Detailed Description
In order to make the technical problems, technical solutions and advantages of the present invention more apparent, the following detailed description is given with reference to the accompanying drawings and specific embodiments.
As shown in fig. 1, an embodiment of the present invention provides a method for updating a traffic flow template, which is used for a packet domain gateway, and includes the following steps:
step S101, receiving an entity session modification request which is sent by the policy charging control and only requests to modify the service flow template.
Step S102, judging whether the mobile communication terminal supports the updating of the service flow template, and obtaining a judgment result.
Step S103, when the judgment result indicates that the mobile communication terminal does not support the service flow template updating, the service flow template updating request is abandoned to be sent to the mobile communication terminal according to the entity conversation modification request.
In this embodiment, a User Equipment (UE) is attached to a 4G Core network (EPC) network to perform a service, and when a User switches services, a PCRF is triggered to authorize a TFT to be updated to a PGW. Judging whether the mobile communication terminal supports the service flow template updating or not according to the service flow template updating received by the PGW, and directly updating the service flow template locally according to a local preset strategy and not initiating the service flow template updating when the mobile communication terminal does not support the service flow template updating.
Through the processing, the embodiment of the invention effectively reduces the excessive and useless update messages sent by the packet domain gateway, thereby achieving the purpose of reducing the signaling load.
In the embodiment of the present invention, it is necessary to determine whether to locally update the service flow template according to the determination result, which is described below.
And when the judgment result indicates that the mobile communication terminal does not support the updating of the service flow template, locally updating the service flow template.
In the embodiment of the invention, when the mobile communication terminal does not support the updating of the service flow template, the updating of the service flow template is locally carried out according to a preset strategy, and after the updating is successful, a session modification success response is sent to the PCRF, and meanwhile, the service flow template updating process is not executed interactively with the UE.
In the embodiment of the invention, in order to avoid useless signaling interaction, whether the mobile communication terminal supports the service flow template updating needs to be judged in advance, so as to determine whether to perform the service flow template updating with the interaction of the UE according to the judgment result. And specifically, the way of judging whether the mobile communication terminal supports the updating of the service flow template is various, for example, the way of actively reporting whether the mobile communication terminal supports the updating of the service flow template by the terminal is judged according to the historical report information of the terminal before the terminal reports again.
In another mode, whether the terminal supports the service flow template updating is recorded by setting an updating support mark, and the updating support mark is assigned according to the first returned service flow template updating response. When the service flow template updating response indicates failure, the update support flag is set, and the subsequent PGW may determine that the service flow template is to be updated according to whether the update support flag is set or not.
In this embodiment of the present invention, when the update support flag is adopted, the method may further include:
step S201, when receiving the response of failure of updating the service flow template sent by the terminal, setting an updating support mark to indicate that the mobile communication terminal does not support updating the service flow template;
the step of judging whether the mobile communication terminal supports the updating of the service flow template and acquiring a judgment result specifically comprises the following steps:
and judging whether the mobile communication terminal supports the updating of the service flow template according to the updating support mark.
Compared with the mode of terminal active reporting, the mode does not need to add extra signaling between the UE and the PGW, and can better fit with the existing flow.
In this embodiment, when receiving a service flow template update request for the first time, the update support flag is not set, so it is unclear whether the terminal supports service flow template update, and at this time, a bearer modification request is sent to the terminal; when the terminal does not support the updating of the service flow template, the bearing updating fails, and the terminal returns a failure response; after receiving the failure response, the PGW may know that the terminal does not support the service flow template update, and set the update support flag to record the condition that the mobile communication terminal does not support the service flow template update.
When a request for updating the service flow template is received again subsequently, the terminal can be determined not to support the updating of the service flow template according to the setting condition of the updating support mark, so that the service flow template updating request is not sent to the terminal any more. By the method, whether the terminal supports the service flow template updating or not can be judged quickly and accurately.
In the embodiment of the present invention, the above service flow template update may be applied to various scenarios, and the following will use the application of the embodiment of the present invention in different scenarios as further detailed description with reference to the drawings and the embodiments. The following examples are intended to illustrate the invention but are not intended to limit the scope of the invention.
The method of the embodiment of the present invention can be applied to a new packet filter, a replacement packet filter and a delete packet filter, which are described below.
As shown in fig. 3, another method for updating a traffic flow template provided in an embodiment of the present invention includes the following steps:
step S301, the PCRF initiates a Network Protocol connection Access Network (IP-CAN) session modification request to the PGW, and requests to update the bearer TFT.
Step S302, after receiving the IP-CAN session modification request of the PCRF, the PGW determines whether to update only the bearer TFT, and if so, determines a corresponding flag bit (i.e., an update support flag), and since the PGW does not set the flag bit when the user initially accesses, the PGW sends a TFT update request to a Serving Gateway (SGW).
Step S303, the SGW forwards the TFT update request to a Mobility Management Entity (MME).
Step S304, the MME forwards the TFT update request to the base station (Evolved NodeB, eNodeB).
Step S305, when the terminal does not support TFT updating, a bearing updating failure response is returned, and the base station sends the bearing updating failure response to the MME.
Step S306, the MME forwards the failure of the TFT update response to the SGW.
And step S307, the SGW forwards the failure of the TFT updating response to the PGW.
Step S308, after the PGW receives the failure response message, the terminal is determined not to support TFT updating, the TFT is updated locally according to a preset strategy, meanwhile, the marking position is set, and after the updating is successful, an IP-CAN session modification success response is sent to the PCRF.
Step S309, the user switches the service again to trigger the PCRF to send an IP-CAN session modification request, request to update the bearing TFT, and add a Packet Filter (PF) to the existing TFT.
Step S310, after receiving the IP-CAN session modification request of the PCRF, the PGW judges whether only the TFT is modified, and if other modifications exist, the PGW initiates a bearing modification request to the terminal; if only the TFT is modified, the marking position is further judged, and because the marking position is set before, the PGW does not initiate a TFT updating process to the terminal (namely, the transmission of the service flow template updating request to the mobile communication terminal is abandoned), directly updates the local TFT according to a preset strategy, keeps the marking position unchanged, and transmits an IP-CAN session modification success response to the PCRF after the updating is successful.
As shown in fig. 4, another method for updating a traffic flow template provided in an embodiment of the present invention includes the following steps:
step S401, PCRF initiates an IP-CAN session request to PGW, requesting to update the bearer TFT.
Step S402, after receiving the IP-CAN session modification request of PCRF, the PGW judges whether to update the bearer TFT only, if so, the corresponding flag bit is judged, and since the PGW does not set the flag bit during initial user access, the PGW sends the TFT update request to the SGW.
Step S403, the SGW forwards the TFT update request to the mobility management entity MME.
Step S404, the MME forwards the TFT updating request to the base station.
Step S405, when the terminal does not support TFT updating, a bearing updating failure response is returned, and the base station sends the bearing updating failure response to the MME.
Step S406, the MME forwards the failure of the TFT update response to the SGW.
Step S407, the SGW forwards the failure of the TFT update response to the PGW.
Step S408, after receiving the failure response message, the PGW determines that the terminal does not support TFT updating, locally updates the TFT according to a preset strategy, sets a marking position, and sends an IP-CAN session modification success response to the PCRF after the updating is successful.
Step S409, the user switches the service again to trigger the PCRF to send an IP-CAN session modification request to request the updating of the bearing TFT and replace the PF in the existing TFT.
Step S410, after receiving the IP-CAN session modification request of PCRF, the PGW judges whether only the TFT is modified, if other modifications exist, the PGW initiates a bearing modification request to the terminal; if only the TFT is modified, the marking position is further judged, and because the marking position is set before, the PGW does not initiate a TFT updating process to the terminal (namely, the transmission of the service flow template updating request to the mobile communication terminal is abandoned), directly updates the local TFT according to a preset strategy, keeps the marking position unchanged, and transmits an IP-CAN session modification success response to the PCRF after the updating is successful.
As shown in fig. 5, another method for updating a traffic flow template provided in an embodiment of the present invention includes the following steps:
step S501, PCRF initiates an IP-CAN session request to PGW, and requests to update the bearer TFT.
Step S502, after receiving the IP-CAN session modification request of the PCRF, the PGW determines whether to update only the bearer TFT, and if so, determines the corresponding flag bit, and since the PGW does not set the flag bit during the initial user access, the PGW sends the TFT update request to the serving gateway SGW.
Step S503, the SGW forwards the TFT update request to the mobility management entity MME.
Step S504, the MME forwards the TFT updating request to the base station.
Step S505, when the terminal does not support TFT update, a bearer update failure response is returned, and the base station sends the bearer update failure response to the MME.
Step S506, the MME forwards the failure of the TFT update response to the SGW.
And step S507, the SGW forwards the failure of the TFT updating response to the PGW.
Step S508, after receiving the failure response message, the PGW determines that the terminal does not support TFT updating, and updates the TFT locally according to a preset policy, and sets the flag bit, and after the updating is successful, sends an IP-CAN session modification success response to the PCRF.
Step S509, the user switches the service again to trigger the PCRF to send an IP-CAN session modification request, requesting to update the bearer TFT, and deleting the PF from the existing TFT.
Step S510, after receiving the IP-CAN session modification request of the PCRF, the PGW judges whether only the TFT is modified, if other modifications exist, the PGW initiates a bearing modification request to the terminal; if only the TFT is modified, the marking position is further judged, and because the marking position is set before, the PGW does not initiate a TFT updating process to the terminal (namely, the transmission of the service flow template updating request to the mobile communication terminal is abandoned), directly updates the local TFT according to a preset strategy, keeps the marking position unchanged, and transmits an IP-CAN session modification success response to the PCRF after the updating is successful.
The method of the embodiment of the invention can also be applied to the step of judging whether the mobile communication terminal supports the updating of the service flow template or not after selecting one entity session modification request when receiving a plurality of entity session modification requests, acquiring a judgment result and setting a processing delay time for other entity session modification requests so that the other entity session modification requests are processed after the processing delay time is reached. The description is as follows.
As shown in fig. 6, another method for updating a traffic flow template provided in an embodiment of the present invention includes the following steps:
step S601, PCRF initiates an IP-CAN session request to PGW, requesting to update the bearer TFT.
In this step, different from the previous step, a plurality of update requests are involved, and in this case, in the embodiment of the present invention, the PCRF performs batch processing on the update requests. For example, two examples are taken, a rule activation time may be set for one of the update requests, that is, after the activation time is reached, the PGW triggers the policy and charging control rule handover.
Step S602, after receiving the IP-CAN session modification request of the PCRF, the PGW determines whether to update only the bearer TFT, and if so, determines the corresponding flag bit, and since the PGW does not set the flag bit during initial user access, the PGW sends the TFT update request to the serving gateway SGW.
Step S603, the SGW forwards the TFT update request to the mobility management entity MME.
Step S604, the MME forwards the TFT updating request to the base station.
Step S605, when the terminal does not support TFT update, a bearer update failure response is returned, and the base station sends the bearer update failure response to the MME.
Step S606, the MME forwards the failure of the TFT update response to the SGW.
Step S607, the SGW forwards the failure of TFT update response to the PGW.
Step S608, after receiving the failure response message, the PGW determines that the terminal does not support TFT updating, and locally updates the TFT according to a preset policy, and sets the flag bit, and after the updating is successful, sends an IP-CAN session modification success response to the PCRF.
Step S609, after the Rule Activation Time Rule-Activation-Time is reached, the PGW locally triggers a Policy and Charging Control (PCC) Policy and Charging Control. And after the PCC rules are switched, judging whether to update the TFT, if so, continuously judging the marking bit, and because the marking bit is set in the step S608, not initiating a TFT updating process to the terminal any more, directly updating the local TFT successfully according to the preset strategy, keeping the marking bit unchanged, and sending an IP-CAN session modification success response to the PCRF after the updating is successful.
