The invention is a divisional application of the following patent applications: application No.: 201310044683.6, filing date: year 2013, month 02, 04, title of the invention: information processing method and information processing apparatus
Technical Field
The present invention relates to the field of computer technologies, and in particular, to an information processing method and an information processing apparatus.
Background
In recent years, electronic devices such as notebook computers, desktop computers, tablet computers (PADs), mobile phones, multimedia players, Personal Digital Assistants (PDAs), and the like have become increasingly popular. Moreover, with the continuous progress of electronic technology, the functions of these electronic devices are increasing and the storage capacity is also increasing. Meanwhile, in order to meet various operation requirements of users, applications developed for these electronic devices are also increasing.
Generally, various applications are represented in the form of pictures (e.g., icons) in an operating system of an electronic device. For example, the MacOS operating system of Apple (Apple) Inc., the Android operating system of Google (Google) Inc., and the Windows operating system of Microsoft (Microsoft) Inc., are all specific examples of graphics-oriented operating systems that are widely used. In such an operating system, when a main menu or a desktop is opened on a screen of an electronic device, icons of respective application programs installed in the electronic device are displayed therein.
As described above, due to the increasing enthusiasm of users in developing applications, a variety of applications suitable for execution in electronic devices are being developed. This undoubtedly results in a large number of icons in the electronic device, making it difficult for the user to find the icon corresponding to a certain application in order to use it in the electronic device.
In the prior art, in order to solve the above problems, a technical solution is conceived that when a main menu is displayed on a screen of an electronic device, icons thereof may be tiled in a grid form according to initials of application names, and similarly, icons on a desktop may be processed similarly.
However, when there are many installed applications in the electronic device, it is still difficult for the user to find an icon that he or she needs to open from among numerous icons even after the icons on the main menu or the desktop are arranged according to the initial letters.
Therefore, a new type of information processing method and information processing apparatus are needed to solve the above problems.

Further, according to another aspect of the present invention, there is provided an information processing apparatus applied to an electronic device including at least a first component and having at least one application installed therein, the apparatus comprising: the judging unit is used for judging whether a first application program in the at least one application program calls the first component when the first application program is started and generating a first judging result; a generating unit, configured to generate first identification information for the first application when the first determination result indicates that the first application invokes the first component when starting, where the first identification information is used to indicate that the first application is associated with the first component; and a display unit for displaying a set of application programs having the first identification information.
Compared with the prior art, with the information processing method and the information processing apparatus according to the present invention, it is possible to first determine whether a first application installed in an electronic device calls a first component at the time of startup, and if the first application calls the first component at the time of startup, assign first identification information associated with the first component to the first application. Therefore, in the invention, various application programs installed in the electronic device can be marked according to the first identification information, and when a user needs to search a certain application program for calling the first component, only all the application programs including the first identification information associated with the first component are provided for the user, which is different from other application programs, so that the search range of the icon is reduced, the search time of the icon is saved, and the user experience is fully improved.
Additional features and advantages of the invention will be set forth in the description which follows, and in part will be obvious from the description, or may be learned by practice of the invention. The objectives and other advantages of the invention will be realized and attained by the structure particularly pointed out in the written description and claims hereof as well as the appended drawings.

Detailed Description
Various embodiments according to the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings. Here, it is to be noted that, in the drawings, the same reference numerals are given to constituent parts having substantially the same or similar structures and functions, and repeated description thereof will be omitted.
First, a problem existing in the related art and a principle of a related art scheme for solving the technical problem will be described in detail with reference to fig. 1.
Fig. 1 illustrates an effect diagram of a solution according to the prior art.
As described in the background art, in order to meet different operation requirements of users, the number of applications installed in the electronic device 100 is numerous, and one application is generally represented by one icon.
Next, a mobile phone will be described as an example of the electronic apparatus 100. When a main menu is opened on the screen 110 of the mobile phone 100, icons of respective application programs installed in the mobile phone 100, i.e., icons 111 through 127 and the like as illustrated in fig. 1, will be displayed therein. It can be seen that without a certain sorting mode, it is difficult for a user to find out which icon to open from a large number of icons.
Thus, in prior art solutions, when there are a large number of icons on the main menu or desktop, their icons may be tiled in a grid according to the initials of the application names. That is, when the main menu is displayed on the screen 110 of the electronic apparatus 100, the icons in the main menu are tiled in a grid form according to the initials of the icon names. For example, if five application programs aaa, bbb, ccc, ddd, and eee are installed in the mobile phone 100, the application program aaa may be displayed at the position of the first icon 111 in the screen 110 according to a scheme of the related art; displaying the application bbb at the position of the second icon 112; displaying the application ccc at the position of the third icon 113; displaying the application ddd at the position of the fourth icon 114; and the application eee is displayed at the position of the fifth icon 115 and may be arranged similarly when other applications are present in the electronic device 100.
It can be seen that while this solution may arrange the icons of the individual files, the user may still not be able to quickly and easily find his/her desired file icon from among the numerous icons when the following scenario is encountered. For example, when a user only knows the function of a file to be opened, and not the name of the file to be opened, the user will not be able to locate the file by means of an alphabetical arrangement. For another example, when a user cannot browse icons one by one carefully for a special reason (e.g., walking, dim light) and only turns over quickly, the user may miss a file to be opened many times during the process of turning or scrolling the screen, resulting in poor user experience. For another example, since a user displays an icon starting from a letter (or character) (e.g., "a") that is first in alphabetical order (or alphabetical order) each time when opening a main menu or displaying a desktop, when there are a large number of icons in an electronic device and a file icon to be opened by the user is in a rear position, the user needs to turn pages or scroll the screen several times to locate the icon, which is certainly very inconvenient.
In view of this, the present inventors have proposed a novel information processing method and information processing apparatus to solve the above-described problems.
Hereinafter, an information processing method and an information processing apparatus according to the present invention will be described with reference to fig. 2 and 3.
Fig. 2 illustrates an information processing method according to the present invention, and fig. 3 illustrates an information processing apparatus 300 according to the present invention.
The information processing method illustrated in fig. 2 is applied to an electronic apparatus 100, the electronic apparatus 100 includes at least a first component, and at least one application program is installed in the electronic apparatus 100. The information processing method is implemented by the information processing apparatus 300 illustrated in fig. 3. Specifically, the information processing apparatus 300 includes: a judging unit 310 and a generating unit 320.
As illustrated in fig. 2, the information processing method includes:
in step S210, the determining unit 310 determines whether a first application program of the at least one application program calls the first component when the first application program is started, and generates a first determination result; and
in step S220, when the first determination result indicates that the first application invokes the first component when being started, the generating unit 320 generates first identification information for the first application, where the first identification information is used to indicate that the first application is associated with the first component.
As can be seen from this, with the information processing method and the information processing apparatus according to the present invention, it is possible to first determine whether a first application installed in an electronic device calls a first part at the time of startup, and if the first application calls the first part at the time of startup, assign first identification information associated with the first part to the first application.
Hereinafter, an information processing method and an information processing apparatus according to a first embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to fig. 4 and 5.
Fig. 4 illustrates an information processing method according to a first embodiment of the present invention, and fig. 5 illustrates an information processing apparatus 300 according to a first embodiment of the present invention.
The information processing method according to the first embodiment of the present invention illustrated in fig. 4 can be realized by the information processing apparatus 300 illustrated in fig. 5. As illustrated in fig. 5, the information processing apparatus 300 may include, similar to that in fig. 3: a judging unit 310 and a generating unit 320. Further, preferably, the information processing apparatus 300 may further include: the unit 330 is modified.
The information processing apparatus 300 may be applied to one or more electronic devices 100, the electronic devices 100 including at least a first component, and one or more application programs installed in the electronic devices 100. The information processing apparatus 300 is configured to identify an application program for calling the first component, differently from other application programs.
In a first example, the electronic device may be a mobile phone that includes at least one of various components such as a camera, a microphone, a speaker, a third generation mobile communication (3G) module, a wireless fidelity (WiFi) module, and the like. An Android operating system of Google (Google) corporation, for example, may be installed in the mobile phone, and the one or more applications may be executable applications (e.g., apk-type applications) installed in the Android operating system.
In a second example, the electronic device may be a personal computer that includes at least one of various components such as a sound card, a network card, a camera, an optical disk drive, and the like. A Windows (Windows) operating system from Microsoft corporation, for example, may be installed in the personal computer, and the one or more application programs may be executable application programs (e.g., exe-type application programs) installed in the Windows operating system.
In a third example, the electronic device may be a tablet computer that includes at least one of various components such as a camera, a microphone, a speaker, a third generation mobile communication (3G) module, a wireless fidelity (WiFi) module, and the like. An Apple (Apple) corporation iOS operating system may be installed in the tablet computer, and the one or more applications may be executable applications (e.g., ipa-type applications) installed in the iOS operating system.
In addition, the information processing apparatus 300 may communicate with the electronic device 100 by any means.
In one example, the information processing apparatus 300 may be integrated into the electronic device as a software module and/or a hardware device, in other words, the electronic device may include the information processing apparatus 300. For example, when the electronic device is a mobile phone, the information processing apparatus 300 may be a software module in an operating system of the mobile phone, or may be an application developed for the mobile phone; of course, the information processing apparatus 300 may also be one of many hardware devices of the mobile phone.
Alternatively, in another example, the information processing apparatus 300 and the electronic device may be separate devices, and the information processing apparatus 300 may be connected to the electronic device through a wired and/or wireless network and transmit the interactive information in an agreed data format.
Hereinafter, the first embodiment of the present invention will be specifically described in the following scenarios, in which the electronic device 100 is a mobile phone using an Android operating system, the first component is a camera, and the information processing method is applied to the distinctive indication of an application program for calling the camera.
However, it should be noted that the present invention is not limited thereto. The electronic device may be any type of electronic device including, but not limited to: desktop computers, notebook computers, tablet computers, e-readers, multimedia players, personal digital assistants, and the like. The operating system may also be any type of operating system including, but not limited to: android, Windows, iOS, Linux, Windows Phone (WP), etc. The first component may also be any type of hardware or software component including, but not limited to: microphone, speaker, communication module, sound card, network card, etc. Furthermore, the present invention can also be applied to other interactive processes between an information processing apparatus and an electronic device.
As illustrated in fig. 4, an information processing method according to a first embodiment of the present invention includes:
in step S410, it is determined whether the first application calls the first component when started, and a first determination result is generated.
Various applications may typically be installed in a user's electronic device 100 (e.g., a mobile phone) in two ways: pre-installed in the mobile phone 100 when it is manufactured, or installed in the mobile phone 100 by the user himself by downloading it via a network or copying it from another electronic device.
In any of the above cases, when the user wants to execute a first application program of the at least one application program installed in the electronic device 100, he/she may first launch the first application program in the electronic device by selecting its icon in the main menu or desktop.
Accordingly, after the first application is started according to the selection of the user, in the electronic apparatus 100, the determination unit 310 determines whether the first application calls a first component (e.g., a camera) at the time of the start.
Specifically, the determination unit 310 may perform real-time communication with a hardware interface unit (not shown) in the electronic device 100. For example, the hardware interface unit may be a Hardware Abstraction Layer (HAL) in the Android operating system, which is proposed to protect intellectual property of some hardware providers, and functions to represent parts of the operating system as abstract hardware devices to hide differences between different machines.
When the first application program is started, the determining unit 310 may determine whether the first application program is accessing the first component through the hardware interface unit.
For example, when the first application is a camera, a video camera, a two-dimensional code scan, or the like, the hardware interface unit may detect that the first application needs (or is able to) access the camera during startup or during running, and thus feed back access indication information indicating that the first application needs to access the camera to the determination unit 310. On the contrary, when the first application is an application such as a short message, a video player, etc., the hardware interface unit may detect that the first application does not access the camera at all during the startup or during the operation, and thus feed back non-access indication information indicating that the first application does not need to access the camera to the determination unit 310.
Then, the determining unit 310 generates a corresponding first determining result according to the instruction result fed back by the hardware interface unit.
For example, when the accessed indication information is received from the hardware interface unit, the determination unit 310 generates a positive first determination result indicating that the first application program calls the first component at the time of startup. On the contrary, when the non-access indication information is received from the hardware interface unit, the judging unit 310 generates a negative first judgment result indicating that the first application program does not call the first component at the time of startup.
Next, the judging unit 310 sends the generated first judgment result to the generating unit 320.
In step S420, when the first determination result indicates that the first application invokes the first component at the time of startup, first identification information is generated for the first application.
After receiving the first determination result from the determining unit 310, the generating unit 320 parses the content indicated by the first determination result.
On one hand, if the first determination result indicates that the first application invokes the first component when being started, the generating unit 320 generates first identification information for the first application, where the first identification information is used to indicate that the first application is associated with the first component. In other words, the first identification information indicates that the first application needs to access the first component during startup or during runtime.
Specifically, the first identification information may have a size of 3 bits (bit), for example, where when the first identification information is 000, for example, it may indicate that the first application needs to access a camera during startup or during running; when the first identification information is 001, it may indicate that the first application needs to access a microphone during the start-up or during the operation; when the first identification information is 010, it may indicate that the first application needs to access a speaker during a start-up or during a run-time; when the first identification information is 011, it may indicate that the first application needs to access the 3G module during the booting process or during the running process; when the first identification information is 100, it may indicate that the first application needs to access the WiFi module during the start-up or during the run-time; when the first identification information is 111 or blank, it may indicate that the first application program is in the process of starting or does not need to access any software and hardware components.
It is to be noted that, although the first identification information according to the first embodiment of the present invention is described above as having a size of 3 bits, the present invention is not limited thereto. The first identification information may have more or less other dimensions. Furthermore, the first identification information may also be implemented in other forms, such as in the form of a look-up table, a database, a log file, and the like.
On the other hand, if the first determination result indicates that the first application does not call the first part at the time of startup, the generation unit 320 generates identification information of a blank space for the first application or does not perform any operation, and the information processing method ends.
In step S430, the icon of the first application is modified so that the modified icon of the first application includes the first identification information.
After the generating unit 320 generates the first identification information for the first application, the modifying unit 330 may further modify the icon of the first application, so that the modified icon of the first application includes the first identification information to reflect the difference from other applications.
Specifically, the modifying unit 330 may modify the icon of the first application according to the first part associated with the first identification information so that the iconic representation of the first application visually indicates that the first application is associated with the first part.
For example, when the first identification information indicates that the first application needs to access the camera during the startup process or during the running process, the modification unit 330 may superimpose an image on the original icon of the first application, where the image may form a corner mark, for example, the image may be an image of the camera, or may be a text message of "camera", or the like. Similarly, when the first identification information indicates that the first application is associated with a microphone, a speaker, a third generation mobile communication (3G) module, a wireless fidelity (WiFi) module, or the like, the modification unit 330 may superimpose corresponding image or text information on the original icon of the first application to visually indicate the component associated with the first application and distinguish it from other applications.
As can be seen from this, with the information processing method and the information processing apparatus according to the first embodiment of the present invention, it is possible to first determine whether or not a first application installed in an electronic device calls a first part at the time of startup, assign first identification information associated with the first part to the first application if the first application calls the first part at the time of startup, and modify an icon of the first application according to the first identification information. Therefore, in the first embodiment of the invention, icons of various application programs installed in the electronic device can be modified according to one or more identification information associated with one or more components, and when a user needs to search for a certain application program for calling the first component, the user can judge whether the application program being viewed calls the first component when starting by judging whether the icon of the user comprises the first identification information associated with the first component, so that the user can intuitively and quickly locate the required application program, the search range of the icon is sufficiently reduced, the search time of the icon is saved, and the user experience is remarkably improved.
Fig. 6 illustrates an effect diagram of the solution according to the first embodiment of the invention.
Referring to fig. 6, a plurality of application programs are installed in the electronic apparatus 100 as shown by icons 111 through 122 displayed on the screen 110 of the electronic apparatus 100. Among them, the applications 111, 114, 115, and 121 need to call a camera at the time of startup, the applications 112, 120, and 122 need to call a microphone at the time of startup, the applications 113, 117, and 119 need to call a WiFi module at the time of startup, and the applications 116 and 118 do not need to call any hardware component at the time of startup.
With the information processing method illustrated in fig. 4 according to the first embodiment of the present invention, it may be first determined whether each application 111 and 122 installed in the electronic device invokes one or more software and hardware components at the time of starting, if the application invokes the software and hardware components at the time of starting, specific identification information associated with the software and hardware components is allocated to the application, and the icon of each application 111 and 122 is modified according to the specific identification information.
In this way, after the information processing method according to the first embodiment of the present invention is executed, the icons 111 to 122 of the application program displayed in the screen 110 of the electronic device 100 will carry specific identification information associated with one or more software and hardware components, so that the user can know from the corner marks of the icons by visually checking the icons displayed in the screen 110 of the electronic device 100: applications 111, 114, 115, and 121 are applications associated with camera calls, applications 112, 120, and 122 are applications associated with microphone calls, applications 113, 117, and 119 are applications associated with WiFi module calls, and applications 116 and 118 are applications not associated with any hardware and software component calls.
In addition, preferably, the electronic device 100 may further classify and arrange the application programs according to the identification information, so that the application programs calling the same software and hardware components are adjacently arranged, and thus, once a user finds an application program icon associated with a specific software and hardware call, the user may find a group of icons having the same attribute information, thereby further reducing the search range of the icons, saving the search time of the icons, and sufficiently improving the user experience.
Hereinafter, an information processing method and an information processing apparatus according to a second embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to fig. 7 and 8.
Fig. 7 illustrates an information processing method according to a second embodiment of the present invention, and fig. 8 illustrates an information processing apparatus 300 according to a second embodiment of the present invention.
The information processing method according to the second embodiment of the present invention illustrated in fig. 7 may be applied to one or more electronic apparatuses 100, the electronic apparatuses 100 including at least a first component, and at least one application program installed in the electronic apparatuses 100. The information processing method can be realized by the information processing apparatus 300 illustrated in fig. 8. As illustrated in fig. 8, the information processing apparatus 300 may include: a detection unit 340, a determination unit 350, a generation unit 320, and a display unit 360.
In the following, the second embodiment of the present invention will be described in detail in the following scenario, wherein the electronic device 100 is a mobile phone using an Android operating system, the first component is a camera, and the information processing method is applied to the distinctive identification of an application program for calling the camera.
As illustrated in fig. 7, an information processing method according to a second embodiment of the present invention includes:
in step S710, a call of a first component is detected.
Unlike the first embodiment in which the determination unit 310 actively determines whether the application program started according to the user's selection calls the first component, the detection unit 340 passively detects the call of the first component in the second embodiment.
Specifically, the detecting unit 340 may also perform real-time communication with a hardware interface unit (not shown) in the electronic device 100, and determine whether the first component is called through the hardware interface unit.
Then, the detection unit 240 generates a corresponding detection result according to the result fed back by the hardware interface unit, and transmits it to the determination unit 350.
In step S720, when the first part is found to be being called, a second application for calling the first part is determined.
Upon receiving the detection result from the detection unit 240, the determination unit 350 parses the content indicated by the detection result.
On the one hand, if the detection result indicates that there is an application accessing the first component, the determining unit 350 determines a second application for calling the first component via the detecting unit 240 or directly through a hardware interface unit.
Specifically, for example, the hardware interface unit may determine identification information (e.g., a handle, an identifier, a pointer, a data address, etc.) of an application program for calling the first component, and transmit the identification information to the determination unit 350. The determination unit 350 may uniquely determine the application program after parsing the identification information.
On the other hand, if the detection result indicates that there is no application accessing the first component, the determination unit 350 does not perform any operation, and the information processing method ends.
In step S730, first identification information is generated for the second application.
Since the determination unit 350 determines in step S720 that the second application calls the first component at the time of startup or during execution, the generation unit 320 generates first identification information for the second application, the first identification information indicating that the second application is associated with the first component.
In step S740, a set of applications having the first identification information is displayed.
Next, in order to provide only all the applications including the first identification information associated with the first component to the user so as to be distinguished from other applications, in the information processing apparatus 300, the display unit 360 further displays a set of applications having the first identification information.
Accordingly, in order to better implement the above-described display operation to provide more reference information to the user, the information processing apparatus 300 may preferably include, in addition to the display unit 360: one or more of a receiving unit, a searching unit, a recording unit, a calculating unit, a storing unit, a reading unit, and a monitoring unit (not shown).
Specifically, after the information processing apparatus generates identification information for each application installed in the electronic device 100, the user may wish to identify an application for calling the first component differently from other applications. At this time, the user may issue a first display instruction to the information processing apparatus 300.
Accordingly, in the information processing apparatus 300, the receiving unit may receive the first display instruction and forward it to the search unit.
The search unit parses the first display instruction, determines that a user wishes to search for an application for invoking a first component, and determines that the first component is associated with first identification information. Then, the search unit searches the electronic device for the set of applications having the first identification information, and feeds back the search result to the display unit 360.
Finally, the display unit 360 displays a set of applications for calling the first component to the user through the display screen 110 of the electronic apparatus 100.
Further, in the first example, preferably, in the process of determining the second application for calling the first component in step S720, the recording unit may record the number of times and the time when the second application calls the first component, and the notification storage unit stores the number of times and the time. More preferably, the information processing apparatus 300 may further include a calculation unit configured to calculate a frequency with which the second application calls the first component based on the number of times and the time, and notify the storage unit to store the frequency.
In this way, when the display unit 360 displays a set displaying applications for calling a first component to a user through the display screen 110 of the electronic device 100, the reading unit may read the number of times, time, and/or frequency that each application in the set calls the first component and transmit them to the display unit, so that the display unit displays the number of times, time, and/or frequency that each application in the set calls the first component while the display unit displays the set.
In the second example, preferably, in the process of determining the second application for calling the first component in step S720, the monitoring unit may monitor the resource occupation status of the second application when calling the first component, and notify the storage unit to store the resource occupation status.
In this way, when the display unit 360 displays a set of applications for calling the first component to the user through the display screen 110 of the electronic device 100, the reading unit may read the resource occupation status of each application in the set when calling the first component and send them to the display unit, so that the display unit is also used for displaying the resource occupation status of each application in the set when calling the first component while displaying the set.
In the third example, preferably, when the display unit 360 displays a set of applications for calling the first component to the user through the display screen 110 of the electronic device 100, the reading unit may read a function description of each application in the set, for example, the function description may be used to briefly or in detail describe what the function of each application is, so that the user determines which application the user wishes to open to access the first component according to the function description. The reading unit then sends them to the display unit, so that the display unit is also used to display the functional description of each application in the collection while displaying the collection.
In this way, the user can obtain more information from the information processing apparatus 300 for reference before selecting an application desired to be used from among the displayed applications to assist the user in performing the above-described selection operation.
It can be seen that with the information processing method and the information processing apparatus according to the second embodiment of the present invention, it is possible to first detect whether the first part is being called, determine a second application program for calling the first part when the first part is found being called, assign first identification information associated with the first part to the second application program, and display a set of application programs having the first identification information to a user. Thus, in the second embodiment of the present invention, various applications installed in the electronic device can be classified and displayed according to one or more identification information associated with one or more components, and when a user needs to find a certain application for invoking a first component, only a set of related applications can be automatically displayed to the user according to the first identification information associated with the first component, so that the arrangement of file icons can be realized in a "class by class" manner, so that icons of the same function can automatically gather together as attractive as themselves.
Fig. 9 illustrates an effect diagram of the solution according to the second embodiment of the invention.
Referring to fig. 9, a plurality of applications are installed in the electronic device 100, as indicated by icons 115 to 122 displayed on the screen 110 of the electronic device 100, and the applications 115 and 122 require a camera to be invoked when being started.
With the information processing method according to the second embodiment of the present invention illustrated in fig. 7, it is possible to first detect whether a first component is called and determine a second application for calling the first component, assign first identification information associated with the first component to the second application, and finally display a set of applications having the first identification information to a user in the following various ways.
In one example, one or more folder icons 111 and 114 can be newly created in the electronic device and the icons of all applications 115 and 122 having first identifying information associated with a first component (e.g., a camera) can be moved into the first folder 111. Likewise, icons for all applications having second identifying information associated with a second component (e.g., a microphone) may also be moved into the second folder 112, icons for all applications having third identifying information associated with a third component (e.g., a WiFi module) may be moved into the third folder 113, icons for all applications having fourth identifying information associated with a fourth component (e.g., a 3G module) may be moved into the fourth folder 114, and so on.
Therefore, a user can intuitively view the application program related to the specific software and hardware component call by clicking the folders related to different software and hardware components, so that the application programs calling the same software and hardware components are arranged in one folder, and the user can simply and conveniently locate the icon of the required application program.
In another example, the set of applications with the different identification information may also be displayed to the user by a launcher (launcher) in the electronic device instead of the folder described above.
In still another example, an application program may be newly built in the electronic device to execute the information processing method according to the second embodiment of the present invention, so that the application program may collect information of the application program for calling various software and hardware components. Specifically, the following description will be continued with a camera as an example of software and hardware components.
For example, an application may be newly built in the electronic device 100, and the newly built application may add a search function in the camera application on the basis of the existing camera application, that is, all applications that need to call the camera hardware need to record information in the HAL layer and form an information recording table when calling the camera, or perform related information collection when installing the application, so as to add a search term in the newly built application, so that each time the camera is run or the newly built application is called, the information recording table may be queried to integrate all camera-related applications on the electronic device once and give shortcuts (e.g., program icons) of all applications in the newly built application. Therefore, the invention can use the application program related to the camera by better optimization, so that a user can call all the application programs related to the camera call installed in the electronic equipment only by entering the newly-built application program without laboriously searching the application programs in the electronic equipment one by one, thereby greatly simplifying the searching time of the user and improving the use frequency of various application programs.
It should be noted that, although the information processing method and the information processing apparatus according to the present invention are described above in the first embodiment and the second embodiment, the present invention is not limited thereto. The first embodiment may also be combined with the second embodiment, in whole or in part, to achieve the objects of the present invention.
For example, in the third embodiment, steps S410 to S420 in the first embodiment and step S740 in the second embodiment may be included, that is, it is first determined whether a first application installed in the electronic device calls a first part at the time of startup, if the first application calls the first part at the time of startup, first identification information associated with the first part is assigned to the first application, and a set of applications having the first identification information is displayed to a user in various ways such as a folder. In addition, preferably, the icon of the folder can be modified according to the identification information of the application program in the folder, so that the user can quickly determine the software and hardware components associated with the application program according to the icon of the folder.
In the fourth embodiment, steps S710-S730 in the second embodiment and step S430 in the first embodiment may be included, that is, it may be first detected whether the first part is called, when the first part is found to be called, a second application program for calling the first part is determined, the second application program is assigned with first identification information associated with the first part, and an icon of the second application program is modified according to the first identification information.
In a fifth embodiment, all steps in the first and second embodiments may be included to ensure that identification information is not exhaustively assigned to applications invoking various software and hardware components.
Further, it should be noted that although the information processing method and the information processing apparatus according to the present invention are described above taking various hardware components (such as a camera, a microphone, a speaker, and the like) as examples, the present invention is not limited thereto. The invention can also judge whether the application program installed in the electronic equipment executes a certain software function at the time of starting or during the running, and when the application program is judged to need to execute the software function, corresponding identification information is generated for the application program. In this way, all applications including identification information associated with a certain software function can be provided to the user only, differently from other applications, so that the user can identify the applications not only according to the invocation of the hardware component but also according to the execution of the software function.
Through the above description of the embodiments, those skilled in the art will clearly understand that the present invention may be implemented by means of software plus a necessary hardware platform, and may also be implemented by software or hardware entirely. With this understanding in mind, all or part of the technical solutions of the present invention that contribute to the background can be embodied in the form of a software product, which can be stored in a storage medium, such as a ROM/RAM, a magnetic disk, an optical disk, etc., and includes several instructions for causing a computer device (which can be a personal computer, a server, or a network device, etc.) to execute the methods according to the embodiments or some parts of the embodiments.
Various embodiments of the present invention are described in detail above. However, those skilled in the art will appreciate that various modifications, combinations, or sub-combinations of the embodiments may be made without departing from the spirit and principle of the invention, and such modifications are intended to be within the scope of the invention.
