An intersegmental pressure probe 62 is arranged on a pipeline connected with the reverse osmosis first-stage membrane element 4 and the reverse osmosis second-stage membrane element 5, and the intersegmental pressure probe 62 is electrically connected with an industrial personal computer.
Wash case 1 and still be connected with and wash case moisturizing pipeline 9 and wash case drainage pipeline 45, wash and be provided with respectively on case moisturizing pipeline 9 and the washing case drainage pipeline 45 and wash case moisturizing motorised valve 19, wash case drainage motorised valve 44, wash case moisturizing motorised valve 19, wash case drainage motorised valve 44 and be connected with the industrial computer electricity respectively.
The bactericide medicine box 46, the acid medicine box 34 and the alkaline medicine box 36 are respectively provided with a bactericide medicine box liquid level meter 50, an acid medicine box liquid level meter 33 and an alkaline medicine box liquid level meter 37, and empty boxes can be avoided by utilizing the liquid level meter monitoring, so that no liquid medicine exists in the medicine boxes. The bactericide liquid flow meter 49, the acidic liquid flow meter 43 and the alkaline liquid flow meter 42 are respectively arranged on the bactericide liquid pipeline 54, the acidic liquid flow pipeline 53 and the alkaline liquid flow pipeline 52, and the proportion of the liquid medicine entering the cleaning box can be accurately realized by utilizing the three flow meters; the bactericide medicine box liquid level meter 50, the acid medicine box liquid level meter 33, the alkaline medicine box liquid level meter 37, the bactericide liquid flow meter 49, the acid liquid flow meter 43 and the alkaline liquid flow meter 42 are electrically connected with the industrial personal computer respectively.
The pipeline of the cleaning pump 2 connected with the cleaning box 1 is provided with a cleaning pump water inlet electric valve 12, the pipeline of the cleaning pump 2 connected with the cleaning cartridge filter 3 is provided with a pressure protector 38 and a cleaning pump water outlet electric valve 61, and the cleaning pump water inlet electric valve 12, the cleaning pump water outlet electric valve 61 and the pressure protector 38 are respectively and electrically connected with an industrial personal computer.
The cleaning water production return pipe 6 is also connected with a cleaning water production discharge pipeline 58, a cleaning water production discharge electric valve 59 is installed on the cleaning water production discharge pipeline 58, and the cleaning water production discharge electric valve 59 is electrically connected with an industrial personal computer.
The two-stage cleaning concentrated water return pipe 7 is also connected with a concentrated water discharge pipe 39, a concentrated water discharge electric valve 40 is arranged on the concentrated water discharge pipe 39, and the concentrated water discharge electric valve 40 is electrically connected with an industrial personal computer.
The cleaning and refluxing main pipe 8 is provided with a cleaning and refluxing turbidity detecting head 22, a cleaning and refluxing PH detecting head 23, a cleaning and refluxing conductance detecting head 27, a cleaning and refluxing pressure probe 41 and a cleaning and refluxing flowmeter 65, and the cleaning and refluxing turbidity detecting head 22, the cleaning and refluxing PH detecting head 23, the cleaning and refluxing conductance detecting head 27, the cleaning and refluxing pressure probe 41 and the cleaning and refluxing flowmeter 65 are respectively and electrically connected with an industrial personal computer. The cleaning reflux turbidity detecting head 22 can monitor the saturation of the cleaning reflux water in real time, the cleaning reflux pH detecting head 23 can monitor the pH value of the cleaning reflux water in real time, and the cleaning reflux conductivity detecting head 27 can monitor the conductivity of the cleaning reflux water in real time.
The cleaning inlet header 55 is also provided with a cleaning cartridge filter outlet valve 14, a cleaning inlet PH probe 60, a cleaning inlet flowmeter 20 and a cleaning inlet pressure probe 26.
The reverse osmosis first-stage membrane element 4 is also connected with a flushing pipeline 29, an automatic flushing electric valve 28 is installed on the flushing pipeline 29, the flushing pipeline and the automatic flushing electric valve are usually matched equipment of the reverse osmosis first-stage membrane element, the reverse osmosis first-stage membrane element is generally used as a reverse osmosis equipment linkage flushing device, and self-flushing of the reverse osmosis equipment can be realized through a reverse osmosis equipment linkage flushing program.
The technical scheme of the embodiment combines the online diagnosis automatic cleaning device with the reclaimed water equipment, the reclaimed water is treated by the reverse osmosis first-stage membrane element and the reverse osmosis second-stage membrane element in operation, the working condition information of the reclaimed water equipment is acquired online by means of a probe, a monitor, a flowmeter and the like, the working condition of the reclaimed water equipment is grasped in real time according to the acquired information, cleaning programs of different gears are started according to different built-in starting condition programs, the reclaimed water equipment is cleaned, the continuous and efficient operation of the reclaimed water equipment is ensured, and the service life of the reclaimed water equipment is prolonged.
Example 2:
the online diagnosis type automatic cleaning device for the reclaimed water reverse osmosis is structurally as described in embodiment 1, and is characterized in that: the cleaning box 1 is also provided with a cleaning box liquid level meter 10, a cleaning box temperature probe 24 and a heating rod 25, and the cleaning box liquid level meter 10, the cleaning box temperature probe 24 and the heating rod 25 are respectively and electrically connected with the industrial personal computer.
The liquid level meter of the cleaning tank can monitor the liquid medicine condition in the cleaning tank in real time, and mainly prevents the empty tank from occurring. The heating rod can heat the liquid medicine in the cleaning box, the general heating temperature is 35 +/-2 ℃, and the heated temperature can be detected through the cleaning box temperature probe.
Example 3:
the online diagnosis type automatic cleaning device for the reclaimed water reverse osmosis is structurally as described in embodiment 2, and is characterized in that: an automatic air release valve 51 is mounted on the cleaning cartridge filter 3. Excess air in the clean cartridge filter can be released through the automatic air release valve, and the pressure in the clean cartridge filter can be kept within a reasonable range by observing the pressure gauge 21 of the cleaning machine.
Example 4:
an operation method of the reclaimed water reverse osmosis online diagnosis type automatic cleaning device as described in embodiment 3 comprises the following specific operation processes:
the on-line diagnosis automatic cleaning method adopts on-line diagnosis automatic cleaning, starts an industrial personal computer by setting cleaning starting conditions of different gears of the reclaimed water equipment, and controls to open different valves, pumps, flowmeters, detectors and the like under the starting conditions of different gears, thereby realizing the on-line automatic cleaning of different gears.
The first gear is as follows: when the reclaimed water equipment meets the following starting conditions: the differential pressure between the water inlet pressure and the pressure between the sections rises to be more than 50 percent of a preset value in a preset cleaning period, the rising number of the differential pressure between the two sections is less than 50 percent of a set value, the water yield drops to be more than 15 percent of the original design, the conductance rises to be less than 10 percent, and the industrial personal computer starts the cleaning process; (the four parameter values of the preset value, the set value, the original design water yield and the conductance value are set for reference according to the normal operating pressure of the equipment, and different reclaimed water equipment are different, and can be set by the technicians in the field according to the prior art, and other gears are set according to the prior art)

an intersegmental pressure probe is arranged on a pipeline connected with the reverse osmosis first-stage membrane element and the reverse osmosis second-stage membrane element, and the intersegmental pressure probe is electrically connected with an industrial personal computer;
the bactericide medicine box, the acidic medicine box and the alkaline medicine box are respectively provided with a bactericide medicine box liquid level meter, an acidic medicine box liquid level meter and an alkaline medicine box liquid level meter, and the bactericide liquid pipeline, the acidic liquid pipeline and the alkaline liquid pipeline are respectively provided with a bactericide liquid flow meter, an acidic liquid flow meter and an alkaline liquid flow meter; the bactericide medicine box liquid level meter, the acid medicine box liquid level meter, the alkaline medicine box liquid level meter, the bactericide liquid flow meter, the acid liquid flow meter and the alkaline liquid flow meter are respectively and electrically connected with the industrial personal computer;
the cleaning and refluxing main pipe is provided with a cleaning and refluxing turbidity detecting head, a cleaning and refluxing PH detecting head, a cleaning and refluxing conductance detecting head, a cleaning and refluxing pressure probe and a cleaning and refluxing flowmeter, and the cleaning and refluxing turbidity detecting head, the cleaning and refluxing PH detecting head, the cleaning and refluxing conductance detecting head, the cleaning and refluxing pressure probe and the cleaning and refluxing flowmeter are respectively and electrically connected with an industrial personal computer;
the cleaning water inlet main pipeline is also provided with a cleaning cartridge filter water outlet valve, a cleaning water inlet PH probe, a cleaning water inlet flowmeter and a cleaning water inlet pressure probe;
the reverse osmosis first-stage membrane element is also connected with a flushing pipeline, and an automatic flushing electric valve is arranged on the flushing pipeline;
and an automatic air release valve is arranged on the cleaning cartridge filter.

the two-section cleaning concentrated water return pipe is also connected with a concentrated water discharge pipe, a concentrated water discharge electric valve is installed on the concentrated water discharge pipe, and the concentrated water discharge electric valve is electrically connected with the industrial personal computer.
6. An operation method of the reclaimed water reverse osmosis on-line diagnosis type automatic cleaning device according to any one of claims 1 to 5, characterized by comprising the following steps:

firstly, a cleaning tank water replenishing electric valve is opened to replenish water to a cleaning tank, and when a cleaning tank liquid level meter is preset to reach 50% of the cleaning tank liquid level, a cleaning pump water inlet electric valve, a cleaning pump water outlet electric valve, a cleaning pump reflux flow control electric valve, a cleaning security filter water outlet valve, a first-stage cleaning water inlet electric valve, a cleaning produced water reflux electric valve, a second-stage cleaning concentrated water reflux electric valve, a cleaning produced water discharge electric valve and a concentrated water discharge electric valve are simultaneously opened; when the liquid level of the cleaning tank is preset to reach 90%, the cleaning pump is started and set to run for 60 minutes, meanwhile, the water replenishing electric valve and the cleaning pump reflux flow control electric valve of the cleaning tank are closed, the cleaning water production discharge electric valve and the concentrated water discharge electric valve are closed after the cleaning pump runs for 5 minutes, then the automatic air release valve is started and runs for 2 minutes and is closed, when the cleaning reflux flow meter detects a flow signal, the alkaline liquid medicine electric valve and the alkaline liquid medicine pump are started in a linkage manner, and when the alkaline liquid medicine flow meter reaches the preset value, the alkaline liquid medicine pump and the alkaline liquid medicine electric valve; the cleaning pump is closed after running for 30 minutes, and simultaneously the first section cleaning concentrated water reflux electric valve is opened in a linkage manner, the second section cleaning concentrated water reflux electric valve is closed, the cleaning pump is opened again after stopping running for 30 minutes, then the cleaning pump is stopped after running for 30 minutes, the cleaning tank drainage electric valve is opened in a linkage manner when the cleaning pump stops running, and the rest valves are reset to the state before cleaning; the reverse osmosis equipment is linked with a flushing program, the flushing time is set for 15 minutes, and the valve is reset after being cleaned;
then, a cleaning tank water replenishing electric valve is opened to replenish water to the cleaning tank, and when a cleaning tank liquid level meter is preset to reach 50% of the cleaning tank liquid level, a cleaning pump water inlet electric valve, a cleaning pump water outlet electric valve, a cleaning pump reflux flow control electric valve, a cleaning cartridge filter water outlet valve, a first-stage cleaning water inlet electric valve, a cleaning product water reflux electric valve, a second-stage cleaning concentrated water reflux electric valve, a cleaning product water discharge electric valve and a concentrated water discharge electric valve are simultaneously opened; when the liquid level of the cleaning tank is preset to reach 90%, the cleaning pump is started and set to run for 60 minutes, meanwhile, the water replenishing electric valve and the cleaning pump reflux flow control electric valve of the cleaning tank are closed, the cleaning water production discharge electric valve and the concentrated water discharge electric valve are closed after the cleaning pump runs for 5 minutes, then the automatic air release valve is started and runs for 2 minutes and is closed, when the cleaning reflux flow meter detects a flow signal, the acidic liquid medicine electric valve and the acidic liquid medicine pump are opened in a linkage manner, and when the acidic liquid medicine flow meter reaches the preset value, the acidic liquid medicine pump and the acidic liquid medicine electric valve; the cleaning pump is closed after running for 20 minutes, the cleaning pump is started after being stopped for 40 minutes, then the cleaning pump is stopped after running for 40 minutes, the drainage electric valve of the cleaning tank is opened in a linkage manner when the cleaning pump is stopped, and the rest valves are reset to be in a state before cleaning; the reverse osmosis equipment is linked with a flushing program, the flushing time is set for 15 minutes, and the valve is reset after the cleaning is finished;
the second gear is as follows: when the pressure difference between the water inlet pressure and the pressure between the sections is increased to be lower than a preset value by 40 percent in a preset cleaning period, the rising number of the pressure difference between the two sections is higher than a set value by 40 percent, the water yield is reduced by 15 percent more than the original design, the conductance is increased by 10 percent, and the following cleaning process is triggered;
a cleaning tank water replenishing electric valve is opened to replenish water to the cleaning tank, and when the cleaning tank liquid level meter is preset to reach 50% of the cleaning tank liquid level, a cleaning pump water inlet electric valve, a cleaning pump water outlet electric valve, a cleaning pump reflux flow control electric valve, a cleaning cartridge filter water outlet valve, a first section cleaning water inlet electric valve, a cleaning produced water reflux electric valve, a second section cleaning concentrated water reflux electric valve, a cleaning produced water discharge electric valve and a concentrated water discharge electric valve are simultaneously opened; when the liquid level of the cleaning tank is preset to reach 90%, the cleaning pump is started and set to run for 60 minutes, meanwhile, the water replenishing electric valve and the cleaning pump reflux flow control electric valve of the cleaning tank are closed, the cleaning water production discharge electric valve and the concentrated water discharge electric valve are closed after the cleaning pump runs for 5 minutes, then the automatic air release valve is started and runs for 2 minutes and is closed, when the cleaning reflux flow meter detects a flow signal, the acidic liquid medicine electric valve and the acidic liquid medicine pump are opened in a linkage manner, and when the acidic liquid medicine flow meter reaches the preset value, the acidic liquid medicine pump and the acidic liquid medicine electric valve; the cleaning pump is closed after running for 30 minutes, and simultaneously the two-section cleaning water inlet electric valve and the one-section cleaning water inlet electric valve are opened in a linkage manner, the cleaning pump is started after being stopped for 60 minutes and then stopped after running for 40 minutes, the cleaning tank drainage electric valve is opened in a linkage manner when the cleaning pump is stopped, and the rest valves are reset to the state before cleaning; the reverse osmosis equipment is linked with a flushing program, the flushing time is set for 15 minutes, and the valve is reset after the cleaning is finished;
a third gear: the first-stage pressure difference rises by 50 percent above the preset value, the second-stage pressure difference rises by 50 percent above the set value, the water yield drops by 15 percent above the original design, the conductance rises by 10 percent, and the following cleaning process is triggered;
