It can be understood that different intelligent cameras are arranged at different positions for shooting, so that the target person can be tracked to obtain monitoring pictures when entering different regions, the camera of the intelligent terminal can also be used for shooting target videos and transmitting the videos to other intelligent terminals and a cell management server, the intelligent terminal is owned by a user, the intelligent terminal is not limited to an active region during shooting, the target can be conveniently tracked, and the whole cell management system is more intelligent and flexible.

Optionally, the face feature comprises a shape feature and the body feature comprises a shape feature.
A determining module 430, configured to determine that the monitored picture includes the target person and send an alarm message to the N intelligent terminals if the portrait features do not belong to the preset portrait feature database, where the alarm message is used to remind the user of suspicious people in the cell where the user is located.
At this time, each of the N intelligent terminals will receive the first alarm message sent by the cell management server.
Optionally, in another embodiment of the present invention, if the portrait characteristics belong to a preset portrait characteristic database, no alarm message is issued.
In the embodiment of the present invention, since the preset portrait characteristic database includes the portrait characteristics confirmed as the safe person, when the cell management server determines that the portrait characteristics belong to the preset portrait characteristic database, it indicates that the portrait corresponding to the portrait characteristics is the safe portrait, so that an alarm message is not required to be sent to the intelligent terminal of the user at this time, whereas when the portrait characteristics do not belong to the preset portrait characteristic database, it indicates that the portrait is likely to be a suspicious person, so that a first alarm message may be sent to N intelligent terminals at this time to remind the user of the existence of the suspicious person.
For example, in an embodiment of the present invention, when the smart camera takes a monitoring picture in a certain position in a cell and sends the monitoring picture to the cell management server, if the portrait characteristics included in the monitoring picture are the portrait characteristics of the householder a in the cell, it is described that the person who is active in the monitoring position is the householder in the cell and is naturally a safe person, and therefore no alarm is sent, and if the portrait characteristics do not belong to the preset portrait characteristic database, it is described as an unsafe person, so it is necessary to send a first alarm message to each smart terminal so that each user can notice the phenomenon.
Furthermore, the first alarm message further includes the monitoring picture, so that the user of each intelligent terminal can check the site where the suspicious person exists, so that the user of each intelligent terminal can notice the position where the suspicious person exists and the current behavior of the suspicious person, or the user of each intelligent terminal can judge the monitoring picture and return the judgment result to the cell management server, for example, when the user closer to the site where the suspicious person exists can directly check the site, or whether the user of each intelligent terminal is familiar with the person in the monitoring picture, a confirmation message is returned to the cell management server, so that the cell management server forwards the confirmation message to other intelligent terminals; or after a certain intelligent terminal judges the person in the monitoring picture, the certain intelligent terminal can also directly send a confirmation message to other intelligent terminals.
Optionally, in an embodiment of the present invention, the receiving module is further configured to receive a preset portrait feature database update request sent by the intelligent terminal, where the preset portrait feature database update request includes portrait features confirmed as a security person;

The preset portrait feature database updating request is to send the portrait features of a security portrait to the community management server when a user confirms that the portrait is a security person, for example, when a householder lives in a friend who never comes before, the first time the user moves in a certain monitoring area, the security person is likely to be judged as a suspicious person, so that the community management server sends an alarm message to each intelligent terminal, and in order to prevent the person from being judged as a suspicious person next time, the householder can request the community management server to store the portrait features of the friend into the preset portrait feature database, so that the next time the friend moves in a community again, the user cannot send an alarm to each intelligent terminal.
Optionally, in some embodiments of the present invention, the preset portrait feature database update request may be sent when the intelligent terminal needs to request that a certain portrait feature is stored in the preset portrait feature database, or may be sent when the intelligent terminal receives a first alarm message sent by the cell management server, and the first alarm message includes a portrait feature in the monitoring picture, and if the intelligent terminal determines that the portrait is a familiar security portrait at this time, the intelligent terminal may request the server to directly store the portrait feature in the preset portrait feature database, so that when the portrait feature of the portrait is monitored next time, the intelligent terminal does not need to send an alarm again.

In the present embodiment, the cell management server 400 is presented in the form of a module. A "module" herein may refer to an application-specific integrated circuit (ASIC), a processor and memory that execute one or more software or firmware programs, an integrated logic circuit, and/or other devices that may provide the described functionality. the community management server receives a monitoring picture including a portrait shot by the intelligent camera;
acquiring portrait characteristics in the monitoring picture, and judging whether the portrait characteristics belong to a preset portrait characteristic database, wherein the portrait characteristics comprise human face characteristics, body characteristics, common wearing objects and human body postures;
if the portrait characteristics do not belong to a preset portrait characteristic database, determining that the monitoring picture comprises target figures and sending first alarm messages to the N intelligent terminals, wherein the first alarm messages are used for reminding a user of suspicious people in a community;
acquiring a first target position of the suspicious person in a cell, wherein the first alarm message further comprises the first target position;
if the suspicious personnel are in a moving state, acquiring a second target position of the suspicious personnel in the cell, wherein the second target position is different from the first target position;
sending a second alarm message to the N intelligent terminals, wherein the second alarm message comprises the second target position; after at least one intelligent terminal in the N intelligent terminals receives a safety condition confirmation message and a target video which are input by a user of the at least one intelligent terminal after observing that behaviors of suspicious people are safety behaviors on site, the safety condition confirmation message and the target video which are sent by the at least one intelligent terminal are received, and the portrait characteristics of the suspicious people are stored in a preset portrait characteristic database, wherein the safety condition confirmation message is used for indicating the actual condition of the suspicious people, and the target video is a video of the activity condition of the suspicious people at the second target position;
and sending the safety condition confirmation message and the target video to other intelligent terminals except the at least one intelligent terminal in the N intelligent terminals, so that users of the other intelligent terminals can know the activity condition of the suspicious person at the second target position.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein before determining whether the portrait session belongs to a predefined portrait session database, the method further comprises:
receiving a preset portrait characteristic database updating request sent by the intelligent terminal, wherein the preset portrait characteristic database updating request comprises portrait characteristics confirmed as a safety figure;
storing the portrait characteristics of the safety figure into the preset portrait characteristic database so as to update the preset portrait characteristic database;
and sending a preset portrait feature database updating request response message to the intelligent terminal, wherein the preset portrait feature database updating request response message is used for indicating that the preset portrait feature database is updated successfully.

the acquisition module is used for acquiring portrait features in the monitoring picture, judging whether the portrait features belong to a preset portrait feature database or not, acquiring a first target position of the suspicious person in a cell, and acquiring a second target position of the suspicious person in the cell if the suspicious person is in a moving state, wherein the second target position is different from the first target position;
the determining module is used for determining that the monitored picture comprises a target person and sending a first alarm message to the N intelligent terminals if the portrait characteristics do not belong to a preset portrait characteristic database, wherein the first alarm message is used for reminding a user of suspicious persons in a cell, and comprises a first target position;
and the sending module is used for sending a second alarm message to the N intelligent terminals, wherein the second alarm message comprises the second target position, and sending the safety condition confirmation message and the target video to other intelligent terminals except the at least one intelligent terminal in the N intelligent terminals, so that users of the other intelligent terminals can know the activity condition of the suspicious person at the second target position.

The cell management server according to claim 3, wherein the receiving module is further configured to receive a preset portrait feature database update request sent by the intelligent terminal, where the preset portrait feature database update request includes portrait features confirmed as a security person;
the cell management server further includes:
the updating module is used for storing the portrait characteristics of the safety figure into the preset portrait characteristic database so as to update the preset portrait characteristic database;
the sending module is further configured to send a preset portrait feature database update request response message to the intelligent terminal, where the preset portrait feature database update request response message is used to indicate that the preset portrait feature database is successfully updated.
