Detailed Description
As shown in fig. 1 to 10, the present invention provides an air conditioner indoor unit panel, comprising:
a panel body 1 comprising at least four sides;
a side plate 2, at least one of the side plates 2, wherein one of the side plates 2 is connected to one of the sides of the panel body 1 (a side plate is a defined name that is connected to a side of the panel body);
the panel is processed into an integrated structure in an integrated processing mode, and the panel main body 1 and the side plate 2 are not detachable.
Through the integrated structure of processing mode processing as integrated into one piece with the panel main part with be dismantled and assembled between the side board, can make the indoor set panel of air conditioner not have non-smooth transition region to make the panel form seamless whole outward appearance, improved the holistic outward appearance aesthetic measure of panel.
Preferably, the side plate 2 includes a first side plate and a second side plate that are disposed opposite to each other, a first air outlet 11a is disposed on the panel body 1 at a position where the first side plate is connected to the first side plate, and a second air outlet 11b is disposed on the panel body 1 at a position where the second side plate is connected to the first side plate, such that the first air outlet 11a and the second air outlet 11b are disposed opposite to each other; an air inlet 21 is provided in at least one of the remaining side panels 2. The air outlet and the specific arrangement positions of the air inlet are that the air outlet arranged at the two ends of the panel main body can form air outlet in the direction perpendicular to the surface direction of the panel main body (downward air outlet is preferable for a motor home to cool the room), the air inlet arranged on the side plate can effectively prevent the air inlet from being arranged on the panel main body, so that the panel can intake air from the side, the air inlet opening is prevented from being arranged on the panel main body to form a gap, the seamless effect seen from the front is realized, the attractive degree is improved, the air inlet is arranged far away from the air outlet, the mutual air cross between the air inlet and the air outlet is avoided, and the performance of the air conditioner is improved.
Preferably, the surface of the panel is an integral cambered surface structure. Therefore, the edge angle of the flat plate can not be observed visually relative to the plane structure, so that the transition surface is smooth and seamless, and the aesthetic degree of the panel is improved.
Preferably, when the first air outlet 11a, the second air outlet 11b and the air inlet 21 are included, the cambered surface structure extends from one side free end to the other side free end along an arc path, and the first air outlet 11a is located at the one side free end of the cambered surface structure and the second air outlet 11b is located at the other arc extending free end of the cambered surface structure. The first air outlet and the second air outlet are arranged at the two ends of the panel with the higher cambered surface, so that two effects are achieved: 1. the whole panel machine looks beautiful, the first air outlet and the second air outlet are not abrupt, and the transition between the first air outlet and the second air outlet is 2 and arc-shaped, so that the air outlet is designed into a shape with a certain height and width which are suitable for the air outlet, and the air outlet is favorable for air outlet and beauty. Further preferably, the side plates include 4, two of the arc-shaped extending free ends are oppositely arranged and are both in a plane structure, and the two side plates which are oppositely arranged are in a curved arc-shaped surface structure.
And the cambered surface angle of the panel is theta, the length of the panel is L11, and when the length L11 of the panel is constant, the value range of theta is 15 degrees to 45 degrees. Preferably injection molded by a mold. As shown in fig. 3, a tangent plane of the panel main body, on which the free end of one side of the first air outlet is arranged, and a tangent plane of the free end of the other side of the second air outlet is arranged are drawn, wherein the cambered surface angle θ is an included angle formed between the two perpendicular lines (as shown in fig. 3), and the smaller angle indicates that the surface of the panel is flatter and the larger angle indicates that the surface is more curved; this angle is related to the panel length L11 (the panel length is the linear distance between one side free end and the other side free end, as in fig. 3), and as L11 becomes longer, the angle θ increases accordingly; when the length L11 is fixed, the theta ranges from 15 degrees to 45 degrees, when the angle is too small, the arc line is flattened, the L10 size is reduced (L10 is the distance between the bisector of the vertical direction of the air inlet and the bottom end of the air inlet), and when the L10=0, the straight panel is formed, and the straight panel is integrated, but the edge angle is too obvious and is not attractive; when the angle is overlarge, the arc is overturned, so that the overall thickness is increased, the L10 size is enlarged, and the view is relatively bloated, so that the appearance is influenced. When this angle is relatively suitable, such as when installed at an arc of 22 degrees, the panel has little sense of thickening from the human perspective. Preferably, the panel further comprises a grid 3, the air inlet 21 is a groove structure matched with the shape of the grid, and the grid 3 can be clamped into the groove structure. By arranging the air inlet in a groove structure which is matched with the shape of the grille, the grille can be effectively clamped into the groove structure, and the air inlet is a preferable structure and arrangement form of the air inlet. Further preferably, the lower edge of the grille is provided as an arc border which cooperates with the arc surface of the arc panel.
Preferably, the width dimension of the groove structure is set to L1 (as shown in fig. 4 and 5, the width distance of the groove structure along the vertical direction of the panel surface is the width distance of the groove structure, wherein the upper edge of the groove structure is a broken line, see fig. 5, that is, a notch-shaped groove with no entity at the upper edge is formed), the width dimension of the grid is set to L2 (the width distance of the grid along the vertical direction of the panel surface), and L1> L2 is provided. The existing indoor units of the car as a house air conditioner are assembled from bottom to top, and various gaps are inevitably generated, as shown in fig. 5. In this example, the side-mounted air inlet grille is adopted, and the whole panel is designed as a whole, as shown in fig. 5. In order to facilitate the disassembly and assembly of the air inlet grille, the panel needs to be provided with a mounting gap, as shown in fig. 5, a dotted line is an outer edge contour line of the air inlet grille after being mounted, L1 is a mounting grille size reserved for the design of the panel, and the air inlet grille can be smoothly mounted and dismounted only when the contour size of the air inlet grille is L2 and L1 is larger than L2. And it is recommended that the unilateral gap Δl= (L1-L2)/2=1.5 mm, of course the gap value Δl may be in the range of 0-10mm. While the larger the slit value Δl is, the better for ensuring the convenience of installation, the smaller the slit value Δl is, the better for the aesthetic appearance. The method comprises the steps of carrying out a first treatment on the surface of the
And/or the design range of the grating thickness L3 is l3=3-25 mm, preferably l3=5-20 mm. The larger the L3 is, the larger the whole panel width is, so the grid thickness is not suitable to be too large, but too small the grid thickness cannot play the role and effect of the grid air guiding and supplying, and the effect of looking inwards from the side can be effectively blocked by the design thickness L3 of the side-mounted air inlet grid, so the grid thickness L3 has the preferable value range, and the effect is obtained through a great amount of experimental researches.
As shown in fig. 7, preferably, the height dimensions of the first air outlet 11 and the second air outlet 11b are L6, and the value range of L6 is l6=25-90 mm (more preferably 39 mm);
and/or the length dimensions of the first air outlet 11 and the second air outlet 11b are L7, and the value range of L7 is l7=20-150 mm (further preferably 80 mm);
and/or the width dimensions of the first air outlet 11 and the second air outlet 11b are L9, and the value range of L9 is l9=300-650 mm (more preferably 465 mm).
The dimension of the air outlets at the two ends of the panel is shown in fig. 7, the minimum thickness of the panel is determined by the air outlet height L6 (the air outlet height is the distance between the upper surface and the lower surface of the panel main body at the air outlet position, as shown in fig. 7), and the preferred value of L6 is 39mm, and can be 25-90mm. Too thin results in a small wind port to generate squeaking noise and a reduced amount of wind. Too thick can occupy the car as a house space, influences the interior wall cupboard door of car as a house and opens. The length direction L7 of the first air outlet and the second air outlet is too short (the length of the air outlet is the distance between the left end face and the right end face of the air outlet, as shown in fig. 7), wind blows directly without guiding, but when the length of the air outlet L7 is too long, for example, the L8 size (L8 is the virtual increased size), because the air quantity is fixed, the blowing distance is fixed, the guiding effect beyond the length end (L8-L7) is weakened, the guiding effect is not achieved, the guiding effect becomes an invalid structure, and condensation water drops are easy to generate when the guiding is too long, the preferable value of the L7 is 80mm, and the range is 20-150mm. The preferred value of the panel air outlet frame width dimension L9 (the air outlet width is in the plane contained in the panel main body, and the distance between the front end face and the rear end face of the air outlet is shown in fig. 8) is 465mm, the range is 300 to 650mm, and too small L9 can lead to small overall width of the panel, the air duct is affected, the assembly area of other parts is reduced, and the realization function is reduced. The whole width of the panel is too large, so that the interior space of the caravan can be occupied, and meanwhile, the roof opening of the caravan can be enlarged. Therefore, the size range of the air outlet can not only effectively meet the requirements of air outlet refrigeration, but also avoid the conditions of overlarge volume, incapability of playing a role of air guiding, noise generation and the like, and improve the running performance of the air conditioner.
Preferably, at least part of the panel is formed into a light-transmitting portion having a receiving space by injection molding; preferably, a light source 4 displaying brightness is correspondingly arranged inside the light transmitting part, and/or a remote control receiver 5 is correspondingly arranged inside the light transmitting part. The panel is injection molded into the light-transmitting part with the accommodating space, and the light source and/or the remote control receiver can be preferably arranged inside the light-transmitting part, so that the situation that holes or grooves are formed in order to arrange the light source and/or the remote control receiver is effectively avoided, gaps are formed in the panel due to the holes or the grooves, the appearance is greatly influenced, and the appearance of the indoor unit panel is effectively improved.
The light source is arranged in the light-transmitting part, so that the light of the light source can be emitted from the interior of the panel without opening holes or grooves, and the condition that the panel is not attractive due to the opening holes or grooves is prevented; the remote control receiver is arranged in the light-transmitting part, so that the remote control signal can be received through the injection molding panel without opening holes or slotting, the condition that the remote control receiver can be arranged only by opening holes or slotting on the panel is avoided, and the problem that the panel is not attractive due to opening holes or slotting is effectively prevented.
Preferably, the grille is an air inlet grille or an air outlet grille. Like this can not only carry out the air inlet through the grid of this department, can also carry out the air-out through this department grid to make air inlet grid and air-out grid all can be set up in the side of panel, prevented effectively that the front from seting up grid mounting means and making the front produce structure such as gap and influence the pleasing to the eye of panel, further improved the aesthetic measure of panel effectively.
The invention also provides an air conditioner indoor unit, which comprises the air conditioner indoor unit panel. Through the panel including aforementioned integrated structure, with the panel through integrated into one piece's processing mode processing structure as an organic whole panel main part with can not dismantle between the side board, can make the indoor set panel of air conditioner not have non-smooth transition region to make the panel form seamless whole outward appearance, improved the holistic outward appearance aesthetic measure of panel, thereby improved the aesthetic measure of indoor set of air conditioner.
As shown in fig. 9-10, the mounting distance between the substrate 8 and the side board 2 is preferably L4, the width of the side board 2 is L5, and the suitable ratio of L4/L5 is 0-10. In order to ensure that the substrate can be normally and reliably loaded into the panel from the side of the frame of the mounting grid, if the adaptation ratio is too large, if L4 is larger, the distance between the substrate and the side plate is larger, the width L5 of the side plate cannot be too small to prevent the substrate from being loaded, and if L4 is smaller, the distance between the substrate and the side plate is smaller, and if the width L5 of the side plate is unnecessarily large, the thickness of the panel is increased; stated another way, because the substrate is to be installed from the frame gap (i.e., the grid is installed), the smaller the L5, i.e., the thinner the panel thickness, the more difficult the substrate is to be installed and fixed (bolts, etc.), so the smaller the L4 should be, facilitating installation and fastening; whereas the larger L5 is, the more space is enough to mount the substrate, L4 can be properly enlarged, and the less influence is exerted on the mounting. The recommended L4/L5 adaptation ratio is 1:1; or 0.8; or 0.6; the protection range of the scheme is 0-10 or more; however, when the ratio exceeds 2, the whole installation becomes difficult or a special tool is required for implementation.
Preferably, the air conditioner indoor unit is installed at the top in the caravan. This is the preferred installation location for the air conditioning indoor unit of the present invention, i.e. forming a motor home air conditioner.
The invention is characterized in that:
1. through the integral design of the whole front surface, the whole appearance without any gap is realized.
2. The display is realized in a light transmission mode of the injection molding piece, the remote control receiving is realized by the injection molding piece, the integrity is ensured, and the front surface is seamless;
3. the panel is of an arc structure, the first air outlet 11a is positioned at the free end of one side edge of the arc structure, the second air outlet 11b is positioned at the free end of the other arc extension of the arc structure, the whole panel can be attractive in appearance, the first air outlet and the second air outlet are not abrupt, the arc transition is realized, the air outlet can be designed into a shape with a certain height and width which are suitable for the air outlet, and the air outlet and the attractive appearance are facilitated;
4. the design mode of the air inlet at two sides and the movable disassembly and assembly air inlet grille realize that the whole gap is transferred to a region which is not easy to see visually, and the effect of reducing the gap in the whole appearance is improved.
The beneficial effects are that: the front integration and no seam are realized, and the aesthetic property of the panel and even the indoor unit of the air conditioner is enhanced.
It will be readily appreciated by those skilled in the art that the above advantageous ways can be freely combined and superimposed without conflict.
In the improvement of the invention, the integrated panel can be designed and disassembled into 2 air outlet frame parts according to the appearance and industrial design requirements, and the colors of the air outlet frames can be changed in a seamless manner by means of buckling, thermal welding or ultrasonic welding and the like, so that more attractive part products are formed.
The foregoing description of the preferred embodiments of the invention is not intended to be limiting, but rather is intended to cover all modifications, equivalents, and alternatives falling within the spirit and principles of the invention. The foregoing is merely a preferred embodiment of the present invention, and it should be noted that it will be apparent to those skilled in the art that modifications and variations can be made without departing from the technical principles of the present invention, and these modifications and variations should also be regarded as the scope of the invention.
