Description

Air conditioner outdoor unit, control method of air conditioner outdoor unit and air conditioner
Technical Field
The present invention relates to the field of refrigeration technologies, and in particular, to an air conditioner outdoor unit, an air conditioner with the air conditioner outdoor unit, and a control method of the air conditioner outdoor unit.
Background
When the outdoor ambient temperature is too low, the condensing pressure of the air conditioner will be lowered, thereby resulting in poor refrigerating performance of the air conditioner, and when the outdoor cool air directly blows the heat exchanger or the air intake of the outdoor unit is large, the refrigerating performance of the air conditioner will become worse.
In order to improve the refrigerating performance of the air conditioner, in the related art, a wind-proof panel is generally arranged at the outer side of the outdoor unit to avoid the direct blowing of the outdoor cold air into the heat exchanger and reduce the air intake of the outdoor unit, and although the wind-proof panel can improve the refrigerating performance of the air conditioner when the temperature of the outdoor environment is too low, the wind-proof panel is fixed at the outer side of the outdoor unit, so that when the air conditioner operates in a heating mode or when the temperature of the outdoor environment is increased, the wind-proof panel can obstruct the heat exchange between the outdoor air and the heat exchanger, thereby affecting the performance of the air conditioner.
In addition, the external fan of the multi-split air conditioner in the related art is often designed to have large air volume, and cannot stably run at a lower rotating speed, for example, the external fan can be adjusted in a stepping manner in a range of 150 rpm-1100 rpm, but cannot finely divide the gear between 0rpm and 150rpm, and in the range, the air volume of the external fan is not 0, and the air volume is the minimum air volume (at least 20m 3 /min). When the outdoor environment temperature is low, even if the external fan works under the minimum air quantity, the heat exchanger cannot be ensured to be stable under the proper refrigeration high pressure.

The specific meaning of the above terms in the present invention can be understood by those of ordinary skill in the art according to the specific circumstances.
Referring to fig. 1 to 4, an air conditioning outdoor unit 100 according to a first embodiment of the present invention is described below, and it should be noted that the air conditioning outdoor unit 100 may be a household air conditioning outdoor unit 100 or a multi-split air conditioning outdoor unit 100.
As shown in fig. 1 to 4, an air conditioner outdoor unit 100 according to an embodiment of the present invention includes: a housing 1, a heat exchanger, a driving fan and at least one air curtain device 2.
The shell 1 is provided with an air inlet 11 and an air outlet 12, the heat exchanger is arranged in the shell 1, and the driving fan is arranged in the shell 1 to drive air to flow from the air inlet 11 to the air outlet 12. Specifically, outdoor cold air enters the shell 1 through the air inlet 11 to exchange heat with the heat exchanger, the air after heat exchange is discharged from the air outlet 12, the driving fan drives the air to flow from the air inlet 11 to the air outlet 12, negative pressure is formed at the air inlet 11, and the outdoor cold air continuously enters the shell 1 through the air inlet 11 to exchange heat with the heat exchanger.
It can be understood that the larger the rotation speed of the driving fan is, the larger the air inlet quantity of the outdoor unit is, and the larger the cooling quantity of the heat exchanger is; the smaller the rotation speed of the driving fan is, the smaller the air inlet quantity of the outdoor unit is, and the smaller the cooling quantity of the heat exchanger is. When the outdoor environment temperature is too low, for example, lower than-5 ℃, if the cooling flow of the heat exchanger is large, the condensing temperature and condensing pressure of the heat exchanger will be too low, so that the refrigerant circulation amount of the system is low, and the refrigerating performance of the air conditioner is poor.
The driving fan cannot be finely divided at a lower rotation speed, for example, the driving fan can be adjusted in a stepping manner within a range of 150rpm to 1100rpm, but cannot be finely divided between 0rpm and 150rpm, and in the range, the air volume of the driving fan is either 0 or the minimum air volume (at least 20m 3 /min). When the outdoor environment temperature is low, even if the driving fan works under the minimum air quantity, the heat exchanger cannot be ensured to be stable under the proper refrigeration high pressure.
In order to ensure the refrigerating performance of the air conditioner when the outdoor environment temperature is low, and overcome the problem that the driving fan cannot regulate the speed at a low rotation speed, the outdoor unit of the application further comprises at least one air curtain device 2, that is, the air conditioner outdoor unit 100 may only comprise one air curtain device 2, or may also comprise a plurality of air curtain devices 2, for example, two, three or more, and the air curtain devices 2 are arranged on the casing 1 to form an air wall 203 outside the casing 1, which can shield the air inlet 11 or the air outlet 12. Specifically, the air curtain device 2 may form only the air wall 203 (e.g., as shown in fig. 1) that shields the air inlet 11, the air curtain device 2 may form only the air wall 203 that shields the air outlet 12, and the air curtain device 2 may also form the air wall 203 (as shown in fig. 2) that shields both the air inlet 11 and the air outlet 12. The air wall 203 is used for shielding the air inlet or the air outlet of the outdoor unit, so that the outdoor cold air is reduced to enter the outdoor unit shell 1, the cooling capacity of the outdoor unit is reduced, and the problem that the driving fan cannot perform step speed regulation at a low rotating speed is solved.
The air curtain device 2 has different air outlet speeds, the air wall 203 has different air rarefaction degrees, the smaller the air speed is, the rarefaction of the air wall 203 is, the smaller the amount of the cold air which can be blocked is, and the larger the air inlet quantity of the outdoor unit is, otherwise, the larger the amount of the cold air which can be blocked is, and the smaller the air inlet quantity of the outdoor unit is. The air inlet of the outdoor unit can be controlled by adjusting the air outlet speed of the air curtain device 2, and when the outdoor environment temperature is too low, the reasonable air inlet of the outdoor unit can be ensured, so that the outdoor unit is ensured to be stabilized under proper high refrigeration pressure, and the refrigeration performance of the air conditioner is ensured.
It is conceivable that when the outdoor ambient temperature increases or the air conditioner is in the heating mode, the air curtain device 2 is turned off, and the air wall 203 shielding the air inlet 11 or the air outlet 12 automatically disappears, whereby it is possible to avoid negative influence of the air curtain device 2 on the cooling performance of the air conditioner when the outdoor ambient temperature increases or the air conditioner is in the heating mode.
According to the air conditioner outdoor unit 100 of the embodiment of the invention, by arranging the air curtain device 2, when the outdoor temperature is too low, the air curtain device 2 is opened to form the air wall 203 capable of shielding the air inlet 11 or the air outlet 12 outside the shell 1, so that the cooling capacity of the heat exchanger is reduced, the problem that the driving fan cannot perform step speed regulation at a low rotating speed is solved, the refrigerating performance of the air conditioner is ensured, and when the outdoor temperature is increased, the air curtain device 2 is closed, the normal air inlet of the outdoor unit is ensured, so that the adverse effect on the refrigerating performance of the air conditioner can be avoided.
In a specific example of the present invention, as shown in fig. 1, an air curtain device 2 is provided at the air inlet 11 to form an air wall 203 outside the housing 1 that can block the air inlet 11. Optionally, the air inlets 11 include a plurality of air curtain devices 2 at each air inlet 11, as shown in fig. 1, the air inlets 11 are disposed on the left and right sides of the housing 1, one air curtain device 2 is disposed at the left air inlet 11 to form an air wall 203 shielding the left air inlet 11, and one air curtain device 2 is also disposed at the right air inlet 11 to form an air wall 203 shielding the right air inlet 11.
In another specific example of the present invention, as shown in fig. 2, an air curtain device 2 is provided at the air outlet 12 to form an air wall 203 outside the casing 1 that can block the air outlet 12. The air outlet 12 is arranged on the top wall of the shell 1, and the air curtain device 2 can form an air wall 203 on the top of the shell 1.
As shown in fig. 3 and 4, the air curtain device 2 includes a blower 21 and an air knife 22 connected to each other. Specifically, the air knife 22 has an air chamber 221, the air knife 22 includes an air inlet 222 and an air outlet nozzle 223 that are in communication with the air chamber 221, and the air inlet 222 of the air knife 22 is connected to the air outlet 211 of the blower 21, for example, by using a flexible material tube 202 that is not easy to burn. Air compressed by the blower 21 enters the air knife 22 through the air inlet 222 of the air knife 22 and is discharged through the narrow, thin air outlet nozzle 223, thereby forming the air wall 203. Preferably, the fan 21 is a high-pressure vortex fan 21, and has the advantages of high efficiency, low energy consumption, convenient installation and small vibration.
An air curtain device 2 may include only one air knife 22 and one fan 21; an air curtain device 2 may include an air knife 22 and a plurality of fans 21, where air outlets 211 of the fans 21 are connected to air inlets 222 of the air knife 22; an air curtain device 2 may include a plurality of air knives 22 and a fan 21, wherein an air inlet 222 of each air knife 22 is connected to an air outlet 211 of the fan 21; one air curtain device 2 may include a plurality of air knives 22 and a plurality of fans 21, and the plurality of fans 21 and the plurality of air knives 22 may be connected in a one-to-one correspondence. The air inlet 11 of the fan 21 may be provided with a filter screen for preventing insects or other foreign matters from entering the fan 21, and the filter screen may be a plastic member.
As shown in fig. 1 to 2, the air knife 22 is fixed to the outdoor unit casing 1 by a bracket 201, and the connection and the fixation are convenient. Preferably, the air knife 22 is pivotally connected with the bracket 201, so that the air outlet direction can be changed by rotating the air knife 22, thereby changing the inclination angle of the air wall 203, so that the air curtain device 2 is more flexible to use and meets the requirements of users to a larger extent.
An air conditioner according to an embodiment of the second aspect of the present invention includes the air conditioner outdoor unit 100 according to the above-described first aspect of the present invention.
According to the air conditioner of the embodiment of the present invention, by providing the air conditioner outdoor unit 100 according to the above-mentioned first embodiment of the present invention, the air conditioner has all the advantages of the air conditioner outdoor unit 100, and will not be described herein.
Next, a control method of the air conditioner outdoor unit 100 according to the third aspect of the present invention will be described with reference to fig. 5, where the air conditioner outdoor unit 100 is the air conditioner outdoor unit 100 according to the above-described first aspect of the present invention, and the control method includes the steps of:
s1, controlling a driving fan to run at the maximum rotation speed, and detecting the outdoor environment temperature t1 and the condensation temperature t2 of the heat exchanger;
s2, judging whether the outdoor environment temperature T1 is smaller than a first preset temperature threshold T1 or not, and judging whether the condensing temperature T2 is smaller than a second preset temperature threshold T2 or not:
if T1 is less than T1 and T2 is less than T2, executing step S3, namely when T1 is less than T1 and T2 is less than T2, indicating that the condensing temperature and condensing pressure of the heat exchanger are too low, the air inlet quantity of the outdoor unit is larger than the actually required air inlet quantity, and the cooling quantity of the heat exchanger is too large, executing step S3, and reducing the air inlet quantity of the outdoor unit and the cooling quantity of the heat exchanger so as to increase the condensing temperature and condensing pressure of the heat exchanger and further improve the refrigerating performance of the air conditioner;
if T1 is more than or equal to T1 or T2 is more than or equal to T2, the driving fan keeps running at the maximum rotation speed, namely when T1 is more than or equal to T1 or T2 is more than or equal to T2, the air inlet of the outdoor unit at the moment is indicated to enable the condensation temperature and the condensation pressure of the heat exchanger to meet the refrigeration requirement, and the driving fan can run at the maximum rotation speed;
s3, reducing the rotating speed of the driving fan to reduce the air inlet quantity of the outdoor unit, thereby reducing the cooling quantity of the heat exchanger, detecting the corresponding condensation temperature t2, namely detecting the condensation temperature t2 of the heat exchanger after reducing the cooling quantity of the heat exchanger to judge whether the condensation temperature of the heat exchanger meets the refrigeration requirement or not after reducing the rotating speed of the driving fan:
if T2 is more than or equal to T2, the condensing temperature of the heat exchanger meets the refrigeration requirement at the moment in the instruction, and the fan is driven to keep the current rotating speed to operate;
if T2 is less than T2, the condensing temperature and condensing pressure of the heat exchanger are still too low, the air inlet quantity of the outdoor unit is larger than the actually required air inlet quantity, and the cooling quantity of the heat exchanger is too large, and step S4 is executed at the moment;
s4, judging whether the current running rotating speed of the driving fan is the lowest rotating speed of the driving fan:
if the judgment result is no, returning to the step S3, continuously reducing the rotating speed of the driving fan and detecting the condensation temperature of the corresponding heat exchanger;
if the judgment result is yes, driving the fan to operate at the lowest rotating speed, and executing the step S5;
s5, opening the air curtain device 2, and forming an air wall 203 capable of shielding the air inlet 11 and the air outlet 12 outside the outdoor unit shell 1 through the air curtain device 2 so as to shield the air inlet or the air outlet of the outdoor unit, thereby reducing the cooling capacity of the outdoor unit by reducing the outdoor cold air entering the outdoor unit shell 1, and ensuring the condensation temperature T2 of the heat exchanger to be more than or equal to T2 so as to meet the refrigeration requirement, thereby ensuring the refrigeration performance of the air conditioner.
According to the control method of the air conditioner outdoor unit 100 of the embodiment of the invention, when the outdoor environment temperature is low or the temperature is raised, the air inlet quantity of the outdoor unit can be ensured to be within a reasonable range, and the heat exchanger is ensured to be kept under stable condensing pressure, so that the refrigerating performance of the air conditioner is ensured. Experiments prove that the control method of the outdoor unit can ensure that the heat exchanger is kept under stable condensing pressure at the temperature of-25 ℃.
Further, the step S5 specifically includes the following steps:
s51, controlling the air curtain device 2 to operate at the minimum wind speed, wherein the air of an air wall 203 formed by the air curtain device 2 is the rarest, the air inlet quantity of an outdoor unit which can be shielded by the air curtain device 2 is the smallest, the cooling capacity of the heat exchanger is primarily reduced, and the corresponding condensation temperature t2 is detected:
if T2 is more than or equal to T2, the condensing temperature of the heat exchanger meets the refrigeration requirement at the moment of the instruction, and the air curtain device 2 is kept to operate at the minimum wind speed;
if T2 is less than T2, the condensing temperature and condensing pressure of the heat exchanger are still too low, the air inlet quantity of the outdoor unit is larger than the actually required air inlet quantity, and the cooling quantity of the heat exchanger is too large, then the step S52 is executed;
s52, increasing the wind speed of the air curtain device 2, at this time, the air of the air wall 203 formed by the air curtain device 2 becomes dense, the air inlet of the outdoor unit which can be shielded by the air curtain device 2 is increased, the cooling capacity of the heat exchanger is further reduced, and the corresponding condensation temperature t2 is detected:
if T2 is more than or equal to T2, the condensing temperature of the heat exchanger meets the refrigeration requirement at the moment of the instruction, and the air curtain device 2 keeps running at the current wind speed;
if T2 is less than T2, the condensing temperature and condensing pressure of the heat exchanger are still too low, the air inlet quantity of the outdoor unit is larger than the actually required air inlet quantity, and the cooling quantity of the heat exchanger is too large, then the step S53 is executed;
s53, judging whether the air curtain device 2 reaches the maximum air speed, if the judgment result is yes, the air curtain device 2 keeps running at the maximum air speed, if the judgment result is no, returning to the step S52, further improving the air speed of the air curtain device 2, increasing the air inlet quantity of the outdoor unit which can be shielded by the air curtain device 2, and further reducing the cooling quantity of the heat exchanger.
The air speed of the air curtain device 2 is gradually increased so as to gradually increase the air inlet of the outdoor unit which can be shielded by the air curtain device 2, and then the cooling capacity of the heat exchanger is gradually reduced so as to ensure that the condensation temperature T2 of the heat exchanger is not less than T2, thereby avoiding the influence on the refrigerating efficiency of the air conditioner due to the overlarge air inlet of the outdoor unit which can be shielded by the air curtain device 2.
Alternatively, the first preset temperature threshold T1 is less than or equal to-5 ℃, the second preset temperature threshold T2 is less than or equal to 20 ℃, i.e. the first preset temperature threshold T1 is less than or equal to-5 ℃, the second preset temperature threshold T2 is less than or equal to 20 ℃, for example, the first preset temperature threshold T1 can be-5 ℃, 5.5 ℃, 5.8 ℃, 6 ℃ or 7 ℃ and the like, and the second preset temperature threshold T2 can be 20 ℃, 18 ℃, 17 ℃, 16.5 ℃, 16 ℃, 15 ℃, 12 ℃ or 8 ℃ and the like.
