According to the technical scheme, the positioning ribs 5 are arranged on the tray body 1 of the chassis 100 for positioning, meanwhile, the clamping part 2 is designed to be fixed on one side of the castor 3, and the other side of the castor 3 can be fixed with the screw column 4 on the chassis 100 only by using one screw fastener. (1) The engaging portion 2 of the caster 3 needs to be designed at four corners (as far as possible to the outer edge) of the chassis 100, and as shown in fig. 5, the distance L between the engaging portion 2 and the outer edge of the chassis 100 needs to be as small as possible, and in a specific application example, L may be 50mm. On one hand, the gravity center of the chassis 100 can be more stable and reliable, on the other hand, the stroke of the die slide block can be shortened, the size of the die carrier is reduced, the cost of the die is reduced, and the reliability of the motion of the die slide block is improved.
(2) As shown in fig. 1 to 5, steps (such as ribs, convex hulls or grooves) affecting the demolding of the slider are not allowed in the slider demolding area of the clamping portion 2.
(3) As shown in fig. 3 and 5, the screw post 4 of the rigid castor 3 is not allowed to fall within the above-mentioned ejector zone 113, so as not to interfere with the ejector of the slide.
In order to realize the closed clamping and fixing mode of the chassis 100, the closed clamping and fixing mode can be changed from one-side closed clamping to two-side closed clamping or three-side closed clamping and fixing.
The structure of the closed clamping fixed castor 3 is not only suitable for a mobile air conditioner, but also suitable for a chassis with a water storage function on other products.
According to the above embodiments, the chassis 100 and the movable indoor unit using the same of the present invention have at least the following advantages:
1. The novel positioning and fixing mode of the casters 3 on the chassis 100 of the mobile air conditioner is simple, the installation procedure is simple, and the production efficiency is high. One side of the trundle 3 can be effectively fixed by designing the positioning rib 5 and the clamping part 2, and the other side of the trundle 3 can be fastened by only one screw.
2. The novel mobile air conditioner chassis 100 adopts the closed clamping fixed castor 3, and the hidden danger of water leakage does not exist. The water storage area 112 of the chassis 100 does not have any through holes or grooves, and there is no problem of water leakage at the mounting position of the casters 3.
