Detailed Description
In the existing purifier product, an arrow is usually used to indicate an installation direction, or a text description is added to inform an installation mode, that is, the existing prompt modes are all passive prompts and are easily ignored by a user, and an effective prompt effect is not played. So that the manner in which the features and aspects of the present invention can be understood in detail, a more particular description of the invention, briefly summarized above, may be had by reference to embodiments, some of which are illustrated in the appended drawings.
Example one
The embodiment provides an information reminding method, which is applied to an information reminding device; here, in practical applications, the information reminding device may be integrated in the air purifier so as to assist the air purifier to realize an information reminding function; further, fig. 1 is a schematic flow chart illustrating an implementation process of an information reminding method according to an embodiment of the present invention, and as shown in fig. 1, the method includes:
step 101: identifying at least three tags disposed in a filter element of an air purifier;
in practical application, air purifier is provided with and filters, specifically, it is detachable to be fixed in to filter on air purifier's the main part, and work as filter is fixed in back in the main part, filter can carry out filtration treatment to the air that gets into from the surface to with filtration treatment's air from with the internal surface release that the surface corresponds is in order to realize the filtration to the air.
Here, in practical applications, the outer surface and the inner surface may be defined according to the layer structure of the filter member, for example, the outer surface is a surface corresponding to the coarse filtration membrane layer, and the inner surface is a surface corresponding to the fine filtration membrane layer, so as to ensure the maximum filtration effect. For another example, when the filter member is fixedly coupled to the main body in a predetermined positional relationship, the filter efficiency of the filter member can be maximized and the service life thereof can be maximized, and at this time, the air inflow direction can be defined as an outer surface of the filter member and the air outflow direction can be defined as an inner surface.
Further, for realizing the unusual warning function of installation, this embodiment is provided with at least three label in filtering the piece, simultaneously, be provided with in the air purifier with at least three read head that at least three label corresponds, like this, be convenient for read through at least three read head the identification information of at least three label, and then establish the basis for confirming whether the installation of filtering the piece is unusual.
In this embodiment, in order to further improve the recognition accuracy and avoid the problem that the installation is abnormal but not timely reminded, at least some of the at least three tags are disposed at positions other than the central axis of the filter member, and correspondingly, at least some of the at least three reading heads are disposed at positions other than the central axis.
In this embodiment, when the filter element is fixedly mounted on the main body and is in the predetermined position relationship with the main body, the central axis of the filter element overlaps with the central axis of the accommodating area of the main body for accommodating the filter element. Here, the preset positional relationship means that the outer surface of the filter member faces the air inflow direction, and the preset position of the outer surface is directed to the top of the air cleaner.
In a specific embodiment, two first readheads of the at least three readheads are respectively disposed at diagonal positions of a receiving area of the air purifier for receiving the filter member, and a second readhead of the at least three readheads is disposed at a partial area of the receiving area other than the diagonal positions, so that the two first readheads respectively correspond to two first tags of the at least three tags disposed at the diagonal positions of the filter member, and the second readhead corresponds to a second tag of the at least three tags disposed at the partial area of the filter member other than the diagonal positions, so as to ensure that the readheads can correspondingly read identification information of the tags corresponding to the readheads, and lay a foundation for implementing a reminding function.
For example, FIG. 2 is a schematic illustration of a filter with three labels according to an embodiment of the present invention; as shown in fig. 2, the imaginary lines a1-a2 and B1-B2 are central axes of filter elements, and the central axes of the receiving areas for receiving the filter elements coincide with the imaginary lines a1-a2 and B1-B2 when the filter elements are installed in the air cleaner body. Further, as shown in fig. 2, a diagonal line C1-C2 of the filter element is correspondingly provided with a first tag, and an area outside the central axis is provided with a second tag, and similarly, the air purifier (i.e., the main body of the air purifier) is provided with two first reading heads and a second reading head (not shown in fig. 2) at positions corresponding to the two first tags and the second tag, that is, the diagonal line (C1-C2) of the accommodating area in the main body is correspondingly provided with the first reading heads, and the area outside the central axis is provided with the second reading head, so that the two first reading heads can be used for correspondingly reading the two first tags, and the second reading head can be used for reading the second tag, thereby laying a foundation for determining whether the filter element is abnormally mounted.
Here, in practical applications, the label provided to the filter member is usually located on the periphery of the filter member, i.e., on the non-filtering area, so as to avoid occupying the effective filtering area and lowering the filtering efficiency. Of course, the label may be disposed in the filtering area without considering the filtering efficiency, and this embodiment is not limited thereto, and only the label may be used to identify whether the installation of the filtering member is abnormal.
Step 102: acquiring recognition results read by the at least three reading heads;
here, in practical applications, when the filter element and the air purifier are in a preset positional relationship, the reading head can read the tag and recognize the identification information of the tag; otherwise, the reading head can not read the label, so that the position relation between the filter element and the air purifier can be determined by using the identification result.
Step 103: determining a positional relationship between the filter element and the air purifier based on the recognition result, wherein the positional relationship can represent whether the outer surface of the filter element faces to the air inflow direction and whether the preset position of the outer surface points to the top of the air purifier;
step 104: and determining whether first prompt information is generated or not according to the position relation, wherein the first prompt information is used for prompting that the filter element is abnormally mounted.
In a specific embodiment, the first prompt message is generated when it is detected that the positional relationship indicates that the outer surface of the filter element is not facing the air inflow direction and/or that the preset position of the outer surface is not directed to the top of the air purifier. For example, as shown in fig. 2, when the filter element is fixedly installed in the air purifier, the outer surface faces the air inflow direction, and the predetermined position of the outer surface points to the top of the air purifier, the filter element is considered to be normally installed, and at this time, the first prompt message does not need to be generated; otherwise, the filter element is considered to be abnormally installed, such as inverted installation and/or reverse installation, and at the moment, first prompt information is generated to prompt a user to reinstall the filter element. In practical application, the prompt may be realized by using an indicator light, a text, a voice, or a vibration, and the like, which is not limited in this embodiment.
For example, in a concrete application scene, the filter screen density of presetting the position in filtering piece is greater than other position filter screen densities, at this moment, can utilize the filter screen of different density to filter the air on different layers, so, promote filtration efficiency, under this scene, if predetermine the position and invert, or the surface orientation is turned over and is adorned, then can influence filtration efficiency, and utilize this embodiment the method can in time indicate the user, avoid filtering piece and invert dress or flip-chip, the maximize has guaranteed that filtration efficiency can not reduce because of the mounting means, and then has established the basis for promoting user experience.
In one embodiment, the step of identifying the tag is performed only after detecting that the filter of the air purifier is remounted, or only after detecting that the air purifier is powered down and powered up again, thereby avoiding excessive frequent detection and increased power consumption. That is, the information reminding method according to the embodiment is executed only after the filter member is remounted or the air purifier is powered off and powered again, so as to avoid increasing the power consumption. Of course, the information reminding method described in this embodiment may also be executed when it is detected that the air purifier is switched from the non-operating state to the operating state; here, in practical application, the setting may be according to practical requirements, and the present embodiment does not limit this.
In this way, the method according to the embodiment of the present invention can utilize the reading head arranged in the air purifier to read the tag arranged in the filter element, obtain the recognition result read by the reading head, and further determine the position relationship between the filter element and the air purifier based on the recognition result, for example, determine whether the outer surface of the filter element faces the air inflow direction, and whether the preset position of the outer surface points to the top of the air purifier, so as to determine whether to generate the prompt information, thereby achieving the purpose of automatic prompt; therefore, compared with the existing passive prompting mode, the prompting mode provided by the embodiment of the invention is more effective, the problems that the filtering efficiency is reduced and even the service life of the filtering element is reduced due to abnormal installation of the filtering element can be avoided, and meanwhile, a foundation is laid for improving the user experience.
Example two
Based on the method described in the first embodiment, the present embodiment provides two specific location relationship determination manners, specifically,
the first method is as follows: in this mode, the identification information of label can be the same, for example, the same filtration piece is gone up and is set up the identification information homogeneous phase of label the same, this moment, as long as can read the label that sets up in filtering the piece simultaneously, can regard the installation correct, for example, filter and be provided with three label in the piece, this moment, when filtering a piece fixed mounting in the main part, as long as the three read head that corresponds in the main part and set up all corresponds and reads the label, can regard the installation normal, otherwise, think the installation unusual. Specifically, the identification information of different tags is the same or different; at this time, the determining the positional relationship of the filter member and the air purifier based on the recognition result includes:
determining the position relation between the filter element and the air purifier based on the recognition result of whether the at least three reading heads read the identification information of the at least three labels; wherein,
when the identification result represents that the at least three reading heads read the identification information of the at least three tags, determining that the position relationship between the filter element and the air purifier is as follows: the outer surface of the filter member faces an air inflow direction, and a predetermined position of the outer surface is directed to a top of the air cleaner.
In the second mode, the identification information of different tags is different, that is, the tags correspond to the identification information one by one; at this time, the reading head needs to read a label and determine whether the label is the label corresponding to the reading head based on the identification information of the read label, that is, in this way, the reading head and the label are in one-to-one correspondence, only when the identification information read by the reading head is matched with the identification information of the label corresponding to the reading head, the installation is considered to be correct, otherwise, the installation is considered to be abnormal; specifically, the determining the positional relationship of the filter element with the air purifier based on the recognition result includes:
determining the position relation between the filter element and the air purifier based on the recognition result of whether the at least three reading heads read the identification information of the at least three labels or not and the matching result of the identification information of the at least three labels read by the at least three reading heads and preset identification information; wherein,
when the identification result represents that the at least three reading heads read the identification information of the at least three tags, and the matching result represents that the identification information of the at least three tags read by the at least three reading heads matches with preset identification information, determining that the position relationship between the filter element and the air purifier is as follows: the outer surface of the filter member faces an air inflow direction, and a predetermined position of the outer surface is directed to a top of the air cleaner.
EXAMPLE III
Based on the method described in the first embodiment or the second embodiment, in this embodiment, in order to avoid that the protective film of the filter element is not torn off and the filtering efficiency of the filter element is reduced, a label may be additionally added on the protective film, and meanwhile, a reading head is disposed at a corresponding position of the main body, for example, after the filter element with the protective film is correctly installed, at this time, the label on the protective film corresponds to a third reading head disposed on the main body, so that the third reading head is used to read the label on the protective film, and the purpose of detecting whether the protective film is torn off is achieved; in particular, the amount of the solvent to be used,
when the position relation between the filter element and the air purifier is determined that the outer surface of the filter element faces the air inflow direction and the preset position of the outer surface points to the top of the air purifier, whether other reading heads read the identification information of other labels is detected; and if other reading heads read the identification information of other labels, generating second prompt information, wherein the second prompt information is used for prompting that the use mode of the filter element is abnormal. That is to say, only guaranteeing to filter the installation of piece and normally after, just can going to detect whether the protection film tears, so, richen prompt facility to and richen suggestion scene, establish the basis for further promoting user experience.
The embodiment of the present invention is further described in detail in the following through a specific application scenario; specifically, in this scenario, three Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) tags are arranged on the filter screen in a manner shown in fig. 2, and three RFID reading heads are also arranged on the main body of the air purifier in a manner shown in fig. 2, so that after the air purifier is installed in a correct installation manner, as shown in fig. 3, the three RFID reading heads can correspondingly read the RFID tags and transmit the read RFID data to a Micro Control Unit (MCU) through a bus I2C, so that the MCU can determine whether the filter screen is a genuine filter screen, and meanwhile, the RFID data can determine whether the filter screen is reversely installed or inverted. Here, because the filter screen diagonal line and side all paste RFID label, so only can one direction installation, also when correctly installing, the RFID read head can read the RFID data in the RFID label, otherwise, flip-chip or anti-installation, the RFID read head all can not read the data, or read wrong data, consequently, can accomplish the warning function based on above-mentioned principle, guarantee that the filter screen installation is correct.
