The drive mechanism 3 includes a first wheel 31, a first pusher 32, a second wheel 33, a second pusher 34, a drive shaft 35, a first pusher post 36, and a second pusher post 37. The first rotating wheel 31 is rotatably installed on the fixed seat 1, the first pushing member 32 has a columnar structure, a plurality of first pushing members 32 are provided, and the plurality of first pushing members 32 are convexly arranged at one side of the first rotating wheel 31 and can be engaged with the grooves 211 for transmission. The plurality of first pushing members 32 are distributed circularly, and the intervals between every two adjacent first pushing members 32 are the same. The second wheel 33 is rotatably mounted on the fixed base 1 and coaxially connected to the first wheel 31. The second pushing members 34 are in a columnar structure, and a plurality of second pushing members 34 are arranged on one side of the second rotating wheel 33 close to the first rotating wheel 31 in a protruding manner and can be meshed with the grooves 211 for transmission, the second pushing members 34 are distributed in a circular shape, and the intervals between every two adjacent second pushing members 34 are the same. In the present embodiment, the first pushing member 32 and the second pushing member 34 are located between the first rotating wheel 31 and the second rotating wheel 33. The first rotating wheel 31 and the second rotating wheel 33 have the same structure, and the first pushing member 32 and the second pushing member 34 have the same structure.
