Therefore, the second rotating shaft 112 moves up and down along with the up and down movement of the screen frame 604, the first gear 113 can rotate forward and backward alternately through the rack 116 when the second rotating shaft 112 moves up and down, and the first gear 113 rotates forward and backward alternately and the second rotating shaft 112 rotates forward and backward alternately. the first stirring device (6) comprises two sliding rails (601), a sliding block (602), a first spring (603) and a net frame (604), the two sliding rails (601) are respectively connected with the left side and the right side in the stirring box (3) through bolts, the sliding rail (601) is provided with the sliding block (602) in sliding fit with the sliding rail, the first spring (603) is connected between the bottom of the sliding block (602) and the bottom in the stirring box (3), and the right side surface of the sliding block (602) on the left side and the left side surface of the sliding block (602) on the right side are both connected with the net frame (604) through bolts;

the stirring device comprises a net frame (604), a first stirring device (10) and two first bearing seats (101), wherein the net frame (604) is internally provided with the second stirring device (10), the second stirring device (10) comprises the first bearing seats (101), first rotating shafts (102), stirring blades (103), second springs (104) and steel balls (105), the two first bearing seats (101) are respectively arranged at the top and the bottom in the net frame (604) through bolts, the first rotating shafts (102) are connected between the two first bearing seats (101), the first rotating shafts (102) are connected with bearings of the first bearing seats (101) in an interference connection mode, the first rotating shafts (102) are evenly connected with the stirring blades (103) at intervals, the tail ends of the stirring blades (103) are connected with the second springs (104), and the tail ends of the second springs (104) are connected with the steel balls (105);
