b. The upper end of the mouth-and-neck portion 2c is opened in a circular shape as an upper opening portion 2d of the container body 2.
The entire beverage container 100 of the present embodiment has a substantially cylindrical external shape, but the external shape of the beverage container 100 is not particularly limited, and can be appropriately changed according to the size, design, and the like. Further, the outer peripheral surface of the container body 2 may be coated, printed, or the like.
The lid unit 1 of the present embodiment constitutes a plug body that closes the upper opening 2d of the container main body 2. The lid unit 1 is a lid unit with a straw that allows drinking of the beverage in the container body 2 through a straw (liquid inlet) 6 provided in the upper portion.
Specifically, the cover unit 1 includes: a lid main body 7 provided with a flexible straw 6 protruding from the upper part thereof; a lid 9 rotatably attached to the lid main body 7 via a hinge 8; and a cover locking mechanism 10 that fixes the cover 9 with respect to the cover main body 7. In the following description, the side of the lid unit 1 on which the hinge portion 8 is provided will be referred to as the "rear side" of the beverage container 100, and the opposite side will be referred to as the "front side" of the beverage container 100.
The cap body 7 is made of synthetic resin such as polypropylene, for example. The cap main body 7 has: a peripheral wall portion 7a formed substantially in a cylindrical shape so as to be continuous with the body portion 2b of the container body 2; and an upper wall portion 7b that covers an upper surface of the peripheral wall portion 7 a.
The cap body 7 is detachably attached to the mouth-and-neck portion 2c of the container body 2 by screwing. Therefore, the internal thread portion 11 is provided on the inner peripheral surface of the peripheral wall portion 7 a. On the other hand, an external thread portion 12 screwed with the internal thread portion 11 is provided on the outer peripheral surface of the mouth-and-neck portion 2 c.
The upper wall portion 7b of the cap main body 7 is provided with a first through hole 13 through which the straw 6 passes. The first through hole 13 is provided at a position shifted to the rear side from the center of the upper wall portion 7 b. On the other hand, a straw-forming member 14 forming the straw 6 is detachably attached to the inside of the lid main body 7. The straw-forming member 14 is made of, for example, a rubber such as silicone rubber, or an elastic member such as an elastic body. The straw 6 is formed into a tubular shape by the straw-forming member 14.
The straw-forming member 14 has: a flange portion 14a provided at a middle portion in the longitudinal direction of the straw 6; and a tube connecting portion 14b provided at the lower end portion of the suction tube 6. The tube connecting portion 14b is connected to a suction tube 15 for sucking the beverage stored in the container body 2. The suction pipe 15 extends cylindrically from the pipe connection portion 14b to the bottom of the container main body 2.
The straw-forming member 14 is attached to the inside of the lid main body 7 in a state where the straw 6 is fitted inside the first through hole 13 by penetrating the straw 6 through the first through hole 13 until the flange portion 14a comes into contact with the lower surface of the upper wall portion 7 b.
The upper wall portion 7b of the cover main body 7 is provided with a first vent hole 16 and a second through hole 17. The first vent hole 16 is located on the front side of the upper wall portion 7b with respect to the first through-hole 13 (substantially at the center of the upper wall portion 7b in this example). The second through hole 17 is located outside the first vent hole 16 (in this example, in front of the first vent hole 16) of the upper wall portion 7 b.
A waterproof gasket 18 is detachably attached to the inside of the cover main body 7. The waterproof gasket 18 is an annular sealing member for sealing the space between the container body 2 and the lid body 7. The waterproof gasket 18 is made of an elastic member such as rubber, e.g., silicone rubber, or an elastic body.
The waterproof gasket 18 has: a ring portion 18a fitted to the inside of the cover main body 7; a check valve 18b that is in close contact with the periphery of the first ventilation hole 16; and a cylindrical protrusion 18c fitted inside the second through hole 17.
When the cap body 7 is attached to the mouth-and-neck portion 2c of the container body 2, the ring portion 18a is in close contact with the upper end portion of the mouth-and-neck portion 2c over the entire circumference, and the space between the container body 2 and the cap body 7 is sealed. When the pressure in the container main body 2 becomes negative, the check valve 18b elastically deforms to open a slit (not shown) and introduces external air from the first vent hole 16 into the container main body 2. The center hole of the cylindrical protrusion 18c forms a second ventilation hole 19 for introducing outside air into the container main body 2. The second vent hole 19 prevents the liquid in the straw 6 from scattering to the outside when the lid lock mechanism 10, which will be described later, is released from fixing the lid body 9 and is opened.
The lid 9 is a lid that accommodates the straw 6 inside in a bent state, and is rotatably attached via a hinge portion 8 provided at an upper portion of the rear end side of the lid main body 7. The lid 9 is made of synthetic resin such as polypropylene. The lid 9 has a peripheral wall portion 9a formed in a substantially elliptical cylindrical shape, and a top wall portion 9b covering the top surface of the peripheral wall portion 9 a. Further, the lid 9 has a shape that is narrower than the lid main body 7 in width as viewed in the direction (front-rear direction) in which the hinge portion 8 and the lid lock mechanism 10 are aligned, so that the lid unit 1 can be made lighter and the lid unit 1 can be easily gripped. A protrusion 20 is provided on the lower surface of the ceiling wall 9b so as to protrude downward.
The lid lock mechanism 10 includes a lock member 22 rotatably attached to a peripheral wall portion 7a on the front side of the lid main body 7 via a hinge shaft 21. The lock member 22 has: an upper arm 22a extending upward from the hinge shaft 21; a lower arm 22b extending downward from the hinge shaft 21; and a rear arm 22c extending rearward from the hinge shaft 21.
A hook 23 is provided at the tip of the upper arm 22a (the upper end of the lock member 22) so as to project rearward. A coil spring 24 is disposed between the lower arm portion 22b and the peripheral wall portion 7 a. A wall portion 25 protruding forward from a position surrounding the periphery of the lower arm portion 22b is provided on the front peripheral wall portion 7a of the cover main body 7. On the other hand, the cover lock mechanism 10 includes a lock receiving portion 26 to which the hook portion 23 of the lock member 22 is locked. The lock receiving portion 26 is formed by a claw portion protruding from a lower end portion of the front side of the cover body 9.
In the cover lock mechanism 10, when the cover body 9 closes the upper portion of the cover main body 7, the hook portion 23 of the lock member 22 is locked to the lock receiving portion 26, thereby fixing the cover body 9 to the cover main body 7.
At this time, the straw 6 is stored inside the lid body 9 in a state of being bent in two opposite directions, and the straw 6 is crushed by the projection 20 abutting against the straw 6, and the liquid passage of the straw 6 is closed. The first vent hole 16 is closed by bringing the straw 6 crushed by the protrusion 20 into close contact with the periphery of the first vent hole 16. The rear arm 22c is brought into close contact with the periphery of the second ventilation hole 19 to close the second ventilation hole 19.
From this state, the lower arm portion 22b side of the lock member 22 is pressed while the coil spring 24 is compressed, and the locked state of the hook portion 23 with respect to the lock receiving portion 26 is released. Thus, the straw 6 elastically returns from the bent state to the original state while pushing the lid 9 upward. Further, the lid 9 is rotated in the opening direction as the straw 6 is elastically restored. The first ventilation hole 16 and the second ventilation hole 19 are opened. On the other hand, after the lid body 9 is rotated in the opening direction, the second ventilation hole 19 is closed again by releasing the pressing operation of the lock member 22. This prevents the beverage from leaking from the second ventilation hole 19 when the container body 2 is tilted, and allows the beverage in the container body 2 to be drunk through the straw 6.
On the other hand, in the cover unit 1 of the present embodiment, the first finger-engaging portion 27 is provided so that the food finger F can be engaged when the cover unit 1 is held with one hand. The first finger-joint portion 27 is disposed below the hinge portion 8 of the cover main body 7 so as to facilitate gripping of the cover unit 1 with one hand. The hinge portion 8 projects further rearward (outward) than the first finger-engaging portion 27 and is located further forward (inward) than the outermost peripheral portion of the cover main body 7 (peripheral wall portion 7 a). The hinge portion 8 preferably protrudes rearward (outward) by 5mm or more from the first finger portion 27.
The first finger-engaging portion 27 has a shape that is substantially recessed in an arc shape when the peripheral wall portion 7a of the lid body 7 and the peripheral wall portion 9a of the lid body 9 are viewed in side view. The first finger-joint portion 27 has a shape that is continuously recessed from below the hinge portion 8 toward the front so as to extend around the lid main body 7 and the lid body 9.
On the other hand, a second finger-engaging portion 28 is provided on the peripheral wall portion 7a on the front side of the cover main body 7 so that the thumb T can be engaged when the cover unit 1 is held with one hand. The second finger-joint portion 28 is disposed below the hinge portion 8 so that the cover unit 1 can be easily held with one hand. The wall portion 25 is provided above the second finger portion 28 so as to protrude forward (outward) from the second finger portion 28. The lower arm portion 22b of the lock member 22 is disposed at a position above the wall portion 25 where the thumb T can be pressed.
The opening and closing operation of the lid body 9 by one hand of the lid unit 1 having the above-described configuration will be described with reference to (a) and (b) of fig. 4. Fig. 4 (a) is a side view showing a state in which the lid unit 1 is held with one hand when the lid 9 is in the closed state. Fig. 4 (b) is a side view showing a state in which the lid unit 1 is held with one hand when the lid 9 is in the open state.
In the lid unit 1 of the present embodiment, when the lid body 9 shown in fig. 4 (a) is in the closed state, the index finger F is hooked on the first finger-engaging portion 27, and the thumb T is hooked on the second finger-engaging portion 28, whereby the lid unit 1 can be held in a stable state with one hand. Then, from this state, the lower arm portion 22b side of the lock member 22 is pressed by the thumb T, and the locked state of the hook portion 23 with respect to the lock receiving portion 26 can be released, and the lid body 9 can be rotated in the opening direction.
On the other hand, in the cover unit 1 of the present embodiment, when the cover 9 shown in fig. 4 (b) is in the open state, in a state where the cover unit 1 is gripped with one hand (specifically, fingers other than the thumb T and the index finger F), the hook portion 23 of the lock member 22 can be engaged with the lock receiving portion 26 by rotating the cover 9 in the closing direction with the index finger F, and the cover 9 can be fixed to the cover main body 7.
As described above, in the cover unit 1 of the present embodiment, the peripheries of the cover main body 7 and the cover 9 can be gripped with one hand in a stable state between the first finger-engaging portion 27 and the second finger-engaging portion 28. In addition, the opening and closing operation of the lid 9 can be easily performed in a state where the lid unit 1 is held by one hand.
In the cover unit 1 of the present embodiment, the cover 9 has a shape that is narrower than the cover main body 7 when viewed in the front-rear direction, and the hinge portion 8 is located inside the container main body 2 and the outermost peripheral portion of the cover main body 7, so that the cover unit 1 can be designed compactly, and the storage property can be improved.
Therefore, the beverage container 100 provided with the lid unit 1 can further improve the usability. For example, when the beverage container 100 is stored in a bag or the like, or when the beverage container 100 is mounted on a water bottle holder of a bicycle or the like, since the hinge portion 8 is located inside the outermost peripheral portion of the cover main body 7, the hinge portion 8 does not interfere with the bag, and it is possible to prevent the bicycle from being damaged by the hinge portion 8 colliding with the main body of the bicycle when the beverage container 100 is taken in and out. Further, the beverage container 100 can be easily removed or detached with one hand while holding the first finger portion 27 and the second finger portion 28. Further, the beverage container 100 can be easily taken up.
Thus, as the beverage container 100 for bicycle carrying, the following operations can be reliably performed: the beverage container 100 is taken out of the water bottle holder with one hand in a state where the handle of the bicycle is held with the other hand, and the lid 9 is opened with one hand in this state to drink the beverage, and then the lid 9 is closed with one hand and the beverage container 100 is attached to the water bottle holder.
