In the following, a handpiece 100 according to an embodiment of the present invention is described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings, and the handpiece 100 can be used for the bladeless fan 300 shown in fig. 6, and can also be used for other configurations of bladeless fans.
Referring to fig. 1 to 5, a handpiece 100 according to an embodiment of the present invention includes: an inner shell 10, a middle shell 20 and an outer shell 30.
Specifically, the inner case 10 includes a first inner case 11 and a second inner case 12, and the first inner case 11 and the second inner case 12 are horizontally spaced apart, for example, as shown in fig. 4, the first inner case 11 and the second inner case 12 may be disposed spaced apart in the left-right direction. The first and second inner housings 11 and 12 extend upward, respectively. Here, the upward extension may be upward extension in the vertical direction, may extend upward obliquely to the vertical direction, may extend in an arc shape, may extend in a straight line shape, or may be a combination of a straight line shape and an arc shape.
The middle casing 20 may be disposed at an outer side of the inner casing 10, and herein, the outer side of the inner casing 10 may be understood as a side of the first inner casing 11 and the second inner casing 12 away from or facing away from each other, i.e., the outer side of the inner casing 10 includes a side of the first inner casing 11 facing away from the second inner casing 12 and a side of the second inner casing 12 facing away from the first inner casing 11. For example, as shown in fig. 4 and 5, the first inner housing 11 and the second inner housing 12 are disposed left and right, and both the left side of the first inner housing 11 and the right side of the second inner housing 12 are outside of the inner housing 10.
Further, the middle case 20 may include a first middle case 21 and a second middle case 22, and the first middle case 21 and the second middle case 22 may be respectively in one-to-one correspondence with the first inner case 11 and the second inner case 12, and the first middle case 21 may be disposed at an outer side of the first inner case 11 and the second middle case 22 may be disposed at an outer side of the second inner case 12. The first middle housing 21 and the first inner housing 11 may cooperate to define a first channel 110, the second middle housing 22 and the second inner housing 12 may cooperate to define a second channel 120, a lower portion of the first channel 110 has a first air inlet 111, and a lower portion of the second channel 120 has a second air inlet 121.
It will be appreciated that, as shown in fig. 2, the first channel 110 further has a first air outlet 112, and the second channel 120 further has a second air outlet 122, so as to realize air outlet. Alternatively, the first air outlet 112 and the second air outlet 122 may be respectively formed into a long strip shape, so that the air outlet effect is better. The arrangement positions of the first air outlet 112 and the second air outlet 122 are not particularly limited, and may be disposed at the upper portion and/or the middle portion of the first duct 110.
As shown in fig. 6, when the handpiece 100 is disposed on the base 200 of the bladeless fan 300, wind in the base 200 may enter the first passage 110 from the first air inlet 111 and blow out from the air outlet of the first passage 110, and at the same time, wind may also enter the second passage 120 from the second air inlet 121 and blow out from the second air outlet 122 of the second passage 120.
Wherein, in the embodiment of the present invention, since the first and second inner housings 11 and 12 are horizontally spaced apart such that the formed first and second passages 110 and 120 may be disposed at a spaced apart, the upper portions of the first and second passages 110 and 120 are not directly communicated, and do not form a ring shape or an inverted U shape, as shown in fig. 5. Therefore, when wind flows upwards from the first channel 110 and the second channel 120 at the same time, the wind in the two channels cannot be hedging, the wind in the two channels has better fluidity, turbulence is not easy to occur, the wind outlet is more stable, and the wind outlet noise is smaller.
As shown in fig. 3, the housing 30 includes a first housing body 31 and a second housing body 32, the first housing body 31 being provided outside the first middle housing body 21, and the second housing body 32 being provided outside the second middle housing body 22. With reference to the foregoing understanding of the outer side, the outer side of the first middle casing 21 may be understood herein as the side of the first middle casing 21 facing away from the first inner casing 11, and the outer side of the second middle casing 22 may be understood as the side of the second middle casing 22 facing away from the second inner casing 12. For example, as shown in fig. 4 and 5, the first outer case 31 is provided on the left side of the first middle case 21, and the second outer case 32 is provided on the right side of the second middle case 22.
The first outer housing 31 and the second outer housing 32 are coupled to each other such that two spaced apart portions of the inner housing 10 and the middle housing 20 can be coupled by the outer housing 30, and the handpiece 100 can be formed as a single body coupled together with improved strength and improved stability. Meanwhile, the outer shell 30 can also play a role in protecting the inner shell 10 and the middle shell 20, so that deformation of the inner shell 10 and the middle shell 20 caused by external force is avoided, fluid flow in an air duct is influenced, turbulence and noise are generated, sound insulation and noise reduction can be achieved from the outer side, and the performance of the machine head 100 is further improved.
According to the handpiece 100 of the bladeless fan 300 of the embodiment of the invention, by arranging the first inner casing 11 and the second inner casing 12 which are spaced, and arranging the middle casing 20 and the outer casing 30 in sequence on the outer side, not only can the strength and the stability of the handpiece 100 be improved, but also the working noise can be reduced, and meanwhile, the flowing effect of wind and the air outlet performance can be improved.
Referring to fig. 1 to 5, the upper end of the first casing body 31 is connected to the upper end of the second casing body 32. Thus, not only the influence of the housing 30 on the air outlet of the handpiece 100 can be avoided, but also the appearance of the handpiece 100 is more attractive. Alternatively, the first casing body 31 and the second casing body 32 may be smoothly connected, for example, the casing 30 may be formed in a U-shape with a downward opening. Thereby, the outer shape of the handpiece 100 can be made more beautiful.
Alternatively, in some embodiments according to the present invention, the inner case 10 further includes an upper inner case 13, and the middle case 20 further includes an upper middle case 23, and as shown with reference to fig. 1 to 5, the upper inner case 13 and the upper middle case 23 may cooperate to define a third passage 130. As shown in fig. 5, the third channel 130 is blocked from both the first channel 110 and the second channel 120. Therefore, the conduction between the second channel 120 and the first channel 110 can be avoided, and the third channel 130 can be used as a mounting space for some parts such as a loudspeaker, so that the appearance of the handpiece 100 is more attractive and tidy, and the performance is further improved. As shown in fig. 1 to 5, the outer case 30 may cover the upper and middle cases 23 from the outside, providing protection for the upper and middle cases 23.
In addition, in some embodiments of the present invention, the third channel 130 may also be in communication with one of the first channel 110 and the second channel 120 and be isolated therefrom, so that the isolation of the second channel 120 and the second channel 120 may also be achieved, and may also function to extend the length of the first channel 110 or the second channel 120.
Referring to fig. 1 to 5, the third passage 130 may extend in an arc shape with a central portion protruding upward, and the first and second passages 110 and 120 extend in a vertical direction, respectively. Thus, the first channel 110, the second channel 120 and the third channel 130 may be formed in a U shape with a downward opening, the air flow is better, and the shape of the handpiece 100 may be made in a U shape, which is more beautiful.

That is, the inner case 10 may be formed as one piece, and the middle case 20 may be formed as one piece. Therefore, the sealing structure is convenient to manufacture, the joints of the channels are few, the sealing performance is good, and air leakage is not easy to occur.
Referring to fig. 1 to 4, the first air outlet 112 and the second air outlet 122 may be formed at the junctions of the inner case 10 and the middle case 20, respectively. Therefore, the air outlet directivity is good, an opening is not required to be specially arranged, the connecting structure of the inner shell 10 and the middle shell 20 can be more skillfully utilized, and the structural design is more reasonable.
Alternatively, the outer case 30 is welded with the middle case 20, and the welding site may be located outside the first air outlet 112 or the second air outlet 122. Specifically, the first outer case 31 and the first middle case 21 may be welded and the welded portion may be located outside the first air outlet 112, whereby deformation of the first air outlet 112 may be avoided; the second outer case 32 and the second middle case 22 may be welded and the welded portion may be located outside the second air outlet 122, whereby deformation of the second air outlet 122 may be avoided. Referring to fig. 5, a sound insulation chamber 140 may be formed between the outer case 22 and the inner case 21, and noise may be further reduced by providing the sound insulation chamber 140, wherein the sound insulation chamber 140 may be a cavity, and the noise reducing effect may be further improved by a structure (the sound insulation chamber 140, the outer case 30) having different sound insulation effects, since a transmission speed of sound or the like may be reduced when sound passes through the sound insulation chamber having an empty inside.
In addition, a soundproof member (not shown), such as a sponge, may be provided in the soundproof chamber 140, thereby further improving the noise reduction effect. Of course, the outer case 30 may be attached to the outer side surface of the middle case 20, and the noise reduction effect may be achieved as well.
According to some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 4, the inner side surface of the outer case 30 may be formed with a groove 301, and the outer surface of the middle case 20 may be provided with a protrusion 201 to be engaged with the groove 301. Thus, the matching of the groove 301 and the projection 201 can play a role in positioning the outer shell 30 and the middle shell 20, and the reliability and accuracy of assembly are improved.
Further, as shown in fig. 4, two ribs 302 may be provided on the inner side surface of the housing 30 at intervals in the width direction of the housing 30, and a groove 301 is formed between the two ribs 302, the ribs 302 extending in the length direction of the housing 30. Thus, not only the positioning effect can be enhanced, but also the strength of the housing 30 can be enhanced.
The present invention is not particularly limited to the shape of the cross section of the first and second passages 110 and 120, and alternatively, as shown in fig. 4, the width of the cross section of the first passage 110 may decrease from the middle to the both ends, and the width of the cross section of the second passage 120 may decrease from the middle to the both ends. Therefore, wind can flow more intensively to the middle part, flow more rapidly and smoothly, and the stability of the wind outlet is further improved.
The connection mode of the inner case 10, the middle case 20 and the outer case 30 is not particularly limited, and alternatively, the inner case 10 and the middle case 20 may be welded, bonded or integrally formed, and the outer case 30 and the middle case 20 may be welded, bonded or integrally formed, so that the connection is reliable and the operation is convenient. For example, in some specific examples of the present invention, the inner shell 10 is ultrasonically welded to the middle shell 20, the middle shell 20 is ultrasonically welded to the outer shell 30, the welding effect is good, and the handpiece 100 is attractive in appearance and high in reliability.
As shown in fig. 6, the present invention also proposes a bladeless fan 300, and the bladeless fan 300 may include a base 200 and a handpiece 100 according to an embodiment of the present invention, the handpiece 100 may be mounted on the base 200, an air chamber may be formed in the base 200, and the air chamber may be in communication with the first air inlet 111 and the second air inlet 121, so that air in the base 200 may enter into the first channel 110 and the second channel 120.
