The mounting foundation can be a base of the indoor unit of the air conditioner, and by adopting the technical scheme, the detection and maintenance work of the internal parts of the indoor unit can be facilitated.

Claims (15)

1. A side plate mounting structure, comprising:
the side plate body (10), the said side plate body (10) is installed on the installation foundation removably;
a locking portion (20), the locking portion (20) being connected to the side plate body (10), the locking portion (20) having a locking position connected to the mounting base, and the locking portion (20) having an unlocking position separable from the mounting base;
the mounting base includes:
the side plate body (10) is arranged on the support plate (32) and is positioned at the outer side of the support plate (32), and a clamping part matched with the locking part (20) is arranged on the support plate (32);
the mounting base comprises a base (30), the base (30) comprising:
a base body (31);
the supporting plate (32) is connected with the base body (31);
the clamping portion includes:
the clamping through hole (321), the clamping through hole (321) is arranged on the supporting plate (32), and when the locking part (20) is positioned at the locking position, the locking part (20) passes through the clamping through hole (321) to be clamped on the inner surface of the supporting plate (32);
the clamping portion further includes:
the clamping ribs (311) are arranged on the inner surface of the supporting plate (32), and when the locking part (20) is positioned at the locking position, the locking part (20) passes through the clamping through holes (321) to be clamped on the clamping ribs (311);
the base (30) further comprises:
the first end of the reinforcing rib (33) is connected with the clamping rib (311), and the second end of the reinforcing rib (33) is connected with the base body (31);
the reinforcing rib (33) includes:
the first end of the first component section (331) is connected with the clamping ribs (311), and the second end of the first component section (331) is far away from the supporting plate (32);
the second component section (332), the second component section (332) is connected with the second end of the first component section (331) and has an included angle, and the second end of the second component section (332) is connected with the base body (31).
2. The side plate mounting structure according to claim 1, wherein the side plate body (10) is provided with a through hole (11), a part of the locking portion (20) is connected to a wall of the through hole (11), another part of the locking portion (20) is stretchable in a first direction to the unlocking position, or another part of the locking portion (20) is resettable from the unlocking position to the locking position in a second direction opposite to the first direction.
3. The side plate mounting structure according to claim 2, wherein the locking portion (20) includes:
the first end of the connecting plate (21) is connected with the hole wall of the through hole (11), and the second end of the connecting plate (21) extends towards the hole center of the through hole (11);
the locking cross beam (22) is connected with the second end of the connecting plate (21), and the locking cross beam (22) can move to the unlocking position along the first direction or the locking cross beam (22) can reset to the locking position along the second direction.
4. A side plate mounting structure according to claim 3, wherein when the lock beam (22) is in the lock position, an upper surface of the lock beam (22) is engaged with the mounting base.
5. A side plate mounting structure according to claim 3, wherein the length direction of the lock beam (22) extends in the width direction of the side plate body (10), and the connection plate (21) is located inside the side plate body (10).
6. A side plate mounting structure according to claim 3, wherein the upper surface of the locking cross member (22) is provided with a snap-in projection (221).
7. The side plate mounting structure according to claim 6, wherein the plurality of the engaging projections (221) are provided in plural, and the plurality of the engaging projections (221) are provided at intervals along the longitudinal direction of the locking cross member (22).
8. A side plate mounting structure according to claim 3, wherein the locking portion (20) includes:
the handle (23), handle (23) with locking crossbeam (22) are connected, handle (23) are located locking crossbeam (22) follow the hole heart direction of through-hole (11) keep away from one side of connecting plate (21), the surface of handle (23) with have the setting of distance between the pore wall of through-hole (11).

10. An indoor unit comprising a side plate mounting structure, characterized in that the side plate mounting structure is the side plate mounting structure according to any one of claims 1 to 9;
the number of the reinforcing ribs (33) is plural, and the plurality of the reinforcing ribs (33) are arranged at intervals along the length direction of the clamping ribs (311).

The indoor unit according to claim 10, wherein one of the base (30) and the side plate body (10) is provided with a connection protrusion (40), and the other of the base (30) and the side plate body (10) is provided with a connection card slot (50) that mates with the connection protrusion (40).
12. The indoor unit according to claim 11, wherein the connection card slot (50) is provided on the base (30), the connection card slot (50) being plural, the plural connection card slots (50) being provided at intervals along an outer peripheral surface of the base (30).
13. The indoor unit according to claim 12, wherein the connection protrusions (40) are plural, and the plural connection protrusions (40) are provided at intervals along the inner peripheral surface of the bottom of the side plate body (10).
14. The indoor unit according to claim 10, wherein one of the base (30) and the side plate body (10) is provided with a guide flange (60), and the other of the base (30) and the side plate body (10) is provided with a guide groove (70) that mates with the guide flange (60).
15. The indoor unit according to claim 14, wherein the guide flange (60) is provided on an outer peripheral surface of the base (30), and the guide groove (70) is provided on an inner peripheral surface of the bottom of the side plate body (10).
