Background
The magnetic drawing board is a common cultural and sports entertainment article and comprises a panel formed by micro cavities densely distributed in a honeycomb shape, wherein white mucus and iron powder are arranged in each micro cavity; a permanent magnet strip which can move along the transverse direction of the panel is arranged behind the panel; after the permanent magnetic strip is scraped across the back of the whole panel, iron powder in the panel is completely attracted to the back of the panel, so that the front of the panel is white, and therefore, a magnetic pen is adopted, and writing or drawing can be performed on the front of the panel; when the content of the panel needs to be cleared, the permanent magnet strips can sweep the back surface of the panel once. However, in the process of moving the permanent magnet strip, since only one end of the permanent magnet can be applied with force, the force applied to the permanent magnet strip is obviously uneven, which causes the permanent magnet strip to be easily jammed with the frame of the magnetic drawing board, thereby affecting the moving speed of the permanent magnet strip. On the other hand, in general, because the iron powder needs to pass through the white mucus slowly and then reach the back of the panel under the action of the continuous magnetic attraction, the permanent magnet bar needs to be operated to sweep twice or three times back and forth to ensure that the front of the panel is relatively white, and the inclination of the permanent magnet bar is aggravated in the process of swinging the permanent magnet bar back and forth, so that the screen cleaning speed of the magnetic drawing board is limited to a greater extent.
Disclosure of Invention
In view of the above problems, an object of the present invention is to provide a magnetic drawing board which can quickly and conveniently remove the contents of a panel.
The technical scheme adopted by the invention for solving the technical problems is as follows: the convenient magnetic drawing board comprises a frame; a layer of permanent magnet bottom plate is fixed above the frame; a drawing panel is arranged above the permanent magnet bottom plate; the interior of the drawing panel comprises micro cavities which are densely distributed in a honeycomb shape, and white mucus and iron powder are arranged in each micro cavity; a supporting spring is connected between the drawing panel and the frame, and in a natural state, the supporting spring enables the distance between the drawing panel and the permanent magnet bottom plate to be larger than a safety distance; the safe distance satisfies the following condition: when the distance between the permanent magnet bottom plate and the drawing panel is greater than the safety distance, the magnetic attraction force of the permanent magnet bottom plate to the iron powder in the drawing panel is far smaller than the movement resistance of the white mucus to the iron powder; the drawing panel can be pressed down to be tightly attached to the permanent magnet bottom plate.
Preferably, the frame is provided with a longitudinal slideway, a sliding column extending into the slideway is arranged below the panel, and the supporting spring is arranged between the bottom of the slideway and the sliding column; further, sliding resistance is arranged between the sliding column and the sliding way; the sliding resistance is smaller than the elastic supporting force of the supporting spring before the drawing panel is pushed up to the safe distance; therefore, the drawing panel can be slowly restored after being pushed to the surface of the permanent magnet bottom plate, so that the permanent magnet bottom plate has sufficient time to clear the contents of the drawing panel.
Preferably, the permanent magnet bottom plate forms a herringbone slope shape which is symmetrical left and right on the frame, and a rotating shaft is arranged on the middle line of the lower surface of the drawing panel; the drawing panel is pivoted to the downwards extending inserting plate through the rotating shaft, and the inserting plate can be inserted into a sliding groove which is formed in the frame and penetrates through the top edge of the permanent magnet bottom plate; the supporting spring is arranged between the inserting plate and the sliding groove; the drawing panel is characterized in that panel magnets are further arranged above the left side and the right side of the drawing panel, and frame magnets with the same poles repelling to the panel magnets are arranged in the frame, so that the supporting force of the supporting spring and the magnetic repulsion force of the panel magnets and the frame magnets jointly provide stable supporting force for the drawing panel.
The invention has the beneficial effects that: when the portable magnetic drawing board is used and the content on the drawing panel needs to be cleared, the drawing panel is pressed down to be close to the permanent magnetic bottom plate; after hands are loosened, the drawing panel can write or draw again, and compared with a traditional magnetic drawing board, the convenience is improved to a greater extent.

in the first embodiment shown in fig. 1, the portable magnetic drawing board comprises a frame 1; a layer of permanent magnet bottom plate 2 is fixed above the frame 1; a drawing panel 3 is arranged above the permanent magnet bottom plate 2; the drawing panel 3 is a conventional part, the interior of the drawing panel comprises micro cavities which are densely distributed in a honeycomb shape, and white mucus and iron powder are arranged in each micro cavity; a longitudinal slideway 10 is arranged on the frame 1, a sliding column 31 extending into the slideway 10 is arranged below the drawing panel 3, and a supporting spring 4 is arranged between the bottom of the slideway 10 and the sliding column 31; in a natural state, the supporting spring 4 enables the distance between the drawing panel 3 and the permanent magnet bottom plate 2 to be larger than a safety distance; the safe distance satisfies the following condition: when the distance between the permanent magnet bottom plate 2 and the drawing panel 3 is greater than the safety distance, the magnetic attraction force of the permanent magnet bottom plate 2 to the iron powder in the drawing panel 3 is far less than the movement resistance of the white mucus to the iron powder; the drawing panel 3 can be pressed down to be closely attached to the permanent magnet bottom plate 2.
In addition, sliding resistance exists between the sliding column 31 and the slideway 10; the sliding resistance is smaller than the elastic supporting force of the supporting spring 4 before the drawing panel 3 is pushed up to the safe distance; therefore, the drawing panel 3 can be slowly restored (the slow restoration is about 2 to 3 seconds) after being pushed to the surface of the permanent magnet bottom plate 2, so that the permanent magnet bottom plate 2 has sufficient time to clear the contents of the drawing panel 3.
In the first embodiment, when the portable magnetic drawing board is used and the content on the drawing panel 3 needs to be cleared, the drawing panel 3 is pressed down to be close to the permanent magnetic bottom plate 2; after the hands are loosened, the drawing panel 3 can write or draw again, and compared with the traditional magnetic drawing board, the convenience is improved to a greater extent.
Example two:
for the second embodiment shown in fig. 2, the difference from the first embodiment is that: the permanent magnet bottom plate 2 forms a herringbone slope shape which is symmetrical left and right on the frame 1, and a rotating shaft 30 is arranged on the central line of the lower surface of the drawing panel 3; the drawing panel is pivoted to an inserting plate 32 extending downwards through the rotating shaft 30, and the inserting plate 32 can be inserted into a sliding groove 10 which is formed in the frame 1 and penetrates through the top edge of the permanent magnet bottom plate 1; the supporting spring 4 is arranged between the inserting plate 32 and the sliding groove 10; panel magnets 51 are further arranged above the left side and the right side of the drawing panel 3, and frame magnets 52 which repel each other with the same poles as the panel magnets 51 are arranged in the frame 1, so that the supporting force of the supporting spring 4, the magnetic repulsion force of the panel magnets 51 and the frame magnets 52 jointly provide a relatively stable supporting force for the drawing panel 3; at this time, in a natural state, the support spring 4 makes a minimum distance between the drawing panel 3 and the permanent magnet base plate 2 greater than the safety distance, that is, makes a distance from a center line of the drawing panel 3 to a top edge of the permanent magnet base plate 2 greater than the safety distance.
As for the second embodiment, compared with the first embodiment, the pictures and texts on the half layout of the drawing panel 3 can be removed separately, specifically, after the drawing panel 3 is pressed down, the drawing panel is inclined to one side until the drawing panel 3 is close to a slope of the permanent magnetic bottom plate 2; when the pictures and texts of the whole drawing panel 3 need to be cleared, the drawing panel 3 is pressed down and swings left and right, and the drawing device is very convenient and fast.
