Preferably, the valve plate 611 is a solid or a sheet structure with filter holes distributed; the aperture of the filtering holes on the valve plate 611 is smaller than the aperture of the filtering holes on the first filter screen 2 and the second filter screen 3 respectively.
The filter element which moves up and down along with the medium switching flow direction is arranged on the flange plate, so that the filter element is impacted by medium flow power to move, a channel formed in the middle of the flange plate is covered, or the channel is opened in a one-way mode, and the purpose that a one-way valve is arranged at the channel of the flange plate to control the medium flow direction is achieved; and then reach the effect of filter residue collection to the second cavity under first filter screen or the filtration of second filter screen.
EXAMPLE five
In the present embodiment, as shown in fig. 1, the central portion of the second chamber 14 is provided with a drying cartridge 8 of horizontal covering cross-section; the drying filter element 8 comprises two horizontal supporting nets 82 which are arranged at intervals, and a filter element body 81 formed by a drying agent is clamped between the two supporting nets 82; the periphery of the supporting net 82 is fixedly connected with the inner wall of the shell 1 in an attaching manner. Preferably, the aperture of the filtering holes on the supporting net 82 is respectively larger than the aperture of the filtering holes on the first filter screen 2 and the second filter screen 3; and the aperture of the filter holes on the supporting net 82 is smaller than the grain diameter of the desiccant grains forming the drying filter element body 81.
Preferably, the supporting net 82 and the first and second strainers 2 and 3 are spaced at a certain interval to avoid affecting the fluid passing performance and improve the medium passing smoothness of the filter.
EXAMPLE six
The present embodiment is different from the first to fifth embodiments in that: the control valves arranged at the first channel and the second channel are electromagnetic valves capable of automatically or manually controlling opening and closing, and the electromagnetic valves are respectively connected with the circuit board through control circuits so as to correspondingly adjust the opening and closing states of the electromagnetic valves when the flow direction of the medium flowing through the filter is switched, so as to correspondingly block the first channel or block the second channel; the aim of drying and filtering the medium which switches the flow direction in the filter (not noted in the attached drawings of the specification) can be achieved.
EXAMPLE seven
In this embodiment, a heat pump system is described, wherein the heat pump system is provided with a bidirectional drying filter as described in any one of the first to sixth embodiments, so as to filter and/or dry the cold medium flowing in the heat pump system.
In this embodiment, the heat pump system includes an evaporator, a compression pump, a condenser, and a throttling device that are connected end to end in sequence via a pipeline to form a circulation flow channel for a refrigerant medium to flow. The circulation flow path is provided with the bidirectional drying filter to filter and/or dry the refrigerant medium capable of flowing bidirectionally, so as to remove impurities contained in the refrigerant medium and dry the refrigerant medium.
In this embodiment, the heat pump system may be installed on a heat pump water heater to heat the stored water in the heat pump water heater by using the heat pump system; the heat pump system can also be arranged on an air conditioner so as to cool or heat the environment where the indoor unit of the air conditioner is arranged by utilizing the heat pump system.
Through installing above-mentioned two-way drying filter in heat pump system to dehumidify and filter impurity to heat pump system, and can make impurity such as filter residue under the filter of cold medium matter be collected to the second cavity of filter in, make the filter residue can not washed out the filter by two-way mobile cold medium matter, realized filtering the effect of collecting to impurity such as filter residue.
The embodiments in the above embodiments can be further combined or replaced, and the embodiments are only used for describing the preferred embodiments of the present invention, and do not limit the concept and scope of the present invention, and various changes and modifications made to the technical solution of the present invention by those skilled in the art without departing from the design idea of the present invention belong to the protection scope of the present invention.

Claims (12)

1. A bidirectional drying filter capable of collecting impurities comprises a shell (1), wherein a first opening (11) and a second opening (12) are respectively arranged at two opposite ends of the shell (1);
the method is characterized in that: a first filter screen (2) and a second filter screen (3) are arranged in the shell (1), and the first filter screen (2) and the second filter screen (3) divide the interior of the shell into three chambers which are mutually independent and are sequentially arranged from a first opening (11) of the shell to a second opening (12); and channels for communicating the chambers on the two sides are respectively arranged on the first filter screen (2) and the second filter screen (3), and control valves for controlling the on-off are respectively arranged at the positions of the channels.
2. The bi-directional filter-drier capable of collecting impurities as claimed in claim 1, wherein: the first filter screen (2) divides the first chamber (13) from the second chamber (14), and the second filter screen (3) divides the second chamber (14) from the third chamber (15); the first chamber (13) communicates with the outside through a first opening (11), and the third chamber (15) communicates with the outside through a second opening (12).

The bi-directional filter-drier capable of collecting impurities as claimed in claim 2, wherein: a first channel (4) which directly communicates the chambers at the two sides is arranged at the center of the first filter screen (2), and a first one-way valve (6) which can be opened and closed is arranged at the first channel (4), so that impurities can only flow from the first chamber (13) to the second chamber (14) through the first channel (4);
the center of second filter screen (3) is equipped with second passageway (5) with the direct intercommunication of both sides cavity, second passageway (5) department be equipped with open and shut second check valve (7), make impurity can only flow to second cavity (14) direction from third cavity (15) through second passageway (5).

A bi-directional filter-drier capable of collecting impurities as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 3, wherein: the first filter screen (2) and the second filter screen (3) are respectively conical filter screens (20); the big opening end of the conical filter screen (20) is sealed and fixed with the corresponding end of the shell (1) through an upper supporting ring (21); the small end of the conical filter screen (20) is hermetically connected with a flange plate (62) through a lower support ring (23), the hollow part of the flange plate (62) forms a channel corresponding to the filter screen, and a valve core (61) which is corresponding to the control through hole and is disconnected or opened in a one-way mode is arranged at the flange plate (62).
5. The bi-directional filter-drier capable of collecting impurities as claimed in claim 4, wherein: the small opening end of the conical filter screen (20) is arranged close to the gravity center of the shell (1) relative to the large opening end.

The bi-directional filter-drier capable of collecting impurities as claimed in claim 5, wherein: a plurality of support bars (22) are arranged along the radial direction of the conical filter screen (20), two ends of each support bar (22) are respectively and fixedly connected with the upper support ring (21) and the lower support ring (23), and each support bar (22) is fixedly contacted with one side of the conical filter screen (20) close to the second chamber (14).

The bi-directional filter-drier capable of collecting impurities as claimed in claim 4, wherein: the flange (62) comprises a circular fixing part (621) which is arranged at the periphery and is arranged on the lower support ring (23), and a sleeve-shaped mounting part (622) which is arranged at the center; the center of the sleeve-shaped mounting part (622) forms a mounting hole (625); the fixing part (621) and the mounting part (622) are spaced at a certain distance, and the fixing part (621) and the mounting part (622) are fixed through at least one connecting rib (623); gaps among the connecting ribs (623) form channels (624) corresponding to the filter screens;
the valve core (61) comprises an installation column (612) penetrating through the installation hole (625), two ends of the installation column (612) are respectively provided with a limit protrusion (613) and a valve plate (611) which extend horizontally, the valve plate (611) and the limit protrusion (613) are respectively arranged on two sides of the flange, and the valve plate (611) is arranged in the second cavity (14); the valve plate (611) covers at least the inner periphery of the flange fixing portion (621); the limiting protrusion (613) at least partially protrudes out of the inner periphery of the flange mounting part (622), and the distance between the limiting protrusion (613) and the valve plate (611) is larger than the height of the mounting part (622), so that the valve core moves up and down under the action of medium flow power, and the on-off of the one-way medium flowing at the opening is controlled.

A bi-directional filter-drier capable of collecting impurities as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 3, wherein: the shell (1) comprises a cylindrical side wall (10), and a first end and a second end of the cylindrical side wall are respectively provided with a conical side plate (16) which gradually inclines from the center to the periphery; the large opening ends of the two conical side plates (16) are respectively connected with the corresponding ends of the cylindrical side wall (10) in a sealing way.

The bi-directional filter-drier capable of collecting impurities as claimed in claim 8, wherein: the large opening end of the conical side plate (16) is arranged close to the center of gravity of the shell (1); the small end of the conical side plate (16) is provided with a corresponding first opening (11) or second opening (12).
10. The bi-directional filter-drier capable of collecting impurities as claimed in claim 9, wherein: the first opening (11), the second opening (12), the first channel (4) and the second channel (5) are all arranged coaxially with the cylindrical side wall (10).

A bi-directional filter-drier capable of collecting impurities as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 3, wherein: the middle part of the second chamber (14) is provided with a drying filter element (8) which horizontally covers the cross section; the drying filter element (8) comprises two horizontal supporting nets (82) which are arranged at intervals, and a filter element body (81) formed by a drying agent is clamped and installed between the two supporting nets (82); the periphery of the supporting net (82) is fixedly connected with the inner wall of the shell (1) in an attaching manner.
12. A heat pump system, characterized by: the heat pump system is provided with a bidirectional drying filter according to any one of claims 1 to 11 for filtering and/or drying the cold medium flowing in the heat pump system.
