The working process of the specific film pasting mechanism is as follows: when the first detecting device 5026 detects that the paper 30 passes below the upper blade 5028, the first detecting device 5026 feeds back detected signals to the PLC controller, the PLC controller controls the feeding motor 50132 to work, the feeding motor 50132 rotates and conveys the film 5011 to the position below the upper blade 5028, the feeding motor 50132 stops working, the first cylinder 5027 moves downwards to enable the upper blade 5028 to cut off the film 5011, the film 5011 stops in situ to wait for the next paper, when the paper 30 passes through again, the first detecting device 5026 feeds back detected signals to the PLC controller again, the PLC controller controls the feeding motor 50132 to work, the feeding motor 50132 rotates and conveys the film 5011 to the position below the upper blade 5028, the feeding motor stops working, the first cylinder 5027 moves downwards to enable the upper blade 5028 to cut off the film 5011, the paper 30 is repeatedly worked in this way under the transmission of the paper first positioning transmission mechanism 40, the film 502 is taken away and conveyed to the press roller mechanism 504 under the action of the first press rod 503, and the finished product film is formed under the pressure of the press roller mechanism 504 and the press roller mechanism and the temperature of the paper 30, and the finished product film 60 is formed.

As shown in fig. 9 and 10, the film die-cutting mechanism 80 includes a die-cutting die assembly 801, a material ejection mechanism 802, a material pressing mechanism 803 and a conveying mechanism 804, where the die-cutting die assembly 801 includes two sets of die-cutting dies 8011, a second detecting device 8012, a second cylinder 8013, and a pull rod 8014 disposed on the second cylinder 8013, the two sets of die-cutting dies 8011 are disposed on the third moving platform 104, each set of die-cutting dies 8011 includes an upper die holder 8011, an upper blade 80112 disposed on the upper die holder 8011, a lower die holder 8013 disposed on the third moving platform 104, and a lower blade 80114 disposed on the lower die holder 8013, the upper blade 80112 is mounted in cooperation with the lower blade 80111, four guide posts 8015 (not shown in the drawing) are mounted on the upper die holder 8013, and the guide posts can slide in the guide posts 8015; the second detection device 8012 is arranged between the two sets of die cutting dies 8011, the second detection device 8012 is an infrared laser detector and is used for detecting whether the semi-finished film paper 60 reaches the lower part of the upper blade 80112, the second cylinder 8013 is connected with the upper die holder 8013 through a pull rod 8014, the second cylinder 8013 drives the pull rod 8014 to drive the upper die holder 8013 to move downwards so as to cut the semi-finished film paper 60, specifically, the two sets of die cutting dies 8011 are both designed by adopting the structure of the stamping dies, the dies are designed by positive pressure four guide columns, the performance of the dies is stable, the service life is long, the blades of the upper blade 80112 are made of high-quality stamping die materials, the service life is long, the symmetrical design is realized, the left and right sides of the upper blade 80112 can be interchanged, and the service life of the upper blade 80112 is increased by 1 time; the ejection mechanism 802 comprises an ejection cylinder (not shown in the figure) disposed at a side of the upper blade 80112, for ejecting the cut semi-finished film sheet 60 out of the upper blade 80112, the pressing mechanism 803 is disposed above the conveying mechanism 804, the pressing mechanism 803 comprises a pressing cylinder 8031 and a pressing roller 8032 disposed below the pressing cylinder 8031 and connected with the pressing cylinder 8031, the conveying mechanism 804 comprises a conveying wheel (not shown in the figure), and the pressing cylinder 8031 moves to enable the pressing roller 8032 to contact with the conveying wheel to drive the semi-finished film sheet 60 to be conveyed to the forming roller mechanism 90.
