Abstract
The invention relates to a high-puncture-strength high-polarity flame-retardant waterproof sheet and a preparation method thereof, wherein the waterproof sheet comprises the following raw materials in percentage by weight: 10-30% of high-density polyethylene; 0-10% of linear low-density polyethylene; 30-60% of metallocene-catalyzed linear low-density polyethylene; 10-20% of modified resin; 5-15% of a flame retardant; wherein the modified resin is a resin containing polar groups. The waterproof sheet material provided by the invention takes high-density polyethylene and metallocene-catalyzed linear low-density polyethylene as main body resins, and is supplemented with modified resin and a flame retardant, so that the prepared waterproof sheet material has high puncture resistance, excellent tensile property and elongation, flame retardance, improved polarity on the surface of the waterproof sheet material, increased surface energy and improved wettability, and further the bonding property between the waterproof sheet material and a glue layer is improved.
Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of underground waterproofing, and relates to a main material of a high-molecular self-adhesive film waterproof coiled material in the building waterproofing industry, in particular to a high-puncture-strength high-polarity flame-retardant waterproof sheet material, a preparation method thereof and a waterproof coiled material.
Background
In the prior art, the main structure of the underground waterproof engineering generally adopts waterproof concrete, and a main material layer of a waterproof material is usually laid on the upstream surface of the concrete structure. However, the following problems still exist:

Chinese patent publication No. CN106285727A discloses an anti-sticking waterproof sheet, which comprises a waterproof sheet layer, a self-adhesive layer, and an anti-sticking coating film layer stacked in sequence, wherein the waterproof sheet layer is made of 20 to 40 parts by weight of high density polyethylene, 10 to 30 parts by weight of linear low density polyethylene, 10 to 20 parts by weight of metallocene polyethylene, 15 to 30 parts by weight of ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer, and 15 to 30 parts by weight of ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer modified polyethylene. However, the tensile strength of the waterproof sheet layer is only 24MPa, and the waterproof sheet layer is at risk of separating the sheet from the adhesive layer, has no fire resistance and has potential safety hazard.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to overcome the defects of the prior art and provide a flame-retardant waterproof sheet with high puncture resistance and high polarity and a preparation method thereof.

the waterproof sheet material disclosed by the invention takes high-density polyethylene and metallocene-catalyzed linear low-density polyethylene as main resins, and is supplemented with modified resin and a flame retardant, so that the prepared waterproof sheet material has high puncture resistance, excellent tensile property and elongation, overcomes the non-fire-resistant characteristic of a common PE sheet material, improves the safety of construction site use, avoids risks, also improves the polarity of the surface of the waterproof sheet material, increases the surface energy, improves the wettability, further improves the bonding property of the waterproof sheet material and an adhesive layer, effectively avoids the risk of separation of the sheet material and the adhesive layer, improves the waterproof property of the material, and can play a role in toughening due to the addition of the modified resin in the raw material of the sheet material, thereby improving the flexibility of the waterproof sheet material.
According to the preparation method, a single-screw extruder is used for preparing the waterproof sheet with high puncture resistance, high surface energy and flame retardance through the procedures of material mixing, drying, extruding, three-roller matte shaping, flattening shaping, rolling and the like, and the preparation method is simple in process and easy to realize mass production. The sheet material is suitable for the waterproof field of underground engineering, can be well suitable for various complex underground environments, and is more convenient to construct due to hot-melt welding performance.

Example 1
The present embodiment provides a high puncture strength, high polarity flame retardant waterproof sheet, the raw material composition and the amount of which are shown in table 1, wherein,
high Density Polyethylene (HDPE): the density is 948kg/m3HDPE with melt index of 10g/10min, from Qilu petrochemical company, and its trade mark is 6098.
Linear Low Density Polyethylene (LLDPE): using a density of 920kg/m3LLDPE having a melt index of 0.9g/10min, available from Shanghai Seiko Co under the designation 0209 AA.
Metallocene-catalyzed linear low density polyethylene (MLLDPE): with a density of 918kg/m3MLLDPE having a melt index of 1.0g/10min and available from Exxon Mobil under the trademark 3518.
Modified resin: the maleic anhydride grafted polyethylene is from Nanjing tough plastic LLC under the brand name MHDPE.
Flame retardant: the bromine-antimony flame-retardant system is from Guangzhou Qi raw new material Co., Ltd, and the brand is WT-S083.
The waterproof sheet is prepared by the following method:
(1) uniformly mixing the high-density polyethylene, the linear low-density polyethylene, the metallocene-catalyzed linear low-density polyethylene, the modified resin and the flame retardant according to a formula to obtain a mixture;
(2) setting corresponding process parameters according to a production process operation instruction, performing melt extrusion on the mixture prepared in the step (1) through a single-screw extruder, performing three-roller press polishing forming, flattening and shaping to obtain the waterproof sheet, wherein the extrusion process parameters of the single-screw extruder are as follows: the temperature of a machine barrel of the main machine is 190-; the three-roller press polish forming process parameters are as follows: the set temperatures of the upper roller, the middle roller and the lower roller are respectively 50 ℃, 60 ℃ and 40 ℃.
Example 2
This example provides a high puncture strength, high polarity flame retardant waterproof sheet, which is prepared from the following raw materials, except for the following raw materials, the raw materials are selected from the same example 1, the amounts of the components are shown in table 1, wherein,
high Density Polyethylene (HDPE): the density is 950kg/m3And HDPE with a melt index of 0.8-1.2g/10min, available from Lanzhou petrochemical company, and having a designation of 5000S.
Linear Low Density Polyethylene (LLDPE): using a density of 920kg/m3LLDPE with a melt index of 1.8g/10min, from Lanzhou petrochemical company, under the designation 7042.
Metallocene-catalyzed linear low density polyethylene (MLLDPE): the density is 927kg/m3MLLDPE having a melt index of 1.3g/10min and available from Exxon Mobil, Inc. under the trademark 1327 HA.
Modified resin: the maleic anhydride grafted ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer is from Nanjing plastitai polymer science and technology Limited and has the brand name of EVA-G-3.
The waterproof sheet was prepared in the same manner as in example 1.
Example 3
This example provides a high puncture strength, high polarity flame retardant waterproof sheet, which is prepared from the following raw materials, except for the following raw materials, the raw materials are selected from the same example 1, the amounts of the components are shown in table 1, wherein,
modified resin: chlorinated polyethylene, available from Weifang Yaxing chemical Co., Ltd., brand No. 5236.
The waterproof sheet was prepared in the same manner as in example 1.
Example 4
This example provides a high puncture strength, high polarity flame retardant waterproof sheet, which is prepared from the following raw materials, except for the following raw materials, the raw materials are selected from the same example 1, the amounts of the components are shown in table 1, wherein,
modified resin: the mass ratio of the maleic anhydride grafted PE to the maleic anhydride grafted EVA is 1: 1.
The waterproof sheet was prepared in the same manner as in example 1.
Comparative example 1
This comparative example provides a water-resistant sheet having the same raw material selection as in example 1, and the amounts of the respective components are shown in Table 1.
Comparative example 2
This comparative example provides a water-resistant sheet having the same raw material selection as in example 1, and the amounts of the respective components are shown in Table 1.
Comparative example 3
This comparative example provides a waterproof sheet, which was prepared in the same manner as in example 1 except that the modified resin was used in the amounts shown in Table 1.
The modified resin used in this example was an ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer (Yangzhinized BASF V5110J).
Comparative example 4
This comparative example provides a water-resistant sheet, in which the flame retardant was aluminum hydroxide, and the other raw materials were selected in the same manner as in example 1, and the amounts of the respective components are shown in Table 1.

Performance testing
The waterproof sheets of examples 1 to 4 and comparative examples 1 to 4 were subjected to performance tests, and the results are shown in table 2.
Test methods reference:
(1) dyne values were tested using an Arcotest dyne pen, and a line was drawn on the experimental sheet and shrinkage was observed within 3 seconds. If the contraction is faster, the dyne pen with the small label is changed for continuous testing; if no shrinkage, the Dain pen with large label is replaced for testing.
(2) Tensile strength and elongation: testing according to ASTM D412 dumbbell type.
(3) Impact resistance: the impact resistance test specified in GB/T23457-2009 pre-laid waterproofing membrane.
(4) Flame retardancy: the test is carried out according to the vertical method of GB/T2408-2008 'determination of plastic combustion performance horizontal method and vertical method'.

10-30% of high-density polyethylene;
0-10% of linear low-density polyethylene;
30-60% of metallocene-catalyzed linear low-density polyethylene;
10-20% of modified resin;
5-15% of a flame retardant;
wherein the modified resin is a resin containing polar groups;
the modified resin is one or a combination of more of maleic anhydride graft and chlorinated polyethylene;
the maleic anhydride graft is maleic anhydride grafted polyethylene or a mixture of maleic anhydride grafted polyethylene and maleic anhydride grafted ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer in a mass ratio of 1: 1;
the flame retardant is a bromine-antimony flame retardant system.
2. The flame-retardant waterproof sheet with high puncture strength and high polarity as claimed in claim 1, wherein: the high density polyethylene has a density of 945kg/m3~970kg/m3。
3. The flame-retardant waterproof sheet with high puncture strength and high polarity as claimed in claim 1, wherein: the linear low density polyethylene has a density of 915kg/m3~945kg/m3。
4. The flame-retardant waterproof sheet with high puncture strength and high polarity as claimed in claim 1, wherein: the density of the metallocene-catalyzed linear low-density polyethylene is 915kg/m3~925kg/m3。
5. The preparation method of the high puncture strength and high polarity flame retardant waterproof sheet according to any one of claims 1 to 4, wherein the preparation method comprises the following steps:
(1) uniformly mixing the high-density polyethylene, the linear low-density polyethylene, the metallocene-catalyzed linear low-density polyethylene, the modified resin and the flame retardant according to a formula to obtain a mixture;
(2) and (2) melting and extruding the mixture prepared in the step (1) through a single-screw extruder, carrying out three-roller press polishing and forming, and flattening and shaping to obtain the waterproof sheet.
