The ICD file-based protection device section data file forming method accords with the communication protocol of IEC61850, when the device is abnormal or fails, the device section data file can be called at a station control layer background or a dispatching end, and operation and maintenance personnel can timely acquire the data of the current operation section of the device, so that the accident handling speed of the device when the device is abnormal is improved, and the operation and maintenance level of a power grid is improved.

The prior intelligent technology is utilized, the original ecology of the protection device supports section information, the section information is uploaded in a file mode, the problem of low communication-to-point efficiency can be solved, basic data is provided for advanced application of the section information, operation and maintenance personnel can conveniently and rapidly judge the operation state of the device, the accident handling speed is improved, and the operation and maintenance level of a power grid is improved.
Disclosure of Invention
Based on the above, it is necessary to provide a method and a system for forming a section data file of a protection device based on an ICD file, which solve the problem of low efficiency of communication to points, and provide basic data for advanced application of section information, so that operation and maintenance personnel can conveniently and quickly judge the running state of the device, increase the accident handling speed, and improve the operation and maintenance level of a power grid.
A protection device section data file forming method based on ICD file includes the steps:
reading a data path of a station control layer access point data set of an ICD file when the relay protection device is powered on;
when the relay protection device is powered on, a corresponding relation between a data set data path and real-time data of the device is formed;
the relay protection device receives a data file command of a calling section of a station control layer background;
forming a real-time data section file corresponding to the data set when the relay protection device operates;
the relay protection device sends a data section file;
and the station control layer backstage receives and analyzes the section data file.
The data path of the data set of the station control layer access point comprises logic equipment, logic joints, data objects and data attributes.

the relay protection device sends a data section file;
and the station control layer backstage receives and analyzes the section data file.
