The invention consists of a brake wheel 1, a quincuncial elastic block 2, an inserted coupling 3, a rear auxiliary cavity 4, a fluid coupling main body 5 and a fixing bolt 6.
As shown in fig. 1, one end of a brake wheel 1 is used for being connected with a driving mechanism speed reducer, the other end is used for being connected with an inserted coupling 3, the diameter of the brake wheel 1 is larger than that of a rear auxiliary cavity 4, and the rear auxiliary cavity 4 can be nested into the brake wheel 1.
Half of the plug-in coupling 3 is fixedly connected with the brake wheel 1 through bolts, and the other half is fixedly connected with the rear auxiliary cavity 4 through bolts.
The plug-in coupling 3 has a larger plug-in block size than a conventional plug-in coupling plug-in block, and is redundant in design capacity, and the redundancy range is determined according to various fluid coupling sizes to be replaced. The different insertion depths of the insertion blocks enable the depth of the rear auxiliary cavity 4 which is nested into the brake wheel 1 to be changed accordingly, and therefore the length of the hydraulic coupler is adjusted.
