技术领域
本发明涉及一种电气切换技术领域,特别是涉及一种电气系统快速切换系统。
背景技术
双切换电路广泛用于电压领域,现有技术中,对双切换电路通常采用人工监控,也就是由技术人员实时观测双切换电路是否出现异常,如在一个电源失电时是否正常切换到另一个电源,如果出现异常则人为进行告警。这种人工监控的方式十分消耗人力,具有工作效率很低、人工成本高的缺点。
发明内容
针对上述问题中存在的不足之处,本发明提供一种电气系统快速切换系统,使其不仅能够判断ATS是否异常,还能够根据第一时长的时间长度发出不同的信号,以起到不同等级的告警作用,并且还通过无线通讯发送功能实现了双切换电路的远程监控,节约了劳动成本,提高了工作效率。
为了解决上述问题,本发明提供一种电气系统快速切换系统,其中,包括电源电路、频率检测电路、电流检测电路、电压检测电路、状态显示电路、控制器、电源监控模块、显示输出模块、终端、检测报警模块、键盘输入模块和通讯模块,所述电源电路、所述频率检测电路、所述电流检测电路、所述电压检测电路、所述状态显示电路并联在所述控制器的左端,所述电源监控模块、所述显示输出模块、所述终端、所述检测报警模块、所述键盘输入模块和所述通讯模块并联在所述控制器的右端。
优选的,所述电源电路包括第一电源电路和第二电源电路,所述第一电源电路和所述第二电源电路均通过第一ATS与所述控制器连接。
优选的,所述频率检测电路包括第一频率检测电路和第二频率检测电路,所述第一频率检测电路和所述第二频率检测电路均通过第二ATS与所述控制器连接。
优选的,所述电流检测电路包括第一电流检测电路和第二电流检测电路,所述第一电流检测电路和所述第二电流检测电路均通过第三ATS与所述控制器连接。
优选的,所述电压检测电路包括第一电压检测电路和第二电压检测电路,所述第一电压检测电路和所述第二电压检测电路均通过第四ATS与所述控制器连接。
优选的,所述终端与所述控制器之间通过UPS连接。
与现有技术相比,本发明具有以下优点:
本发明不仅能够判断ATS是否异常,还能够根据第一时长的时间长度发出不同的信号,以起到不同等级的告警作用,并且还通过无线通讯发送功能实现了双切换电路的远程监控,节约了劳动成本,提高了工作效率。

如图1所示,本发明的实施例包括电源电路2、频率检测电路4、电流检测电路5、电压检测电路6、状态显示电路3、控制器1、电源监控模块7、显示输出模块8、终端9、检测报警模块10、键盘输入模块11和通讯模块12,电源电路2、频率检测电路4、电流检测电路5、电压检测电路6、状态显示电路2并联在控制器1的左端,电源监控模块7、显示输出模块8、终端9、检测报警模块10、键盘输入模块11和通 讯模块12并联在控制器1的右端。电源电路2包括第一电源电路和第二电源电路,第一电源电路和第二电源电路均通过第一ATS与控制器1连接。频率检测电路4包括第一频率检测电路和第二频率检测电路,第一频率检测电路和第二频率检测电路均通过第二ATS与控制器1连接。电流检测电路4包括第一电流检测电路和第二电流检测电路,第一电流检测电路和第二电流检测电路均通过第三ATS与控制器1连接。电压检测电路5包括第一电压检测电路和第二电压检测电路,第一电压检测电路和第二电压检测电路均通过第四ATS与控制器1连接。终端9与控制器1之间通过UPS连接。
