Abstract
The invention relates to a folding-free glue line type filter screen structure for a HEPA filter and a manufacturing method thereof. The manufacturing method comprises the following steps: 1) Selecting a framework raw material to manufacture a filter screen framework; 2) Folding the filter screen skeleton into a W shape and heating for presetting; 3) Compounding an electrostatic electret air filter screen on the surface of the W-shaped filter screen framework through ultrasonic points; 4) And (3) sizing and shaping the W-shaped filter screen framework compounded with the electrostatic electret air filter screen to obtain the discounting-free glue line type filter screen structure for the HEPA filter. Background
HEPA (High efficiency particulate air Filter), namely a high-efficiency air filter, achieves a filter screen of HEPA standard, has an effective rate of 99.998% for particulate pollutants of 0.1 μm and 0.3 μm, and is characterized in that air can pass through but fine particles cannot pass through, thus being the most effective filter medium for pollutants such as smoke, dust, bacteria and the like. HEPA is the internationally accepted most efficient filtering material and is widely applied to air conditioner tail end air supply positions in high-clean places such as operating rooms, animal laboratories, crystal experiments, aviation and the like.
In the prior art, in the process of producing the HEPA filter, two core processes of folding heating presetting and sizing line shaping are needed for the filter screen material, wherein the folding heating presetting has great influence on the filtering efficiency and wind resistance of the electrostatic filter material, and further the integral filtering effect of the HEPA filter can be influenced.

The invention provides a folding-free glue line type filter screen structure for a HEPA filter and a manufacturing method thereof, and aims to overcome the defects in the prior art, avoid folding and heating pre-shaping of a core filter material and realize low-resistance and high-efficiency of the HEPA filter.
The technical solution of the invention is as follows: HEPA filter is with exempting from to fold line formula filter screen structure of gluing, its structure includes filter screen skeleton and static electret air filter screen, and wherein the filter screen skeleton is "W" shape, and static electret air filter screen passes through the ultrasonic wave point complex at filter screen skeleton surface and through glue design.
