Detailed Description
In the following description, for purposes of explanation, numerous implementation details are set forth in order to provide a thorough understanding of the various embodiments of the present invention. It should be understood, however, that these implementation details are not to be interpreted as limiting the invention. That is, in some embodiments of the invention, such implementation details are not necessary. In addition, some conventional structures and components are shown in simplified schematic form in the drawings.
Please refer to fig. 1 to 5, which are operation diagrams of the knitting method of the knitting structure of the present invention. As shown in the drawings, the present embodiment provides a knitting method of a knitting structure, in which the knitted rope segments are interlaced and wound on the stent to form a knitting structure, or the above method is repeated to wind back and forth on the frame, and a strong-toughness knitting structure surface is formed on the frame. In the present embodiment, it can be used on various frames, for example, woven on the frame of a table to form a table top; weaving the fabric on a frame of the chair to form a seat surface, a chair back and the like of the chair; and weaving the square frame to form the surface of the box body, and the like.
In the present embodiment, the first step of the knitting method of the knitted structure is to provide the knitted cord 1 and the stent 3. The braided rope 1 is an object having flexibility in a long shape, and can be used for a braided structure such as bending and winding. The material of the braided rope 1 is plastic, leather or nylon, etc. The support 3 is made of long and firm material, such as wood or metal (e.g. steel).
Referring back to fig. 1, the second step of the knitting method of the knitted structure: the braided rope 1 is wound around the stent 3 several times. The pre-step in this embodiment is to place the bracket 3 horizontally, take one end of the knitting rope 1 to be fixed on the bracket 3, and draw a rope portion of the knitting rope 1 along the bracket 3 to the left. In the second step of the present embodiment, the braided rope 3 is directly looped around the stent 3 in the opposite direction (i.e., in the right direction), the braided rope 3 is directly looped over the rope portion just starting to be stretched in the left direction, the braided rope 1 is looped around the stent 3 by three turns, and the turns are aligned and adjacent to each other. In the figure, the weaving of the step is schematically performed after the previous step is performed, and then the weaving is performed for multiple times.
Referring back to fig. 2, the third step of the knitting method of the knitted structure: and bending the rope section of the braided rope 1 to make the bent rope section of the braided rope 1 in an inverted U shape, and tightly attaching the bent rope section of the inverted U shape to the support 3, and then continuously surrounding the support 3 by the braided rope 1.
Referring back to fig. 3 and 4, the fourth step of the knitting method of the knitted structure is: the braided rope 1 is then looped around the holder 3 in the opposite direction and at the same time the braided rope 1 is looped over the rope portion of the folded braided rope 1 for several turns. In the present embodiment, the braided rope 1 is wound around the stent 3 in the opposite direction (i.e., in the left direction), the braided rope 3 is directly looped over the strand of the folded braided rope 1, the braided rope 1 is wound around the stent 3 for two turns, and the braided rope 1 is regularly and adjacently arranged for every turn around the stent 3. After the braided rope 1 is looped around the last loop, the rope section of the braided rope 1 is looped around the last loop of the stent 3 adjacent to the braided rope 1 in the second step, in other words, the rope section of the braided rope 1 is located at the bending front section of the rope section of the braided rope 1 in the third step.
The knitting method of the knitting structure of the present embodiment is improved against the drawbacks of the conventional technique, which requires a structure of a reverse folding point if a single-side knitting method is used. If the double-sided weaving mode is adopted, the weaving ropes are repeatedly wound, and the material consumption of the weaving ropes is increased. The above-mentioned weaving, whether single-sided or double-sided, adds significant cost. The present invention provides a knitting method of a knitted structure, which is a single-side knitting method, but can be a reverse-fold knitting method without a reverse-fold point structure. During the weaving of the woven structure, the cord section of the woven cord 1 is bent, the cord section of the woven cord 1 is pressed around the cord section of the bent woven cord 1, and the woven cord 1 is pressed down on the cord section of the bent woven cord 1 as a fixed structure. The braided structure formed by the intertwining and interlaced braiding of the braided rope 1 and the friction generated by the braided rope is high in strength.
Please refer to fig. 6, which is a schematic diagram of a woven surface according to the present invention. As shown in the drawing, in the present embodiment, the knitting surface 5 is further formed by repeating the above-described knitting steps. First, the first step of the knitting pattern of the knitted surface is to provide the knitting cord 1 and the frame 7. Wherein the frame 7 may be a table frame, a chair frame or a box frame, etc. The frame structure needs to be formed by a solid surface (such as a table top, a seat surface or a backrest), the solid surface is a woven surface in the embodiment, and the frame 7 is a rectangular frame formed by four brackets.
The second step of the method of knitting the knitted face is to wrap the knitted cord 1 around the first bracket 71 of the frame 7 several times. This step is the same as the description of the schematic and second step of fig. 1, and thus is not repeated. The third step of the knitting method of the knitting surface is to bend the cord segment of the knitting cord 1, which is the same as the description of the schematic and third step of fig. 2, and therefore, the description thereof is omitted. The braided rope 1 is again looped around the first carrier 71 in the opposite direction and at the same time the braided rope 7 is looped over the rope portion of the braided rope 1 which is bent over several turns. This step is the same as the description of the schematic and fourth steps of fig. 3 and 4, and thus is not repeated. The fifth step of the knitting method of the knitted fabric is to stretch the knitting cord 1 to the second holder 73 on the opposite side of the first holder 71, and the knitting cord 1 is looped around the second holder 73 of the frame 7 by several turns. This step is the same as that of fig. 5, and is repeated again to the schematic and step description of fig. 1. Furthermore, the sixth step of the knitting method of the knitting surface is to bend the cord segment of the knitting cord 1, and this step is the same as the description of the schematic and third step of fig. 2, and therefore, the description thereof is omitted. The seventh step of the knitting method of the knitted face is to wind the knitted cord 1 around the second holder 73 in a reverse direction again, and at the same time, the knitted cord 1 is looped and pressed several times on the cord section of the folded knitted cord 1. This step is the same as the description of the schematic and fourth steps of fig. 3 and 4, and thus is not repeated. The eighth step of the knitting method of the knitting surface is to form the knitting surface 5 by repeating the second step of looping the knitting rope 1 around the first holder 71 of the frame 7 several times after the knitting rope 1 is stretched again to the first holder 71, and by repeating the eighth step of stretching the knitting rope 7 again to the first holder 71, that is, by knitting the knitting rope 1 back and forth between the first holder 71 and the second holder 73. In addition, referring to fig. 6, in the present embodiment, when the first support 71 of the frame 7 is a support above the frame 7 in the figure, the second support 73 is a support below the frame 7 in the figure.
Please refer to fig. 7, which is another schematic view of the woven surface of the present invention. As shown in the drawing, in the present embodiment, the structure of the woven surface shown in fig. 6 is continued. The frame 7 of the present embodiment further includes a third bracket 75 and a fourth bracket 77 opposite to the third bracket 75, and the third bracket 75 and the fourth bracket 77 are connected to adjacent ends of the first bracket 71 and the second bracket 73, respectively. In the present embodiment, the third bracket 75 and the fourth bracket 77 of the frame 7 are further knitted with the same knitting surface. The knitting method of the present embodiment is different from the previous embodiment in the fifth step of the knitting method. In the present embodiment, another braided rope 2 is provided, and in the process of stretching the braided rope 2 from the third to fourth brackets 75 to 77, the braided rope 2 is inserted into the strand section of the braided rope 2 between the first bracket 71 and the second bracket 73, so that the braided rope 2 is vertically staggered. The braided rope 2 is then looped around the first bracket 77 of the frame 7 several times. This produces a structure like the woven face of fig. 7. In addition, the woven surface 5 manufactured by the weaving mode is subjected to a fatigue test and a structural test, wherein the fatigue test is that the weight is 90KG, 10 ten thousands of impacts are performed, and the test result shows that the fabric does not have the phenomenon of loosening or deformation. Destructive tests were also carried out on this type of knitting, with a weight of 136KG, instantaneous impact, no loosening or deformation of the material and of the knitting method.
Please refer to fig. 8A and 8B, which are another operation schematic diagrams of the knitting method of the knitting rope and the knitting structure of the present invention. As shown in the drawings, in the present embodiment, the braided rope 1 includes a first braided wire a, a second braided wire B, and a third braided wire C. The first braided wire a, the second braided wire B and the third braided wire C are intertwined and braided with each other, thus forming the braided rope 1. One end of the coated article 1 is looped around the support 3, and one end of the braided rope 1 comprises the thread end of the first braided thread A, the thread end of the second braided thread B and the thread end of the third braided thread C. Weave the main line segment of rope 2 with the end of a thread of first braided wire A, the end of a thread of first braided wire A passes between second braided wire B and the third braided wire C promptly, and after first braided wire A, second braided wire B and third braided wire C were tied a knot mutually and are fixed, so weave rope 1 and twine in support 3, can prevent to weave rope 1 pine and take off. The braided rope 1 of the present embodiment may be the braided rope 2, and therefore, the description thereof is omitted. As described above, the present embodiment provides a knitting structure and a knitting method of a knitting surface, and the present invention provides a knitting method of a knitting structure which is a single-side knitting method and does not require a fixing structure. During the weaving of the woven structure, the segments of the woven rope are bent, and then the segments of the woven rope are pressed annularly onto the bent segments of the woven rope, while the woven rope is pressed down onto the bent segments of the woven rope as a fixed structure. The weaving mode that the weaving rope twines each other and interlocks rather than the frictional force that produces, the intensity of the structure of weaving that it was woven is high, and whole outward appearance is simple and sharp, can not produce any extra structure, can not cause the increase in the cost yet.
