A square mounting plate static-removing device 10 for an LED lamp, comprising: the device comprises a mounting fixed block 100, a sliding guide cross bar 200, a conveying clamping plate 300 and a plurality of conveying rotating wheels 400, wherein the sliding guide cross bar 200 is mounted on the mounting fixed block 100, the conveying clamping plate 300 is mounted on the sliding guide cross bar 200, and the conveying rotating wheels 400 are arranged in a straight line and are rotatably mounted on the conveying clamping plate 300.
The transfer rotating wheel 400 is provided with a static eliminating rod 410, and the static eliminating rod 410 is arranged on the transfer rotating wheel 400 in a penetrating way.
The installation fixed block 100 is provided with a connection elastic block 110, and the connection elastic block 110 is arranged between the sliding guide cross bar 200 and the installation fixed block 100.
The transfer clamping plate 300 is mounted with a transfer reinforcing block 310, and the transfer reinforcing block 310 abuts against one end of the static eliminating rod 410. The arrangement of the transfer reinforcement block 310 plays a reinforcing role so that the transfer rotation wheel 400 has a sufficient strength at the time of the static electricity removing operation of the square plate.
The top of the transfer clamping plate 300 is provided with a transfer positioning block 320, a plurality of vacuum adsorption through holes 321 are formed in the transfer positioning block 320, and a placement notch 322 is formed in the middle of the transfer positioning block 320. By arranging the conveying positioning block 320, on one hand, the workpiece can be adsorbed through the vacuum adsorption through hole 321, so that the workpiece cannot deflect in the conveying sliding process. And the placement notch 322 is arranged to facilitate the picking and placing of the workpiece.
In the present embodiment, the connection elastic block 110 is a rubber elastic block. The transfer stiffener 310 is an insulated square stiffener. The sliding guide rail 200 has a square structure. A buffer elastic rubber layer 500 is arranged between the sliding guide cross bar 200 and the conveying clamping plate 300, and the buffer elastic rubber layer 500 can play a role in buffering to prevent the conveying rotating wheel 400 from being crushed.
It should be noted that, the square plate is placed on the conveying rotating wheel 400, and is pushed by a manual or mechanical arm, so that the square plate can be rapidly subjected to the static electricity removing operation under the action of the static electricity removing rod 410.
