In the embodiment of the invention, the light leakage phenomenon of the liquid crystal panel is generally caused by the self gravity of the liquid crystal panel and the stress action of the module screen structure, and the liquid crystal panel cannot be made to leak light generally by repairing hardware, so that the watching effect of a user is prevented from being influenced and the watching experience of the user is prevented from being reduced.
In the embodiment of the present invention, after the terminal displays content on the liquid crystal panel with a low gray scale, if the liquid crystal panel leaks light, since light passes through the light-leaking region of the liquid crystal panel and does not pass through other regions of the liquid crystal panel, that is, other regions are not light-tight, the light-leaking region is bright, and other regions are dark, at this time, a user can easily feel the brightness difference of different regions of the liquid crystal panel, thereby affecting the viewing effect of the user, reducing the viewing experience of the user, and causing a light-leaking phenomenon.
After the terminal displays contents on the liquid crystal panel in a high gray scale, even if the liquid crystal panel leaks light, the light can not only penetrate through the light leaking area on the liquid crystal panel, but also penetrate through other areas on the liquid crystal panel, the light penetrating through the light leaking area on the liquid crystal panel is not only caused by the self gravity of the liquid crystal panel and the stress action of a module screen structure, but also caused by the deviation of liquid crystal molecules in the liquid crystal panel, and meanwhile, the light penetrating through the light leaking area on the liquid crystal panel and the light penetrating through other areas of the liquid crystal panel are the same light source, so that the light leaking area on the liquid crystal panel is brighter, the other areas are brighter, and namely, the brightness difference between the light leaking area on the liquid crystal panel and the other areas is very low or even zero. So, even lead to the LCD panel light leak because LCD panel's self gravity and module screen structural stress effect, the user also can not experience different regions on the LCD panel and have the luminance difference, can not influence user's viewing effect and can not reduce user's viewing experience, and then does not have the light leak phenomenon.
Therefore, even if the liquid crystal panel leaks light, the brightness difference between the light leaking region and other regions on the liquid crystal panel is gradually reduced with the increase of the gray scale, and the light leakage phenomenon is gradually eliminated.
Meanwhile, since the transmittance of the liquid crystal panel is higher as the gray scale of the liquid crystal panel is higher, in the embodiment of the present invention, the gray scale for displaying the target content may be increased to eliminate the light leakage phenomenon occurring when the target content is displayed on the liquid crystal panel.
The increased gray scale corresponds to a gray scale higher than a target gray scale in the corresponding relation between the preset gray scale and the voltage, and the target gray scale in each record in the corresponding relation between the preset original gray scale and the target gray scale is larger than the original gray scale; in this way, when the target content needs to be displayed on the liquid crystal panel, the preset original gray scale for displaying the target content is obtained; judging whether the obtained original gray scale is smaller than a preset gray scale or not; if the obtained original gray scale is greater than or equal to the preset gray scale, after the target content is displayed on the liquid crystal panel by the original gray scale, the light leakage area on the liquid crystal panel is brighter, and other areas are brighter, that is, the brightness difference between the light leakage area on the liquid crystal panel and other areas is very low or even no difference exists, so that the gray scale for displaying the target content does not need to be increased. And if the acquired original gray scale is smaller than the preset gray scale, determining a target gray scale corresponding to the acquired original gray scale according to the corresponding relation between the preset original gray scale and the target gray scale so as to determine the target gray scale to display target content on the liquid crystal panel. Compared with the method for displaying the target content on the liquid crystal panel by using the original gray scale, the method for displaying the content on the liquid crystal panel by using the target gray scale higher than the original gray scale can eliminate the light leakage phenomenon, avoid influencing the watching effect of a user and avoid reducing the watching experience of the user.
It is to be understood that both the foregoing general description and the following detailed description are exemplary and explanatory only and are not restrictive of embodiments of the invention.

When the following description refers to the accompanying drawings, like numbers in different drawings represent the same or similar elements unless otherwise indicated. The implementations described in the following exemplary embodiments do not represent all implementations consistent with embodiments of the invention. Rather, they are merely examples of apparatus and methods consistent with certain aspects of embodiments of the invention, as detailed in the following claims.
Fig. 1 is a flowchart illustrating a content display method, as shown in fig. 1, for use in a terminal according to an exemplary embodiment, the method including the following steps.
In step S101, when a target content needs to be displayed on a liquid crystal panel, acquiring an original gray scale preset for displaying the target content;
in the embodiment of the present invention, when a certain content needs to be displayed on the liquid crystal panel of the terminal, the terminal needs to know at what brightness level the content is displayed on the liquid crystal panel of the terminal first, that is, the terminal needs to acquire the original gray scale for displaying the content first.
In the embodiment of the present invention, when creating any content that can be displayed on the liquid crystal panel in advance, a technician sets an original gray scale for displaying the content for the content, so that when the terminal needs to display the content on the liquid crystal panel later, the technician acquires the original gray scale for displaying the content that is set in advance by the technician, and displays the content on the liquid crystal panel with the acquired original gray scale. The same is true for every other content that can be displayed on the liquid crystal panel.
In step S102, it is determined whether the obtained original gray scale is smaller than a preset gray scale;
if the acquired original gray scale is greater than or equal to the preset gray scale, the target content is displayed on the liquid crystal panel at the original gray scale in step S103.
If the obtained original gray scale is smaller than a preset gray scale, in step S104, determining a target gray scale corresponding to the obtained original gray scale according to a preset corresponding relationship between the original gray scale and the target gray scale, wherein the target gray scale in each record in the corresponding relationship is larger than the original gray scale;
before the terminal leaves a factory, whether a light leakage phenomenon exists when the content is displayed on a liquid crystal panel of the terminal by each gray scale needs to be tested, for example, for any gray scale, if the light leakage phenomenon exists when the content is displayed on the liquid crystal panel by the gray scale, the gray scale when the content is displayed is increased, so that the display brightness of the content displayed on the liquid crystal panel is improved; then, when the content is displayed on the liquid crystal panel by the increased gray scale, continuously detecting whether the liquid crystal panel has a light leakage phenomenon; if the light leakage phenomenon still exists when the content is displayed on the liquid crystal panel by the increased gray scale, the step of increasing the gray scale when the content is displayed needs to be executed again, if the light leakage phenomenon does not exist when the content is displayed on the liquid crystal panel by the increased gray scale, the gray scale and the increased gray scale are combined into one record and stored in the preset corresponding relation between the original gray scale and the target gray scale.
In the embodiment of the present invention, a technician may detect whether the liquid crystal panel has a light leakage phenomenon by naked eyes or by using an instrument, and the specific detection method may refer to the following embodiments and will not be described in detail herein.
In this way, when the terminal needs to display the content on the liquid crystal panel later, the original gray scale for displaying the content is acquired, however, the terminal does not display the content on the liquid crystal panel with the acquired original gray scale, but searches for a target gray scale corresponding to the acquired gray scale in a preset corresponding relationship between the original gray scale and the target gray scale, and displays the content on the liquid crystal panel with the searched target gray scale, because the searched target gray scale can make the brightness difference value between the areas with the maximum brightness difference value smaller than a preset difference threshold value, even 0, the user cannot perceive that the brightness difference exists between the areas. Because the user cannot perceive the brightness difference between the original areas with the maximum brightness difference, the user cannot perceive the brightness difference between other areas, so that the watching effect of the user can be prevented from being influenced, and the watching experience of the user can be prevented from being reduced.
In an embodiment of the present invention, when displaying content on the liquid crystal panel with increased gray scale, detecting whether the liquid crystal panel still has a light leakage phenomenon may be implemented by the following processes 11) to 13):
11) acquiring the display brightness of each area on the liquid crystal panel when the content is displayed on the liquid crystal panel by the increased gray scale;
in the embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 2, a technician may set the image pickup device 02 right in front of the liquid crystal panel of the terminal 01 in advance, align the image pickup device 02 with the liquid crystal panel, and communicatively connect the terminal 01 and the image pickup device 02. In this way, the terminal 01 can control the image capture device 02 to capture images of various areas on the liquid crystal panel and return the captured images to the terminal 01, and the terminal 01 receives the images transmitted by the image capture device 02.
Wherein, the liquid crystal panel can be divided into 9 areas or 16 areas and the like in a manner similar to a squared figure.
For any area on the liquid crystal panel, after the terminal receives the image of the area sent by the image acquisition device, the red component, the green component and the blue component of each pixel point in the image can be acquired.
Then, for any pixel point in the image, the display brightness of the pixel point can be obtained according to the red component, the green component and the blue component of the pixel point. The above operation is also performed for each of the other pixels in the image, so that the display brightness of each pixel in the image can be obtained, and then, the average value of the display brightness of the pixels in the image can be calculated and used as the display brightness of the region.
The above operation is also performed for each of the other regions on the liquid crystal panel, so that the display luminance of each region on the liquid crystal panel can be obtained.
Wherein, when obtaining the display brightness of pixel according to the red component, the green component and the blue component of pixel, can be according to the red component, the green component and the blue component of pixel, can calculate the display brightness of pixel according to following formula:
L=O*R+P*G+Q*B;
in the above formula, L is the display brightness of the pixel, O, P and Q are respectively preset weight coefficients, R is a red component, G is a green component and B is a blue component.
For example, O may be 0.229, P may be 0.587 and Q may be 0.114, and so on.
12) Acquiring a brightness difference value between the display brightness of each two areas;
in the embodiment of the present invention, for any one region on the liquid crystal panel, the luminance difference between the region and each of the other regions on the liquid crystal panel except the region is calculated. The above-described operation is also performed for each of the other regions on the liquid crystal panel. In this way, a luminance difference between the display luminance of each two regions can be obtained.
13) And determining that the liquid crystal panel has a light leakage phenomenon if the brightness difference value larger than the preset difference value threshold exists in the plurality of brightness difference values.
In the embodiment of the present invention, if the liquid crystal panel does not have the light leakage phenomenon, the luminance difference between the regions on the liquid crystal panel is small, for example, the luminance difference between the regions on the liquid crystal panel is smaller than the preset difference threshold, and even the luminance difference between the regions on the liquid crystal panel is 0. For the user, after the user sees the liquid crystal panel surface, the user does not feel that some areas on the liquid crystal panel are brighter and some areas are darker, but feels that the brightness of all the areas on the liquid crystal panel is almost the same, so that the viewing effect of the user is not influenced, and the viewing experience of the user is not reduced.
However, in a plurality of luminance difference values, once at least one luminance difference value is greater than a preset difference threshold value, it is indicated that the transmittance of at least one region is greater than the transmittance of other regions on the liquid crystal panel, so for a user, after the user sees the liquid crystal panel surface, the user feels that some regions on the liquid crystal panel are brighter and some regions are darker, which affects the viewing effect of the user and reduces the viewing experience of the user, thereby causing a light leakage phenomenon.
In another embodiment of the present invention, the gray scale when increasing the display content can be realized by the following processes 21) to 24):
21) selecting a brightness difference value from the brightness difference values larger than the preset difference value threshold;
22) searching the gray scale increment corresponding to the selected brightness difference value in the preset corresponding relation between the brightness difference value and the gray scale increment;
if the brightness difference between two regions on the liquid crystal panel is large, it indicates that the light leakage phenomenon of the liquid crystal panel is high in severity, that is, the transmittance of one region on the liquid crystal panel is much greater than that of the other region, and human eyes can easily feel the brightness difference between the two regions. In order to make the human eye not feel that there is a difference in brightness between the two regions, that is, in order to eliminate the light leakage phenomenon, it is necessary to increase the gray scale when displaying the content by a large amount. Therefore, in the preset correspondence relationship between the luminance difference value and the gray scale increment, the larger the luminance difference value is, the larger the corresponding gray scale increment is.
If the brightness difference between two regions of the liquid crystal panel is small, it means that the light leakage phenomenon of the liquid crystal panel is low in severity, that is, the light transmittance of one region of the liquid crystal panel is only slightly higher than that of the other region, and human eyes can feel that there is a slight brightness difference between the two regions. In order to make the human eyes not feel that the brightness difference exists between the two areas, namely, in order to eliminate the light leakage phenomenon, only the gray scale when the display content is displayed needs to be increased by a small amount. Therefore, in the preset correspondence relationship between the luminance difference value and the gray scale increment, the smaller the luminance difference value, the smaller the corresponding gray scale increment.
Therefore, the larger the luminance difference value is, the larger the gradation increment that needs to be increased when displaying the content on the liquid crystal panel is, and the smaller the luminance difference value is, the smaller the gradation increment that needs to be increased when displaying the content on the liquid crystal panel is.
The technician may set a correspondence relationship between the luminance difference value and the gray scale increment in advance, in the correspondence relationship between the luminance difference value and the gray scale increment, a larger gray scale increment corresponding to a larger luminance difference value is larger, and a smaller gray scale increment corresponding to a smaller luminance difference value is smaller. The corresponding relation between the brightness difference value and the gray scale increment can be stored locally or in a cloud.
In this way, in this step, the gray scale increment corresponding to the selected brightness difference value can be searched in the preset corresponding relationship between the brightness difference value and the gray scale increment.
23) Adding the gray scale and the gray scale increment to obtain an increased gray scale;
24) and displaying the content on the liquid crystal panel with the increased gray scale.
In the embodiment of the present invention, if there are a plurality of luminance difference values greater than the preset difference threshold value among the luminance difference values between the display luminances of every two regions, and among the luminance difference values greater than the preset difference threshold value, the difference between the larger luminance difference value and the lower luminance difference value is also larger. Meanwhile, if a lower brightness difference value is selected from the brightness difference values larger than the preset difference threshold value in step 21), in step 22), since the selected brightness difference value is lower, the found corresponding voltage increment is also lower, so that the increased gray scale obtained in step 23) is still at a lower level gray scale although larger than the original gray scale.
After the increased gray scale displays the content on the liquid crystal panel, the original area with a higher brightness difference value may have a problem that the brightness difference value is larger than a preset difference value threshold value, that is, after the user sees the liquid crystal panel, the user may feel an obvious brightness difference, thereby affecting the viewing effect of the user and reducing the viewing experience of the user. That is, there is also a light leakage phenomenon.
Therefore, in order to avoid light leakage after the increased gray levels are used to display the content on the liquid crystal panel, in another embodiment of the present invention, when one brightness difference value is selected from the brightness difference values greater than the preset difference threshold, the largest brightness difference value may be selected from the brightness difference values greater than the preset difference threshold.
Thus, in step 22), since the selected brightness difference is the largest brightness difference, the corresponding gray scale increment is also the largest gray scale increment among the gray scale increments respectively corresponding to the brightness differences, so that the increased gray scale obtained in step 23) is larger than the original gray scale, and the increased gray scale can make the brightness difference between the areas with the largest brightness difference smaller than the preset difference threshold value, even 0, so that the user cannot perceive the brightness difference between the areas. Because the user cannot perceive the brightness difference between the original areas with the maximum brightness difference, the user cannot perceive the brightness difference between other areas, so that the watching effect of the user can be prevented from being influenced, and the watching experience of the user can be prevented from being reduced.
In step S105, the target content is displayed on the liquid crystal panel at the determined target gray scale.
The voltage corresponding to the determined target gray scale can be determined according to the preset corresponding relation between the gray scale and the voltage; and then applies a voltage corresponding to the determined target gray scale to the liquid crystal panel while displaying the target content on the liquid crystal panel.
The embodiment of the invention adjusts the gray scale for displaying the content by adjusting the voltage applied to the liquid crystal panel. The technician can set the corresponding relationship between the gray scale and the voltage in advance, and in the corresponding relationship between the gray scale and the voltage, the voltages corresponding to different gray scales are different. The corresponding relation between the gray scale and the voltage can be stored locally or in a cloud.
Therefore, if a certain content is required to be displayed on the liquid crystal panel at a certain gray scale, after the gray scale for displaying the content is obtained, the voltage corresponding to the gray scale can be searched in the preset corresponding relationship between the gray scale and the voltage, and the searched voltage is applied to the liquid crystal panel when the content is displayed on the liquid crystal panel, so that the content can be displayed on the liquid crystal panel at the gray scale.
In the embodiment of the invention, when different voltages are applied to the liquid crystal panel, the rotation angles of the liquid crystal molecules on the liquid crystal panel are different. When the rotation angles of the liquid crystal molecules on the liquid crystal panel are different, the light transmittance of the liquid crystal panel is different, and further, the brightness of the content displayed by the liquid crystal panel is different, that is, the gray scale is different.
Therefore, if a voltage corresponding to the determined target gray scale is applied to the liquid crystal panel while the target content is displayed on the liquid crystal panel, the liquid crystal panel displays the target content at the target gray scale.
Compared with the method for displaying the target content on the liquid crystal panel by using the original gray scale, the method for displaying the content on the liquid crystal panel by using the target gray scale higher than the original gray scale can eliminate the light leakage phenomenon, avoid influencing the watching effect of a user and avoid reducing the watching experience of the user.

the increasing module is used for increasing the gray scale when the content is displayed if the liquid crystal panel has a light leakage phenomenon when the content is displayed on the liquid crystal panel by the original gray scale for any gray scale;
the detection module is used for detecting whether the liquid crystal panel has a light leakage phenomenon or not when the content is displayed on the liquid crystal panel by the increased gray scale;
the storage module is used for combining the original gray scale and the increased gray scale into a record if the light leakage phenomenon does not exist, and storing the record in the preset corresponding relation between the original gray scale and the target gray scale;
the adding module is also used for adding gray scale when the content is displayed if a light leakage phenomenon exists.
Wherein the detection module comprises:

a second acquisition unit configured to acquire a luminance difference value between the display luminances of each of the two regions;
and the second determining unit is used for determining that the liquid crystal panel has a light leakage phenomenon if a brightness difference value larger than a preset difference value threshold value exists in the plurality of brightness difference values.
Wherein the adding module comprises:
a selection unit for selecting one of the luminance difference values greater than a preset difference threshold value;

a display unit for displaying contents on the liquid crystal panel at the increased gray scale.
