When the ink pump is used, the upper cover 5 is only required to be taken out, the sealing paper is taken down from the first connecting part 32, then the ink pump is sleeved on the outer paper cylinder 1, the output pipeline of the ink pump is directly connected to equipment with an ink jet nozzle, so that the ink in the inner paper cylinder 2 is pumped out, the upper bottom 3 is continuously close to one side of the lower bottom 4 under the action force of the ink pump in the ink pumping out process, the use is convenient, and the waste of the ink is reduced as much as possible. After the ink in the inner paper tube 2 is used up, the packaging container is taken down from the ink pump, then the inner paper tube 2 is deformed by the drawing device and is drawn out from the outer paper tube 1, and although a small amount of ink remains in the inner paper tube 2, the ink does not permeate into the paper material, and the paper remains a small amount of ink to meet the normal processing requirements in the waste paper recycling system, so that the inner paper tube 2 can be independently subjected to environmental protection processing, and the outer paper tube 1 separated from the inner paper tube 2 can be recycled.
In this embodiment, when being used for accommodating paint or coating, the bottom 4 is placed at one end of the inner paper tube 2, the inner paper tube 2 is attached or ironed on the inner paper tube 2 by adopting a special process, then the inner paper tube 2 is placed in the outer paper tube 1, the inner paper tube 2 is tightly attached to the outer paper tube 1, one end connected with the bottom 4 stretches into the outer paper tube 1, the position of the bottom cover 6 is reserved, and the other end of the inner paper tube 2 stretches out of the outer paper tube 1. When the bonding is carried out, the upper bottom 3 is placed in the other end of the inner paper tube 2, the inner paper tube 2 is bonded or ironed by adopting a special process, then the upper cover 5 is installed at the first sealing 11 of the outer paper tube 1, and the inner edge 52 of the step structure of the upper cover 5 is clamped into the first fixing part 31 when the inner paper tube 2 extends out of the first sealing 11 of the outer paper tube 1, and the outer edge 51 of the step structure of the upper cover 5 is clamped into the inner paper tube 2, so that the sealing effect is enhanced, the outer paper tube 1 forms a sealing structure, and the internal containing structure is protected; when not bonding, place the upper bottom 3 to the inside of the other end of interior fiber container 2, upper cover 5 installs the first department of sealing 11 department of outer fiber container 1 to the step structure's of upper cover 5 inner edge 52 card goes into in the first fixed part 31, utilizes upper cover 5 to press together upper bottom 3, thereby fixes upper bottom 3, sealed interior fiber container 2 and outer fiber container 1. The double-layer paper tube packaging container provided by the embodiment of the invention adopts a double-sleeve paper tube structure, the outer part adopts a high-strength paper tube with higher thickness as an outer protective layer, the inner part adopts a soft and easily-deformed thin paper tube, the inner surface of the thin paper tube is coated with an oxygen-insulating layer and a waterproof layer, and the inner surface and the outer surface of the thin paper tube are tightly adhered to each other as a containing layer, so that the weight is light, the transportation cost is reduced, the deformation of the inner paper tube can be extracted from the outer paper tube after the packaging container is used, the outer paper tube can be independently subjected to environmental protection treatment, the outer paper tube can be repeatedly used, the problem that the iron barrel package is difficult to process is solved, and the environmental protection recovery is realized.

the inner paper tube is arranged in the outer paper tube; the thickness of the inner paper tube is smaller than 2mm; the outer side of the inner paper tube is provided with a drawing device for assisting the separation of the inner paper tube and the outer paper tube;
the upper bottom is arranged in one end of the inner paper tube; the upper bottom comprises a first fixing part and a first connecting part;
the outer diameter of the first fixing part is matched with the inner diameter of the inner paper tube, and the side wall of the first fixing part is in sealing connection with the inner wall of the inner paper tube;
the first connecting part is integrally connected with one end of the first fixing part, so that a closed connecting structure is formed between the inner paper tube and the upper bottom;
the lower bottom is arranged at the other end of the inner paper tube; the lower bottom comprises a second fixing part and a second connecting part;
the outer diameter of the second fixing part is matched with the inner diameter of the inner paper tube, and the side wall of the second fixing part is in sealing connection with the inner wall of the inner paper tube;
the second connecting part is integrally connected with one end of the second fixing part, so that a closed connecting structure is formed between the inner paper tube and the lower bottom;
the upper cover is arranged at the first sealing part of the outer paper tube; the upper cover is provided with a step structure at the edge of the installation side; the outer edge diameter of the step structure of the upper cover is matched with the inner diameter of the outer paper tube, and the inner edge diameter of the step structure of the upper cover is matched with the inner diameter of the first fixing part;
the lower cover is arranged at the second sealing part of the outer paper tube; the lower cover is provided with a step structure at the edge of the installation side; the outer edge diameter of the step structure of the lower cover is matched with the inner diameter of the outer paper tube, and the inner edge diameter of the step structure of the lower cover is matched with the inner diameter of the second fixing part;
wherein, the upper cover and the lower cover are made of metal, plastic or other hard composite board materials; the upper cover and the lower cover comprise a cover body, a rotating part and a telescopic fixed rod, the rotating part is arranged above the cover body, the telescopic fixed rod is arranged between the cover body and the rotating part, one end of the telescopic fixed rod is connected with the rotating part and rotates on the cover body along with the rotating part, and the other end of the telescopic fixed rod extends out of the cover body; the outer paper tube is provided with a telescopic hole, and the position of the telescopic hole corresponds to the telescopic fixed rod;
the oxygen isolation layer is arranged on the inner wall of the inner paper tube, the inner side surfaces of the upper bottom and the lower bottom; the oxygen barrier layer at least comprises polyvinyl alcohol PVA and/or nano materials.
2. The double-layer paper tube packaging container according to claim 1, wherein an outer diameter of the inner paper tube is matched with an inner diameter of the outer paper tube.

The double-layer paper tube packaging container according to claim 1, wherein the upper bottom and the lower bottom are made of paper materials, the upper bottom is attached or iron-bonded in one end of the inner paper tube, and the lower bottom is attached or iron-bonded in the other end of the inner paper tube.
4. The double-layer paper tube packaging container according to claim 1, wherein the oxygen barrier layer further comprises a plasticizer and/or an active agent.
5. The double-layer paper tube packaging container according to claim 1, wherein the outer paper tube is provided with a waterproof layer, the waterproof layer is made of a waterproof film material, and the waterproof layer material comprises any one or more of polyethylene PE, biaxially oriented polypropylene film BOPP, polyethylene terephthalate PET and cast polypropylene film CPP.
6. The double-layer paper tube packaging container according to claim 1, wherein a first chamfer is arranged at the joint of the first connecting part and the first fixing part; and a second chamfer is arranged at the joint of the second connecting part and the second fixing part.
7. The double-layer paper tube packaging container according to claim 1, wherein a round hole is formed in the first connecting portion of the upper bottom, and sealing paper is adhered to the round hole.
8. The double-layer paper tube packaging container according to claim 1, wherein the container is used for packaging of ink, paint or coating.
