Background
At present, the whole-ring casing generally adopts a welding type: the thin-wall casing is milled with a special-shaped hole, the special-shaped hole is matched with the upper edge plate of the stator in a small clearance way and then welded by electron beam welding, and the structure is simplified.
The traditional welding type fan casing has the following defects:
1. because the upper edge plate of each stator blade is welded respectively, the number of welding seams is large, and the upper edge plate of the stator is easy to have the conditions of welding impermeability or overlarge stress and is easy to generate cracks;
2. after the stator blades are welded and subjected to heat treatment, the actual angular and axial positions of the blade bodies deviate from the theoretical positions, the overall shrinkage of a casing deviates from flow path data, the pneumatic stability is influenced, and the deviation positions have no statistical law;
3. when the axial distance between the stator blade and the rotor blade of the next stage is small, because the flange edge at the back of the casing is beyond the welding stress area of the upper edge plate, the axial length of the wear-resistant coating above the rotor blade of the next stage is not enough reserved, the risk that the tip of the rotor blade is ground to the base body of the casing of the fan exists, and if the axial length of the wear-resistant coating is ensured, cracks are easily initiated at the flange edge within the dangerous distance of the welding line of the upper edge plate;
4. when the thickness of the stator blade is large and the blade shape change of the blade is large, a large stator upper edge plate is needed, so that the situations that the circumferential allowance is small and the strength reserve is insufficient after the special-shaped hole is milled on the casing can be caused;
5. due to maintenance needs, a maintenance seat needs to be added in an axial area where the stator blade is located, when a welding scheme is adopted, the distance between a welding seam of the maintenance seat and the welding seam of the upper edge plate is short, even the welding seam is crossed, cracks are prone to being generated, and the outer surface of the casing needs to be milled by adopting an assembly scheme, so that the batch production speed is influenced.
Disclosure of Invention
To overcome at least one of the above-mentioned drawbacks of the prior art, the present invention provides a fan casing, comprising:
the first outer ring is provided with a first flange edge which is outward arranged at one end in the axial direction, a second flange edge which is outward arranged at the other end, a wear-resistant coating is arranged at one side, close to the first flange edge, of the inner wall of the first outer ring, the first outer ring is provided with a stop boss, the stop boss is positioned at one side, far away from the first flange edge in the axial direction, of the wear-resistant coating, and a through hole is formed in the first outer ring;
the second outer ring is obtained by machining and is in transition fit with the first outer ring, one end of the second outer ring is matched with the stop boss, and a through hole is formed in the second outer ring and corresponds to the through hole of the first outer ring;
the blade body is obtained by machining and is integrally formed with the second outer ring;
the maintenance seat is fixed on the outer side of the first outer ring through a fastening piece, the maintenance seat corresponds to the through hole of the first outer ring in position, and one end of the fastening piece sinks in the second outer ring.
The fan casing provided by the invention has the following beneficial effects:
1. the processing scheme of welding the casing and each stator blade is adjusted to be a scheme of inserting the whole-ring stator blade with the second outer ring into the first outer ring, the original machining, welding, forging and heat treatment processes are changed into pure machining, the number of welding lines is reduced to 0 from the number of blades, the welding stress of the casing is avoided, the rigidity of the casing is increased, the equipment requirement on a production plant is reduced, long periods caused by special process treatment and turnover such as welding and heat treatment are avoided, the whole processing time and the production cost are shortened, and the stator blade type is more in line with the design state;
2. the problems of insufficient axial length of a wear-resistant coating, large edge plate and small case allowance and the like caused by deformation of a case, dislocation of blade bodies of stator blades and small axial clearance of a rotor and a stator are solved, and the probability of pneumatic loss and collision and abrasion of a base body is reduced;
3. because a welding process is cancelled, the materials of the first outer ring and the second outer ring can be different, and the titanium alloy material can be partially or completely replaced by a composite material and an aluminum alloy material with special functions in consideration of the requirements of weight reduction, vibration reduction, stealth, noise reduction and the like;
4. compared with the traditional welding type casing, when special blades are needed, the structure scheme can ensure that the measurement scheme has higher measurement accuracy, less influence on a pneumatic flow field, lower modification cost and shorter modification period;
5. the scheme has strong adaptability to the maintenance seat and the test seat, and avoids the problems of processing period, welding stress and the like caused by the traditional adoption of boss milling or welding.

As shown in fig. 2, the maintenance seat 40 is fixed outside the first outer ring 10 by a fastener 50, and may be used for casing maintenance, dynamic stress measurement, or total pressure measurement of total temperature in the flow channel, the position of the maintenance seat 40 corresponds to the through hole of the first outer ring 10, one end of the fastener 50 sinks into the second outer ring 20, the fastener 50 is exemplified by a bolt, and after assembly, the bolt head should not protrude out of the flow channel surface, so as to avoid the existence of a threaded hole and influence on the flow field in the flow channel surface. It will be appreciated that the service seat 40 may be provided in plurality, i.e. the through-holes of the first outer ring 10 and the through-holes of the second outer ring 20 are also provided in plurality. When dynamic stress measurement or total pressure measurement of total temperature in the flow channel is needed, the second outer ring 20 can be subjected to complementary processing and cutting at the angle needing to be measured, a single blade with a special function is added at the corresponding position, positioning is carried out through a bolt in a radial countersunk head form, and the cut blade is reassembled after the test is finished.
